Every single month, there are issues with @AskNationwide. My money’s gone from my bank, but more than 2 hours later, it’s still not showing up in my Nationwide savings account! This is happening every month now! 🤬

@TTMoneyMentor @AskNationwide The low level and stagnant British wages makes it impossible for the average worker to afford buying a house. Unless you get a subsidy from the bank of Mum and Dad an inheritance or a lucrative Only Fans account. You can forget it.

@AskNationwide I don’t want a web chat. I want to speak to someone. I’ve just had to come off my second call to Nationwide after queuing for over half an hour. A total waste of my time and an unacceptable service!!! Three calls, 2.5 hours! Please pass my comments on to your relevant colleague.

@AskNationwide Hi nationwide, I need advice, I sold tickets for a concert and @AXS_UK have said many things about giving me the money from the sold tickets however they still haven’t transferred the money, I have proof of them telling me multiple things. Please help

@AskNationwide No one is helping since this is a system error and an internal process error. It’s an error on your side which is preventing me from getting the offer to enable@me to remortgage. I need someone to take ownership of the issue and get to a resolution asap.

@independencekat @AskNationwide I've seen on another thread here someone braved the hold times and they told him it "may" not be fixed until Monday. I would personally keep trying after 12. I used to work for HBOSand banks are usually onto these issues pretty quickly. Sorry it wasn't better news! 😑

@AskNationwide could you please tell me why it states on your website that a Credit Union statement can be used as Proof of Current address, both in branch & online, but I was told in branch they couldn't accept it as my statement had been printed BY Credit Union & posted to me?

@independencekat @AskNationwide Fair enough I wasn't aware you had issues with NW sorry. Santander seem to be down atm. I have a bills account that won't take my money
