@AskNationwide I was just wondering if your refer a friend scheme is starting back up any time soon? I have someone I would like to refer and that reward could really come in handy right now. Your website says it is paused

@AskNationwide Yes, my question is if it will soon be resumed as the website says it is paused and therefore it raises expectations that the scheme will be resumed but does not give a date. I am already a customer so their switch won't benefit me.

@AskNationwide Yes just an triple access one nothing complicated. I can dm ref number if needed. My point is ive done two complaints and the staff aren’t arsed so complaining again seems odd n pointless

@AskNationwide Hi managed to fix it myself, it was related to the expired verification messages, I hit the biometric login and had to super quickly hit the messages button before the error popped up. I then cleared my expired verification messages and I was able to continue in the app.
