    Ironic that in the same week that Natwest announced the closure of another 43 branches, their online/payment system goes down 😐

    It's fine that the NatWest branch in town has closed, costing Falmouth those jobs, because you can just go online, oh wait, online banking is down AWESOME SAUCE.

    @Dymvue The term customer service is increasingly becoming a misnomer. Apart from ridiculous hold times, services for the elderly and/or those with little technical skills or no online access is virtually non existent - and this as NatWest announce 40 branch closures.
