  So NatWest are updating Visa Debit cards to debit Mastercard. Naff all in it for the customer apart from the irritation of trying to remember which websites the card is saved to in order to update the bloody thing. Cheers, NatWest. Thank god the new design is "bold and modern".

  @NatWest_Help Ref the Mobile iPad App the transaction page has become cluttered and less useful. Can we have the option to revert to what it was before. I have been a NatWest customer for 50 years and appreciate Mobile/Online Banking. I would be happy to talk to your app team.

  @NatWest_Help Natwest Authorised a payment w/o my consent. Funds takens out of my account, Natwest Call Centre refusing to help. Can you assist? Been calling for 2 days!

  @WeHearPodcast @goldcat63 I had a natwest account from 1970. 1978 I bought my own house. When i married in 82 we switched it to a joint account. I applied for a loan and was told My husband had to apply for it. WTF!

  @NatWest_Help I e accidently made a @PayPalUK withdrawal to a Natwest account that has been closed. I've tried calling PayPal but they weren't able to help, can you advise what will happen in this instance?

  Dame Linda Dobbs is a joke. Her team of shysters are obviously cooking the books? 6 years? What is she frightened off! Lloyds Victims support has done far more investigation. Her team has failed the country! Lloyds Banking Group and NatWest responsible for economic meltdown here.

  @HalifaxBank Are the hours being revised? NatWest are 4:30 and Lloyds are 5pm. It's getting that we'll need to switch banks. 3pm mon-fri just isn't realistic. I'll just have to try and get someone to take her into branch while I'm working. Could you pass it along to look at opening hours tia

  @uxcharlielouise @NatWest_Help I had to phone up in the end, the person I spoke to said I could do it on the app and I had to correct her and tell her I couldn't because there was a "known issue" with it, but doesn't seem like anyone at NatWest wants to fix it!
