    Every single month, there are issues with @AskNationwide. My money’s gone from my bank, but more than 2 hours later, it’s still not showing up in my Nationwide savings account! This is happening every month now! 🤬

    @AskNationwide Well I do hope that it's sorted before any other transactions go through today because I'm expecting a payment of £500 into my account and also expecting Tfl to take money from my account overnight. If the problem isn't sorted out then I will not be able to get to work tomorrow.

    It's really not OK that @AskNationwide has an 'issue with incoming payments.' Wonder if they'll accept that as an excuse the next time someone goes over their limit and is charged an extortionate fee.

    Switch to #nationwide and within the first month theres a glitch and payments are held in a queue. What a ****** decision to move to them!! @MartinSLewis @AskNationwide

    Very disappointed by @AskNationwide. Wasted so much time on this: first through their inability to complete switch within seven days, meaning my Tesco Bank account can’t be moved (and therefore not qualify for £125 Switch bonus); now through hopeless telephone service. Angry.

    @AskNationwide trying to transfer money from my new account, been trying for two days but it continually errors ‘technical problem’ on app and website. Is your tech usually this bad?

    @AskNationwide I tried to send a secure message but got 'Arti' instead. 49 hours later I'm still waiting for a reply! I phone you and, after passing security and pressing lots of buttons got, "Our offices are now closed". Not easy way of contacting NW these days. Rotten service!
