@AskNationwide I’ve spoken to NatWest, the money is not with them and the transaction has not been reversed. They suggested you check your suspense account? The issue is clearly not resolved …

  • Marie_Farmer_MM Marie Farmer (@Marie_Farmer_MM) reported

@stephenpratley @harryhurst All banks are a role of the dice. I've had terrible experiences with Natwest and Barclays do nothing useful.

  • Frugal_ways Deano... (@Frugal_ways) reported

@NatWest_Help @eon_next @EONhelp This whole scenario could have been avoided, as our card was not compromised and a genuine error has been made by a "reputable" business. When will the customer be put first for once? #natwest #EonNext Once again, we are thought of last.

  • pixlz Sharon Dale (she/her) (@pixlz) reported

@rgarner @NatWest_Help NatWest have a hair trigger for fraud which makes online purchases nearly impossible. One of the reasons I moved my business banking

  • andybrooks69 Brooksy (@andybrooks69) reported

@AskNationwide - Let’s make things clear from the start, the problem is NOT sorted. Money hasnt arrived in our Nationwide account which is a standing order from my NatWest account on the 1st of every month. My mortgage DD (amongst others) has been returned as not enough funds.

  • DmitriusOld Dmitri Old (@DmitriusOld) reported from London, England

Credit where it is due. Samantha at Natwest got it sorted and compensated me for the problems. Well done to her. @NatWest_Help should be grateful. @AskNationwide the ball is in your court to keep me as a customer.

@FUYA0SGF @lmnotjenna I ordered 4 books and 3 of them came and the money went through for 3 only, like okay cool I forgot about the 4th book, then suddenly the money goes and I'm like wtf ??? Checked my emails then realised 😭 I was on the phone to natwest bro like I wanted my money back

When you open NatWest and see contactless transactions rolling off cos of the BH weekend, and realise what you’ve spent since Thursday, mainly 2 away days seeing us concede 6 without reply, no wonder it drives you to ale absolute **** show! Glad I’ve got a couple a weeks off!

@nowobbles Here's the info from the Claro website "Any money you deposit into Claro is held in a pooled account with NatWest bank and is eligible for the government-backed Financial Services Compensation Scheme (FSCS) up to £85,000 in case of the firm’s insolvency."

@AlisonHammond Such a shame your face is on natwest adverts Allison your such a lovely person, they're such a terrible bank. They used to be part of the #rbsgroup but they're trying to make themselves look better by getting rid of rbs. They're the same bank, same duspicable people. #stoprob
