    1/2 WARNING to customers, immensely disappointed with @AskNationwide, been a loyal customer with my mortgage, never missed a payment, kept my house in great condition that it sells in 5 days! Having to move as my dad is palliative and I want to care for him, like I did my mum.

    @AskNationwide Any news on when the St. Neots branch will be opening again? I have walked into town twice, last week (I think) and today, it was shut both times for maintenance. Your branches website says it is open!

    Told to now wait again for @AskNationwide to sort themselves out. Beyond wild that it took a trip to branch to resolve. Let’s see if they fix it, else I’m emailing their CEO again 🙃
