  @JohnHann0404 John, I bank with NatWest and have looked for references to the carbon footprint and found nothing. It could be that I access the bank on my laptop. I don't have a smart phone so can't download their banking app. Perhaps that is where the data is shown?

  @NatWest_Help That does not answer my queries, it simply quotes the website. Please answer my specific queries. I have opted out of the tracker. Will my carbon footprint still be calculated? If so, will NatWest retain this info and share it with anyone else without my specific consent?

  @DrChrisParry NatWest once advised me to move my money out of my current account to one I wouldn’t need to access every day because “they couldn’t guarantee the security of my money in my current account” I said **** off that’s your job! & promptly moved my money to a different bank

  @HMRCcustomers I didn’t ask to re issue, I did try to contact HRMC but couldn’t. I am currently in India that is why i am asking for bank transfer to my natwest bank. If you want i can share my NIN number and all the details as well for smooth process.

  @NatWest_Help watching my mum have issues with her account has made me to never bank with NatWest. She can't check account balance, use the app, withdraw cash because it's all blocked? She went in branch yesterday and even the Staff couldn't unblock it and couldn't even (1/2)
