@Barclays is there any issue with your faster payment services ? I have done a transfer which hasn’t yet reached my NatWest UK account - it’s usually immediate or as good as. I did this payment earlier this morning. TIA

Can I ask @RishiSunak why is it ok to NatWest to block my bbl loan and have a complaint ongoing for 15 months tell me there giving me my loan back I send all documents every piece of evidence and then they come back and lie to me and say there isn’t evidence it’s disgusting..

Cannot reach Natwest Fraud Team. Been on hold for hours on Monday, Tuesday and today is no better. Everyone I do contact cannot help. What can I do? Raising a complaint is pointless as it has a 10 day SLA. I need access to my funds!!!

Natwest have locked me out of my account twice in the last 3 weeks. I’m currently buying a house and need access to my account. So, I think this is an adios to banking with them 🥰

@DavidJCrabb @andrewcopson Have today been told by NatWest that they are no longer opening new accounts in branch so it is necessary to upload photo ID to become a new customer of theirs. My elderly parents have therefore been denied an account. This is about so much more than elections!

@NatWest_Help I have a joint account and haven't used it since 2016. I have noticed Natwest appearing on my credit report as an active account. So, I decided to call your customer service. As I don't remember my telephone password, I was told to go to a branch to verify the account.

Never take a loan, Credit card or Mortgage out with #Natwest @NatWest_Help They take a payment out 2 days late, that they set up, no phone calls, nothing, send letters that took a month by total mail to get here and completely ****** my credit score up due to their error
