    @prolixdnb @NatWest Apparently some companies have an agreement with the card manufacturers now they can update the card details when a new one is issued. Had a similar issue with a fraud case recently.

    @BBCWatchdog not sure if you are aware, RBS and Natwest group are randomly closing hundreds of customers accounts down for breaking T's and C's and restricting access to customers own finances. I wish to expose @RBS as this has now happened to me as well as over 6.5k others!

    @NatWest_Help I tried to pay online and it said card type not accepted so I went to a post office branch and they also said card type not accepted as it was going through as a credit card. Post Office said speak yo Natwest, app help says speak to Post Office

    @wesinjapan Yeah, just compare Natwest (Retail bank) with Coutts (Private bank within the Natwest group): 24/7 concierge with immediate digital access for the rich, but not for anyone else.

    @HalifaxBank @Callumf500 Even ATM is not showing been to Santander Lloyds bank nationwide NatWest Barclays and still won’t show balance on them ATMs so it’s not just Internet online banking even the phone app not working

    @NatWest_Help Just to let everyone know if you get scammed and your with natwest they don’t refund u your money and they say it’s not their issue, wouldn’t recommend guys

    Dear @audiotent your web site pretty much died during tonight's "Coda" launch. I purchased at £9 but it hung on completion. However have PayPal invoice and download link from you BUT my Natwest account (which pays PayPal) has been debited TWICE. How do I get a refund?

    @ChrisWithTheT Mine was being unable to access credit card account online (in early days of online banking) with NatWest. Credit Card dept told me to contact online dept. Online dept told me to contact credit card dept. Repeat ad nauseam...
