@EE No don’t need help with it say won’t be able pay full amount only half until April my card blocked had fraud on it have go branch tomorrow don’t want wait 2weeks need week or days mine blocked have add new card on account NatWest won’t send branch have visit order there pickup

@Alitheeagle1 using barclays? cos they dont seem to work. i tried 3 barclays cards and they all had the same issue, tried my sisters natwest and it went straight through

@NatWest_Help Or you could spend time trying to complete NatWest business profile online that doesn’t work, they don’t return calls, and then threaten to shut down your business when their system fails. Start with the basics like looking after your customers.

@StarlingBank Yes we have the IBAN. The problem is that to transfer money from the UK bank account (NatWest) requires an account number and sort code.

@NatWest_Help I have been trying for two weeks… i can’t update my bank details on NatWest group. Due to this i can’t transfer my trust fund into my bank account. And each day the amount of money is slowly going down so i would like this fixed fast

I called NatWest customer services as I managed to lock my debit card. The initial line charged £3.50 per minute. I brought this charge up with the NatWest operator for him to put the phone down on me. So much for customer service @NatWest_Help @NatWestGroup
