Issue is why the first branch were gatekeeping when the other branch confirmed that what they had asked for was completely unnecessary

All he had was driving licence so they said he would lose access to his money. Had major panic attack in branch. Formal complaint made.

Just because I ordered a new card. Urgently get back to me, I shouldn’t have to wait hours on a phone when you’ve taken my money
