@BarclaysUKHelp @NatWest_Help I made payment at 11:43 and it’s still not reached my NatWest account - can someone please assist me as it’s a large sum of money & this delay shouldn’t be occurring if the FPS is working fine

@NatWest_Help hi NatWest . We had a hideous experience yesterday evening trying to help my 15 year old brother who has additional needs on a phone call last night. The person we spoke was rude, blunt and not understanding whatsoever

I actually have more chance of flying to space than getting help from @NatWest_Help @NatWest been on the phone for 20 mins. Can't help. Been on to cora for over half hour. Can't help. Waiting in queue which aren't updated in over 20 mins. I give up. I'll go to another bank

@NatWest_Help Whenever I try to deposit cheques from companies e.g. motability, the natwest app reports it "cant do this right now" after scanning. Should it be working? Or are these not supported?
