    Trying to set up a personal bank account with Natwest to eventually deal with some family stuff. Website awful and setting up account takes days. Like setting up a Swiss secret account. Almost like they are doing me a favour. Absolutely bizarre.

    @centralbank_in @RBI @FinMinIndia i am dissapointed with tha banking services. I have been send an amount from natwest bank on 20th april and its been more than 6 days and after multiple call and request the help have not been provided to me. The amount has not been credited

    @NatWest_Help Have managed to add 5 bank cards with other banks to Google Pay no problem but not NatWest. Doesn't send verification code to me registered mobile number.
