Just a reminder that high street banks are failing savers who need instant access to their cash. BoE rate now at 4% but these are the rates offered for easy-access accounts with £5,000 saved: - Barclays: 0.55% - HSBC: 0.75% - Lloyds: 0.60% - NatWest: 0.65% Just terrible...

@NatWest_Help what a disgrace you’re bereavement team are. The amount of errors you’ve made following my Dads passing. It is a difficult time without the extra stress you are causing my family. Such a shame after my Dad worked for NatWest for much of his working career.

@GogiKafka The way ICT fans go mad at paytm series wins and performances, its safe to say that natwest 02 final would have broken the internet.

This afternoon was a classic example. I used my MasterCard (NatWest debit) in a French pet-shop in Revel. I used the contactless approach. It did not work. I then used my MasterCard (NatWest debit) in a French supermarket Intermarche - used chip and pin in Revel. No problem.
