@NatWest_Help I have just been told our property is going back on the market on Monday. The property is officially lost because Natwest has taken more than a month to still not setup a standard joint account. Thank you Natwest for nothing. Awful experience,keep away from Natwest!

@NatWest_Help hi, these new Mastercards that current natwest customers have would this also mean someone with a non-contactless card will receive them too? my mum moved address in November but we’ve struggled to change her address as customer service has been terrible to us

Banks are trash, got a cash gift from my mum, want to pay the money @barclays you pay in terminal froze and took my card, waited 30 mins to get my card back and walked out, now I'm at @natwest and there is only one cashier, and no slips to pay in via the terminal 🙄 wtf is this

@NatWest_Help So, thanks for your answers, but unfortunately it seems I'll have to switch to a different bank as NatWest isn't able to support my needs any more. If you guys do writeups, note that your support as an individual was great, but the company as a whole needs to do better. Mod.

@FatherSJMC I don't recommend NatWest as a bank, they have been a nightmare. I do however having more then one person having online access. We have the administrator, myself as treasurer and the old treasurer (who is involved with the church) it does take some time though. Took me 18 months

@NatWest_Help Having difficulty adding Natwest debit card to Apple Pay on Apple Watch. Can successfully add the debit card to iPhone. Can successfully add a different bank's debit card to Apple Watch. Error message "Card Not Added. Contact your card issuer for more information."
