@NatWest_Help Is anyone else having massive issues with the sheer incompetence of NatWest? Been trying to make an international payment for a week and they still can’t get it done. Their departments don’t talk to each other. One simple payment is beyond them. Disgraceful.

@UKLabour Her problem is she didn’t go to a broker ! NatWest are offering a 95% first time buyer product @ 4.59%. If you borrow 75% then it's 3.75% from Barclays!

NatWest your 'put your face in the frame & blink' is ******* HORRENDOUS! How is that better than using my fingerprint that I've just used to access the app in the first place! Five minutes trying to center my face while blinking like a prick to get recognised!

  • Aiki86 Alessandro Zucca (@Aiki86) reported

@GreatJessUK @NatWest_Help Had the same issue, had to wait 2 months for an appointment because was a 2 part mortgage. NatWest should pay the difference in interest rates as this delays they are their own fault for not automating things online.

@NatWest_Help Hopeless service as usual from NatWest - impossible to get through. Biometric approval not working - blocked from new transactions. Help please!

  • bbear74 Malleychops (@bbear74) reported

@NatWest_Help not being funny natwest, but these new credit cards are a bloody nightmare. I've got 2. I cant for the life of me remember which is which account so have to access my card info on the app EVERY single time. Can you start putting the account numbers back on please?

@NatWest_Help Well NatWest seem to be holding onto my money for a long period of time without resolving the issue. Sending me from advisor to advisor. Been with the bank for over 20years but as soon as they owe you money. They act incompetent and confused. Worst banking experience.

@MartinSLewis @martinlewis my 2 year fix comes to an end March 2023, it’s not letting me look at another fix online with NatWest. Shall I start looking at other banks now or just leave hoping things improve after Xmas?
