    @AskNationwide No, it's okay. Decision made as there is also reduced branch access to consider. If you don’t already have digital access, then you are basically stuffed! After 30years loyalty, we are too old to get all technical with new phones & expensive hardware along with broadband etc

    @AskNationwide NO MONEY FOR A WEEK NOW You closed my account with ZERO notice>REFUSED to give any reason>WONT tell how to resolve things>BLOCKED the Account Switch Service>sent emails saying NOTHING>MIGHT re-send letter >POSSIBLY send a cheque>WONT confirm what to do next😠😠

    @AskNationwide What's the point? It won't change anything. It would have been quicker to drive to my local branch where I could speak to someone face to face. Nationwide customer service was good years ago. Do I want to open an account with a bank that is so difficult to contact? You guess.....

    Hey @AskNationwide it's MY MONEY! Restricting access to online banking unless I answer a load of invasive questions, some of which I cannot answer due to not being psychic is a huge stresser and a great way to have me terminate my 40 year old account. WELL DONE YOU. (NOT)
