… Business accounts. Overdrafts. Mortgages. A re-mortgage of £750k still with 45%LTV. ZERO RISK. Four hour interviews. Despite having access to all our NatWest accounts. Despite both in full-time employments earning half the total value of the mortgage request per annum.

@DerylLynn Yes! Just been dealing with one for an hour for the simplest issue. Previously NatWest refused to transfer £ to another bank account until I went into a branch, photo ID & spoke for 20 mins on phone to one of their "security" people. Why are you transferring this £?!!

@NatWest_Help NatWest today has closed our bank account with out any warning and we can not access the funds. We have been into branch and on the phone and each agent says they can not tell us why it's been shut.

@NatWestGroup Hi my daughter’s move is being screwed up by NatWest’s inability to release her ISA funds in a timely fashion. People in NatWest can only communicate internally by email. Appalling service which could lead to lost purchase and massive costs @Moneybox

Heads -up people. If you want to open a community account with Natwest, you can only do so if you are already a customer & only online. Don't tick the box which says you are an existing customer though - it won't let you carry on with the application. Nice one IT dept............
