@NatWest_Help Hello there. I've finished an application to switch my current account to Natwest. Today i received an email saying i have mail in my mailbox and that i can access it via the app or online. I can't login to the service since i don't have a customer number etc.

@NatWest_Help Natwest refusing to help after money missing from my account. We tried to set up a dispute claim. They have emailed on do not reply email saying a case as not been set up because our details are wrong. The case was made at a Natwest Branch with assistance of staff.

@TeresaTinsel @LloydsBank It’s really annoying when things like this happen. I often find it’s a branch problem. I had an issue with Natwest. One branch couldn’t do something for me, yet another could. So infuriating.

@ohmydoshUK 2/2 being able to cash out to Revolut accounts, gave them a Natwest account and they stated they had paid it out. This was over 11 days ago, I open a ticket and they stated 'BACs Transfers can take 2-3 working days' have they done the math on that? @ohmydoshUK sort it out.
