  @JimCognito2016 Banks have been closing down for years. NatWest in my area have nearly all closed. Not sure how he can pin it on Labour.

  @NatWest_Help Hi Mikyla - thanks, I'm still having the same problem I'm afraid. I've just tried again now to make a payment to HMRC through their app but unfortunately, after their app transfers me to the NatWest app to approve the payment, I log in, then just get a blank screen. The ... cont.

  @Wayne_adams83 There was talk of the banks working together in ONE building. Ie Barclays on Mondays, NatWest on Wednesdays and so on. Haven’t heard anything about it since though !

  @GSGB01 Yes JC we need people with knowledge and support from the nation , Sharon Osbourne next, we need someone that is one off the top brass from the bank off England or other financial field that isn't a fake cashier at NatWest like we have now , MPs that make a difference

  @financialombuds I'm confused Why are investigators keep missing main point? Asking NatWest for card reader won't help because the app requests face recognition to update details in the app Please tell where will reader card fit in?
