@LloydsBank NatWest has advised that you’re having technical issues with payments not being received by people sending from Lloyds accounts, and I, as a NatWest customer, can confirm I’m not receiving instant payments from Lloyds accs despite many hours. When will it be fixed?

@NatWest_Help From @NatWest_Help @NatWest_Int Their system is down for the night so now bank card declines can be checked. So every NatWest customer in the world is left unable to make payments, check fraud, get protection at all?

  • orgel_dr Dr Michael Orgel (@orgel_dr) reported

and get NatWest to be a bank that doesn’t contribute to global catastrophic risk- like climate change and nuclear weapons.   The problem is that NatWest has a controversial weapons policy which only partially restricts investment in companies doing nuclear weapons work,

  • Moots_j Jamie gill (@Moots_j) reported

@NatWest_Help absolutely appalling customer service, trying to make a purchase in a shop, you’ve declined a transaction then bounced me between different departments, so far have been on the phone for 45 minutes. If you want frictionless transactions I’d advise not using NatWest

  • orgel_dr Dr Michael Orgel (@orgel_dr) reported

Customers of RBS and other NatWest subsidiaries are asking their local branches for help to change this outdated practice and get NatWest to be a bank that doesn’t contribute to global catastrophic risk- like climate change and nuclear weapons.
