@NatWest_Help international transfer made on 27 July. Still not arrived, every week…ring back in 5 working days…can I escalate please…yes, my supervisor will ring you…in 4 working days. No idea where the money is or if I will hear from the supervisor. Not good enough NatWest

@LloydsBank My husband and I were trying to buy a mattress. The payment wouldn't go through on his card. Then I tried our Lloyds joint account card, still wouldn't go through. In the end I had to use my NatWest account, no problem. Issue with payments today?

@zeno001 @NatWestGroup If I was a female employee working in NatWest I’d expect them to pay for my HRT prescription and any other medications I needed if they’ll pay for ‘trans’ staff.

Companies like NatWest could venture into discriminatory territory the more they create “inclusive” policies - like funding people’s medical treatment. They don’t seem to have any system for deciding what would make a treatment worthier than another. It’s all down to lobby groups

@F15JCM @NatWestBusiness And I would rather not have to speak to Natwest Business. But I have an issue and their automated system it turns out it doesn't seem to work on a Mac and if you go IOS asks a series of questions and the says someone will be back in 3 hours time.

In Trans News (Telegraph Business)- NatWest (which closes branches; tells you your call is important but doesn’t answer; & hates spending money on customer service) will now pay for hormone treatment for trans-staff members. “…for a new loan, press 8, for transitioning, press 9”
