Anybody else have issues with Natwest’s mobile banking app when asked to approve a transaction? Natwest keep telling me to update app which I do, but it makes no difference. Numerous times now it won’t let me do it and the transaction gets cancelled…@NatWest_Help

@NatWest_Help is there a problem with certain card machines & natwest debit cards at the moment? Both mine & my daughters were declined 4 times for contactless & pin when trying to pay for something in a shop but another card used from a different bank was accepted immediately?

@NatWest_Help My DMs are open, feel free to message. I’m done with NatWest’s poor customer service, I don’t feel like this switch makes any sense anymore

@NatWest_Help Wow! An existing customer, 85 year old with a hearing impairment wants to open additional account, has to have online banking or a smart phone in order to access app relay health, the customer doesn't have either, so told by Natwest sorry we can't help!

@teresajanedavis Obviously I can't speak for NatWest or take responsibility for this but... having done social media customer service previously, it's usually OK in DMs, but never tweet it publicly. If you're unsure/uncomfortable, better to go in branch. :)

@Joedev1956 @UlsterBank I’m switching my Northern Ireland UB account as well as closing my ROI UB accounts - apart from ripping me off for fifteen quid for making a transfer from ROI to NI, being messed around after being a NatWest and UB customer since 1989 leaves a very sour taste in my mouth.

@HalifaxBank Hi. I’m trying to open a joint account alongside my wife at either Horsham or Crawley. Metro bank will offer same day and NatWest will allow us to do it online. I’ve been a long standing customer of HFX for 30 years but on the verge of moving elsewhere.
