@alistair It doesn't even need to be that complicted. I think natwest includes the fist 6 digits of your post code in your email. A bank used to include a word you gave them too I think but that was a while ago. The problem is you are not a "target"

@HistoryOfStokey Actually NatWest in SN High Street is on the old Borough of Hackney side of the road. The boundary with SNBC ran down the middle of the High Street. Even SN station was just within the Hackney Borough boundary before it veered left to run along the railway towards Bethune Road

@NatWest_Help @sabz_sabz0078 This relates to a post some time ago. Can you tell me if it's a debit card & if we can still use a pin number (not contactless)? Currently use chip & pin, not contactless. NatWest seems to be making banking impossible for many. We want branches, cheque books, not contactless, etc
