  Every single month, there are issues with @AskNationwide. My money’s gone from my bank, but more than 2 hours later, it’s still not showing up in my Nationwide savings account! This is happening every month now! 🤬

  Was due to travel to DBX on 2nd March. Trying to claim back loss of AirB&B cost from @AskNationwide Flex Plus (covered by @avivaplc) and being told 'Underwriters are discussing it'. Checked Ts&Cs and we have complied with all. Anyone else having this problem? @Telegraph

  @AskNationwide I’ve already called. That’s why I know there really is a problem. You aren’t doing anything to warn customers about it so I thought I’d do it myself.

  @AskNationwide Your new look appears to be flawed. No way to specify a specific date range for transactions and then print ALL of them in a single document, which means no saving them as a PDF either. Please fix this before you do away with the old format. Unhappy customer.

  @AskNationwide @AskNationwide Shocked by the lack of support from you. As a customer with documented neurological and spinal issues, your refusal to adapt your communication style is a breach of the Equality Act. I need a specialist to contact me who understands 'Vulnerable Customer' protocols.

  @AskNationwide 45 minutes on the phone, assured my issue was resolved. Came off the phone, it happened again. Now been waiting an hour and a half on live chat. Not best pleased with such poor service.

  @AskNationwide I lost a better interest rate because your processes are antiquated, if not down right illegal! 2 months to sort out a very small mortgage and it's caused so much stress. Complaints couldn't even tell me when a decision was made & the letter I never received @Debbiecrosbie1
