@NatWest_Help I am experiencing issues with the NatWest website for a week now.I have turned 18 and I’m unable to access the online portal. I’ve also tried to call the number provided multiple times but I’m left on hold for hours .Is there anything you can help me with??

@NatWest_Help Hi, I have tried on 3 separate occasions to open a bank account for my daughter and it has failed 3 times. I opened one for my eldest girl with no problem. Seriously unimpressed and disappointed! Up to this point I was very impressed with Natwest, but no longer!

Companies like NatWest could venture into discriminatory territory the more they create “inclusive” policies - like funding people’s medical treatment. They don’t seem to have any system for deciding what would make a treatment worthier than another. It’s all down to lobby groups

@LloydsBank My husband and I were trying to buy a mattress. The payment wouldn't go through on his card. Then I tried our Lloyds joint account card, still wouldn't go through. In the end I had to use my NatWest account, no problem. Issue with payments today?

@gettagripfolks @mathano4 @SVPhillimore It's not all about money either, but attitudes - the problems menopausal women face are often ignored & many skilled older women end up leaving the workforce prematurely. I haven't seen NatWest doing a campaign on that
