@TimD2704 Not a sole trader but have used a load of business banking websites / apps. NatWest is good. Easy to use and you can export 12 months data with no problems. TSB, Santander & HSBC Business all awful in their own ways- limit exporting data to 90 transactions / 3 months, etc.

@DanPriceSeattle @eyejosh My bank even got called 'serial criminal offenders' by the FBI, yet posted record profits last year, while they closed more local branches and made banking nearly impossible with all the codes I need just to access MY money... Natwest, ladies & gentlemen...

@TheSecretAcct @PelagicCapital In 1990 NatWest markets shut their options team down and booted most of us out ...the staff mortgage at 5pc under base (9pc) was replaced with standard 3pc over ...that smarted a bit ..F knows why I still have a financial relationship with them ! . luckily the mortgage was 30k

@ElliotBath @HSBC_UK @NatWestGroup Just awful service. We’ll be leaving HSBC as soon as we’re allowed access to our own bank account and wages. No communication throughout any of this without chasing them myself. And even when I do get through I don’t get answers. Will be happy to move to NatWest!!

Got to love @NatWestGroup @NatWest_Help customer service. Request a call back to avoid waiting in a queue. Get a callback almost immediately, then sit in a queue. Unbelievable. Don’t even get me started on their chat service, poor to say the least #natwest #customerexperience
