Every single month, there are issues with @AskNationwide. My money’s gone from my bank, but more than 2 hours later, it’s still not showing up in my Nationwide savings account! This is happening every month now! 🤬

@Angemala1 @AskNationwide OMG, I just had the EXACT same issue! Opened an account an no card reader sent with card and PIN. Needed to make payment and couldn't. Why can't I just use biometrics on phone!? Complaint submitted and when £200 credited to my account I'm switching back to old bank straight away!

@kennyhiggs @AskNationwide I've been with Natiowide for about 40 years. I too would like a little bonus for being such a devoted customer.

@AskNationwide just to confirm, I am currently a FlexAccount customer, if I upgrade to the FlexPlus account, I am NOT eligible for the £200 bonus?

@AskNationwide when will nationwide join others and allow cash deposits at the @PostOffice for customer convenience?

@AskNationwide I've tried with app and online, couldn't make payments using either despite multiple attempts. Normally a very reliable service.

@AskNationwide Triple Access account closed today. Used my ISA allowance with Santander. Unfortunately missed out on their 2.75% eSaver as I made the mistake of waiting for you to increase your savings rates. Will be moving the rest of my savings elsewhere this week! Thanks for nothing!

@AskNationwide @twpburton Tom, I had the EXACT same issue - they didn't send me a card reader and couldn't make payments! I've made a complaint and waiting to hear back from them. I've received my £200 so this weekend I'm switching again to another bank. I'm not carrying about a card reader all the time!

@AskNationwide Hi, I called the HR number and the automated voice said the phones aren’t working and to email, and I couldn’t make sense of the email address. Could you send it to me please?

@kennyhiggs @sunflower_bill @AskNationwide That's not growth though. New customer means they can generate more money from thin air because that new person has implied potential whereas you Kenny, are a spent flush with very little value. That's economics that is.
