@AskNationwide I've just spent an hour trying to get through on the phone line before giving up. That's not very good customer service

  • Ablarr Abbie Bowles-Storer (@Ablarr) reported

Thanks to @AskNationwide for great service today. 100 times better than @santanderuk still no call back from complaints. Still no internet log on details. #EpicFail

  • OakBe OakBe (@OakBe) reported

@AskNationwide And what good does that do? “I can check the lines and confirm you will be waiting for hours”. Great. Thanks. I know that already. Like I said the service is a joke.

  • 1andrewantoniou Andrew Antoniou (@1andrewantoniou) reported

@AskNationwide Anyone trying to get through with over an hours wait time - call the lost and stolen card department and they answer straight away and will help with your enquiry.

  • charlyadtweet Charles Adams (@charlyadtweet) reported

@AskNationwide I've now been waiting 35 minutes. You could take the pressure of the help line by answering basic simple questions. You are depriving people in difficulty from help by diverting questions like mine to this number. Please DO YOUR JOB!

  • AudioAdMusic Audio Ad (@AudioAdMusic) reported

@AskNationwide Yes it is, I have been doing that but no response and still having issues, tagged you in for visibility.

  • sap6370 Mera Bharat Mahaan (@sap6370) reported

@AskNationwide we already contacted and requested them & Explained our situation & requested help But till now no Action from Bank

  • Jennylboy15 Jenny Boyle (@Jennylboy15) reported

@AskNationwide It's external but no reason why and you have been experiencing issues.

  • 1andrewantoniou Andrew Antoniou (@1andrewantoniou) reported

@AskNationwide Firstly. Unauthorised access on my account. Secondly. Your customer service is non existent. Thirdly I want a manager call back to raise a complaint. And fourthly I wish to close my account. Your company is a joke

  • antfandotcom Chris D (@antfandotcom) reported

@AskNationwide You were happy to reduce the rates on my savings when interest rates went down. It seems utterly unreasonable that you did not then raise them when interest rates increased. It's #robbery
