    Every single month, there are issues with @AskNationwide. My money’s gone from my bank, but more than 2 hours later, it’s still not showing up in my Nationwide savings account! This is happening every month now! 🤬

    @AskNationwide I’ve just waited 20 minutes holding on the phone for help with your app and was told what to do and it didn’t work. I now have an option. Ring again and waste another 20 minutes or tell the world how useless you are. I’ll go for the latter 🤬

    @AskNationwide 45 minutes on the phone, assured my issue was resolved. Came off the phone, it happened again. Now been waiting an hour and a half on live chat. Not best pleased with such poor service.

    @AskNationwide hi just wondered if you have had any reports of problems with NFC payments. Ive used on android for years and last week stopped working eventually after 5 days of trying things got it working again and after 2 days now no longer working again?

    So I'm trying to switch my bank from @AskNationwide to @firstdirect @firstdirecthelp whu am I being told I cant as nationwide aren't part of switch service? Is this correct and how do I go about this now as I switched to get the £175
