@25z2 @Malwarebytes If you follow the link, it says you have to log in to online banking to download the free software. So if you don't do online banking, you can't get it. A bit misleading then to say it's for ALL Natwest customers.

hey @RBS_Help in Ipswich,there was a branch, in the past it would appear that it just could not last now we just have a NatWest, and whilst they try their best, it's just not the same, please can someone come down and join for the day, to keep the blues at bay?

NatWest #bank @NatWest_Help think that it is not an issue to ask you to upload your most vulnerable to fraud ID documents 13 times or more to apply for their credit card, because their tech can't read a driving license as well as a human Don't touch them. @MartinSLewis
