I actually have more chance of flying to space than getting help from @NatWest_Help @NatWest been on the phone for 20 mins. Can't help. Been on to cora for over half hour. Can't help. Waiting in queue which aren't updated in over 20 mins. I give up. I'll go to another bank

@ubereats_fr I already sent DM and been told repeatedly that you won’t help. I paid, didn’t get full order, fought for a refund which arrived in three parts and am now being told I had too refunds and so now owe money. I didn’t. No evidence of two via PayPal or NatWest.

@efgbricklayer It's a plan to persuade us all to reach NetZero using access to cash & work. The big wigs have been gathering to discuss this for a couple of years. If you don't comply your money supply may be restricted, controlled. NatWest are straight onto it.

I'm working overseas. They couldn't get ANYTHING right and do not have an email address to communicate. AND their chat-help is absolute garbage. We will likely NEVER do business with Natwest again and we may EMBARGO any potential clients that bank with them. Unbelievably poor.

@NatWest_Help Whenever I try to deposit cheques from companies e.g. motability, the natwest app reports it "cant do this right now" after scanning. Should it be working? Or are these not supported?

@Jess_Simpson645 @NatWest_Help I had my mortgage with Santander and they were brilliant when it came to closing stuff down and they were patient with and helped out with the Natwest failings. The net result of cooperation from good hearted folks was that saved it me £3700 when I had just been made redundant.

@NatWest_Help How ironic that NatWest uses the word help in its handle given that is the last thing that it wants to offer. God forbid you would want speak to a real person let alone someone in branch.
