@AskNationwide I even went into the branch in Stevenage in 2019. I was there about 1.5+ hours, they were not able to help. I used to have internet banking but now It seems I cannot get internet banking. I have tried to re-register but this does not work.

@AskNationwide What started out as a simple request for information and assistance to a Customer now turns into an official complaint about shoddy service. It was so unnecessary too! Are you indirectly suggesting that I go back to my former bank?

Appaling service from @AskNationwide Third time in a few weeks a payment has been 'missed' because of their incapable payment system. Waited an hour and a half to speak to someone who tells me to 'call the mortgage company and ask them to take it again'. Great, thanks. Fuming!

@AskNationwide It's not back to normal though is it. We're now dealing with defaults, late charges and credit rating hits. A mortgage DD being 'returned' due to these issues with a response of 'call the mortgage company and ask them to take the payment again, is the best I can do' is appaling!
