    @MartinSLewis @MoneySavingExp We are about to switch from NatWest to HSBC. Currently 1.59% end of 2yr fix, to 1.19% for 5 years! Extending from 18 years to 25 as baby is due and reducing monthly outgoings for the medium term. Fix for 5 years as int rates likely to increase dramatically over next few years

    @Hu_barts @ClaiireBarker @BigIssue Fellow Natwest customer here. I also use Online Banking. Never once had to do that. When I lost my card and needed to change my address to have the new one sent to me directly, the most I had to do was provide some form of identification and 2 proofs of my new address. (1/2)

    @MartinSLewis @MoneySavingExp We've just saved ourselves £114 a month by switching from Kensington to NatWest, we are on help to buy, we were given £500 cashback for switching, this was however swallowed up with legal fees and still had to pay another £300 out of our own money.

    @Holdburger No once you book a rate it will not go up but will go down if rates go down. Also NatWest has no 5 year deal at that rate. Dm me for more help

    @HSBC @HSBC_UK @NatWest_Help I have been asked to provide a certified bank statements. In other words certified by bank. I bank with both hsbc and natwest. Which branch i can get them certified? Because all rhe branches i ve been to refuses to provide this service.
