    @MissStixy @UltraDane still been told the same even when an appointment was made to come in and collect the cash ordered with natwest bank. closed the account that day, went to a bank told them we dont want to be stopped if i want to withdraw over £2000. no problem at new bank yet.

    RBS - the bad news never stops for this entity. Whilst an old story coming to a conclusion it is reminds us for just what an awful business RBS became, surely it is time for NatWest to vaporise this brand and its culture (for the benefit of shareholders as well as just because)?     @NatWest_Help customer service at natwest is dead. Got a platinum account that's useless. The insurance it comes with is worthless. Rang to complain, and they transferred me to the insurer I was complaining about. They tried to fob me off by transferring me to someone else. Joke.

    @NatWest_Help I wish to make a complaint about the service I’m receiving from NatWest in respect of a Business Bank Account application. We’ve already received compensation for one complaint but the bank are being obstructionist, awkward and frustrating.

    NatWest done bits with this new pots feature in this recent app upgrade 🥲👏🏾. They still have a few tweaks they gotta make (setting up standing orders and renaming pots without having to close them) but they have a customer for life in me I fear 🥲🥲🥲.

    @btcjvs Fixed rate ends August 31st this year, NatWest won't let us find and fix in until less than 120 days before rate ends😬

    @DanNeidle Yeah i set up a stocks and shares isa with natwest in November and my return so far is 9.17% since Nov, Set it up as I'm self employed and didn't have a pension pushing 40 so thought I'd have something just incase i needed to access the cash but also long term invest

    @WestStandWindy @MightyMillers20 He doesn’t need to do an awful lot though. Can probably transfer the operating budget into club accounts from the NatWest app on his phone from his yacht. Steve will know how to buy a player and run the football side. Head coach arriving tomorrow. He’ll have a managing director (Paul Douglas?) handling the non-football side. Facetiously, you’d say of all the things Tony Stewart has got wrong in recent years, having a holiday in May is probably the one thing he’s got right!
