@efgbricklayer @NatWestGroup Mrs L not deemed to be a 'customer'? NatWest 'lost' all the death-related documents I took into a branch. This became an obstruction to other inquiries. They couldn't have been more unhelpful. #PGwidow

Cashless is great when the pub tech works.. Timed out on contactless, timed out on chip & pin. Luckily I had enough change on me to buy my 1st drink. Then went ATM hunting, Sainsbury's not working. NatWest & RBS gone. Finally found one at The One Stop shop on The Rathay.

NatWest are ******* ****. You cannot spend your own money how you wish, i.e. I can't buy cryptocurrency with my NatWest debit card. When Shiba hits one cent next year, where do they think the money I make will go? In my Halifax account that I've just had to open, thanks.
