    So not only are @NatWest_Help having issues by charging people twice. I've also had online transactions 'fail' but money still taken from my account. One of those was over £250 😐 They told me to talk to the business I bought from, that business told me to talk to natwest 🙃

  • Brahmaselder Tes Amis 🇪🇺 (@Brahmaselder) reported

    @BloombergUK NatWest have taken transactions twice and called it an error off countless amounts of people still not fixed. To me this is fraud, this is a crime, they have taken money that is not theirs. Disgusting excuse for a bank hoping the big CEOs are taken for every penny they have.

  • JoeWinder5 Joe Winder (@JoeWinder5) reported

    @NatWest_Help Thanks for response. Hopfully it is resolved soon. Was unable to locate any information on main natwest Web page about error it has been noted only through news media posts.

    @NatWest_Help PLEASE PLEASE DO NOT BANK WITH NATWEST. They need stopping, hound you down when they want something. Made a single mum homeless mid maternity leave / pandemic for PURE PROFIT. Literally pure profit. I told them in advance what would happen and they ignored me

  • a_webb Anne Webb (@a_webb) reported

    @DrHoenderkamp @HSBC_UK NatWest - never had a problem in 40+ years.

  • channa_durrant Channa Durrant (@channa_durrant) reported

    So #natwestbank #natwest be duplicating ppl debit card purchases now I can't pay my council tax and no one that work at the bank can tell me when my money will be sort or how long the issue will continue 🤔 🙄 😐 I'm not rich I don't have disposable income.

    @NatWest_Help @natwest out of interest, do you regularly treat your premier account holders with appalling levels of customer service? Must be just me then.
