@NatWestComm It's a personal savings and current account. I'm a senior IT project manager with HMRC & have my salary account with Halifax. Myself & wife save in the Natwest account and it was blocked. I have bills hanging including school fees for my kids. Customer service hasn't been of help

I've just had an email from my bank, who've been charging a monthly £6 plus about 30% interest for arranged overdrafts during the pandemic, THANKING ME FOR MY "CONTINUED SUPPORT" A lot of businesses have looked very scummy during this last year & #natwest IS ONE OF THEM!! 😡😡

@Reiziger_88 @pndc @RealWillyBot I believe credit card payments are widely restricted already (too many chargebacks when number went down). Barclays cut off Binance, TSB cut off all crypto exchanges, RBS/Natwest is just warning customers AFAIK

I have never heard of accounts being *closed* for transacting with exchanges. fwiw I use NatWest. blocked transactions in past but no problems for a while i.e. years although I have mostly been sending funds from exchange to bank, not the other way around ;)
