Disgraceful and happening too often. They just fob you off with generic replies without any kind of idea or info

noiseman71 (@paul_jacobson) reported@AskNationwide hi team, I was charged twice for a takeaway meal on New Year's Eve, once by the website who then cancelled my order and then by the restaurant directly. I was told my first payment would be refunded. Though they're is no sign of the refund yet.
