Anyone receiving a payment from Dedalus which is bounced please contact @Natwest. We have contacted them to no avail and Dedalus will remain without access to our account.

@BarclaysUKHelp The person I was speaking to was OK but the call quality was awful and it was very difficult to understand him. I wanted a copy statement but bizarrely it takes 7 working days to post, Natwest emailed it securely in about 10 minutes so that's disappointing

Hello @NatWest_Help - I keep experiencing problems paying off a Barclaycard on their website via my debit card, even though the funds are available and I'm approving via the NatWest app. Keeps declining - is there a limit on how much I can do in one transaction?

@JP_Biz No excuse in 2012 - all risks were known. This quote says everything: 'One rule designed to flag suspicious activity was disabled by NatWest because it created too many alerts, "so the bank decided it should be deactivated"' Too many alerts could also mean you got problems
