@NatWest_Help I’m literally out with my weeks worth of shopping I can’t buy because your dumb *** app can’t work and shift money from one account to the other. **** NatWest the app breaks more than works and that ugly *** shade of purple isn’t doing you favours either

@NatWest_Help @RichardScarbor8 How long is as soon as possible? Can you give an approximate time? All Natwest customers do not have access to their money as cards and transactions are being declined. This issue is huge and you still don't have a pinned tweet on your page!
