  My gosh, i just had the worst customer experience of my life in Natwest Coventry branch. i tell you if all their staff treat people like i was treated on my visit i am surprised anyone banks with them anymore...

  @NatWest_Help I have just been told our property is going back on the market on Monday. The property is officially lost because Natwest has taken more than a month to still not setup a standard joint account. Thank you Natwest for nothing. Awful experience,keep away from Natwest!

  @NatWest_Help hi, these new Mastercards that current natwest customers have would this also mean someone with a non-contactless card will receive them too? my mum moved address in November but we’ve struggled to change her address as customer service has been terrible to us
