  Every single month, there are issues with @AskNationwide. My money’s gone from my bank, but more than 2 hours later, it’s still not showing up in my Nationwide savings account! This is happening every month now! 🤬

Looking at last year's AGM votes, it truck me that less than 10% of members voted and most of these went with the block vote.   @AskNationwide your current account application form is completely broken. When filling in the first page of details, I’m then told I “You need to update your mobile number” and start again. The form doesn’t even ask for my mobile number.

  @MichaelFra89678 @AskNationwide Used to be able to get it with just a current account, now it's either a mortgage or savings. @AskNationwide have let themselves down over this. Basically saying you're only worthy of a thank you if you're well off. Rest of us mean nothing to them.

  @AskNationwide why oh why oh why can we still not pay in cheques on the Nationwide Banking App. It’s literally a basic feature of banking. @MartinSLewis you really need to help the consumer with this one - it effects 24 million people!

  @AskNationwide Why do you think it’s acceptable for your advisors to lie about correspondence they have in fact received from me? This has resulted in a non-thorough investigation by a very dismissive complaints handler, who has now closed the case. Shocking customer service.
