@alexbloodfire Gotta hand it to Stonewall and co: they really know how to shake down a client. #NatWest are so gullible to offer this windfall to a protection racket. They've been had. What a wunch of bankers.

@HalifaxBank I've actually gone online this afternoon and opened an account with NatWest, got an account number & sort code and without an appointment went down with his birth certificate and it got validated by the first assistant I spoke to. It doesn't need to be so complicated.

Companies like NatWest could venture into discriminatory territory the more they create “inclusive” policies - like funding people’s medical treatment. They don’t seem to have any system for deciding what would make a treatment worthier than another. It’s all down to lobby groups

@MrDeanP I get what you mean, depends on the context I guess. I've been with santander (Abbey national) since I was 13 I'm now 39. If natwest were offering me a better deal on account. You better believe I'm trying the loyal customer line with santander.

@gettagripfolks @mathano4 @SVPhillimore It's not all about money either, but attitudes - the problems menopausal women face are often ignored & many skilled older women end up leaving the workforce prematurely. I haven't seen NatWest doing a campaign on that
