@Marleysfan @BarclaysUK Barclays are a load of w**k! I moved from there to HSBC and never had a problem until recently. I’ve now moved my companies bank account to NatWest Group.

@DreyfusJames @HSBC_UK That's banks for you. My sister was distraction mugged for £250 at a NatWest ATM in Cavendish Square and they too refused to put a sign up. They were fully aware of that machine being regularly targeted. They'd rather just give the customer the money back than warn others. /1

@NatWest_Help No you don’t understand, you should never let a customer wait for their money to be returned when you have owned up to error. All NatWest have done is pass the buck, no one has a clue, a customer advisor even told their dog to shut up while on the phone to me.

[im typing this out more for my sake than for entertaining tweets so bear with me a sec lol] if i can pay off the £2k i have with natwest, and close that account; start the process to get access to and then close my hsbc account, that leaves me with my lloyds

I'm so far down, beginning to wish I hadn't bothered. That 7p interest from Natwest is starting to look good. Moved everything to stablecoin. It can dump all it likes now. *****

  • Tim_Chatterton Tim Chatterton (@Tim_Chatterton) reported

@Natwest customer service are appalling....they send me a phone number to ring that doesn't receive calls and then when I eventually find a number to call them they tell me to access their website from a pc to request help from their automated assistant... #ModernTechnologyIsShit

  • ScottBed132 Scott (@ScottBed132) reported

@NatWest_Help Day 5: Yet another excuse day for not knowing where the transaction is. NatWest has owned up for taking money from my account and they don’t care. Terrible service.

@NatWest_Help @NatWestBusiness Rather deal with Nikki at least she cant put phone down/get cut off.... As a long standing personal account holder I'm disgusted by the way we have been treated. We just wanted all accounts with Natwest. (Every account is with you except our business) now I'm thinking of moving
