    @AskNationwide UK National Cyber Security Centre recommends passkeys. Nationwide does not appear to have issued a statement about why it does not use them for banking. As your customer I would like a statement please about when you will adopt passkeys

    @AskNationwide rang today to help a lady who us hard of hearing navigate your switch board..she only wanted to request a new cheque book. Nightmare.. ended up with the call handler saying if he requested a new book the book she is using will be cancelled.28 minutes .no result!

    @AskNationwide 7 weeks down the line and still have not registered my 90 year old grandads power of attorney as nationwide know nothing about Scottish law. Will be going to financial ombudsman on 8th week.

    A big SO to the customer service @AskNationwide Orpington in setting up my Member Exclusive Bond.Other banks will just tell you to go home and do it online.But in branch it’s quick and more importantly safer, as it gives customers peace of mind from making mistakes #nationwide 🙌🏻

    @AskNationwide This has changed because previously as soon as I bought something using my credit card I could immediately whilst on the app & so I didn’t forget, transfer the money from my current account to my credit card account, I can’t see the problem in not being able to do that now.

    @AskNationwide when a Fix rate bond has matured and if it is left to turn into an instant access maturity bond account can I then just add money to it and treat it like a normal savings account?
