    @AtomHelp I opened a new fixed saver last night. Today, neither my NatWest or TSB app will let me transfer money into it because the account number isn’t recognised. Any idea what’s causing the issue??

    @jeanrobinson946 @NatWest_Help Sounds like you should move banks. Stray by opening an account up elsewhere and just post into that, essentially running dual accounts. Once you have the NatWest one zeroed it can be closed down.

    @GranadaReports So headed off to Sainsburys got to half mile before traffic stopped then snailed it round the first roundabout were I saw the queue before Natwest bank going towards the entrance of Sainsburys, round the second roundabout, down and turned left snailing it

    @RobinaWills Barclays seem to be the only ones doing it, NatWest, HSBC, Lloyds, RBS, et al, don’t seem to have a problem. We even have a UK government backed NS&I account with a French address on it. The Barclays things sounds fishy to me.

    @NatWest_Help really unhappy with the service from natwest at the moment. Three attempts over the past three weeks to amend my loan and each time told someone will ring and never does. Now told I cannot amend my payment and if I want to make overpayments I will get charged

    Wow, I'm lucky that I don't have debt on my credit card, because NatWest have just written that their interest rate will rise by almost 50% on existing and new credit card balances in September. How is this legal? Kicking people when they're down.
