    @NatWest_Help been granted Power of Attorney to help my dad with dementia. Current bank unhelpful. Can you confirm if I move his account to NatWest donor+attorney can both have online banking access? Any special steps for opening a new account as attorney on his behalf?

    @Esso_GB Hi. Have you had any issues with NatWest credit cards and the Esso app? I haven’t been able to use my credit card for months, but my NatWest debit card works fine. I have deleted the app, reset Apple Pay and have also received a new card since but have the same problem?

    @santanderuk Didn't get so much as a letter or email to tell me my local branch had closed forced to go to NatWest to deposit a cheque. Customer service should of informed customers 🙄

    @madeinbrum1 @BuildsWeAre @LiveTheModaLife The Mercian is nothing like that 1970's pile of poo. Good riddance that it got knocked down, together with the old Natwest Tower. Lets hope the wrecking ball comes quick for Smallbrook queensway which is a disgrace. 💩💩💩

    So it’s nearly a week since I tweeted about the terrible customer service I’m receiving from @NatWestGroup fir my mother’s @NatWestBusiness account. Still haven’t heard anything from their customer help service or the #royalgardenkensington branch. Don’t bank with #NatWest !

    @HalifaxBank @Callumf500 Even ATM is not showing been to Santander Lloyds bank nationwide NatWest Barclays and still won’t show balance on them ATMs so it’s not just Internet online banking even the phone app not working
