Every single month, there are issues with @AskNationwide. My money’s gone from my bank, but more than 2 hours later, it’s still not showing up in my Nationwide savings account! This is happening every month now! 🤬

@AskNationwide Only option was to go through Financial Ombudsman which we’ve done. We are very disappointed that no one from customer service or management will look at options for us. Will never recommend Nationwide to anyone.

@AskNationwide I don’t want a web chat. I want to speak to someone. I’ve just had to come off my second call to Nationwide after queuing for over half an hour. A total waste of my time and an unacceptable service!!! Three calls, 2.5 hours! Please pass my comments on to your relevant colleague.

@AskNationwide Hi nationwide, I need advice, I sold tickets for a concert and @AXS_UK have said many things about giving me the money from the sold tickets however they still haven’t transferred the money, I have proof of them telling me multiple things. Please help
