I have an account with NatWest, the branch in my town has only 2 staff: One teller/customer advisor and Branch Manager/Lead. Machine to deposit coins, cash in, pin resets, cheques scanners, digitised processes!

I need to give my employer my branch info, It was Prestwich, which closed, now its Cheetham Hill which is closing. I was told I can use the Bolton Service Centre but thats closed. Shelton (@CBTwizard) reported@CleansedTweets Yep had many do the same to me, I'm now left with NatWest, TSB and Metro (awful). Even the Internet banks like Wise, and Monzo and probably the best upon launch, Starling all folded, same reasons. NatWest has been most crypto friendly, bar selling crypto back to card, that requires TSB. I've even be banned for sending money to Wise, on suspicion of buying crypto with the money, £50 probably, while that was the intent, how would they have known?

Di Beirne (@ScattyCat) reported@NatWest_Help 2/2 problems. I've contacted HMRC, they said it's not a problem at their end, must be NatWest as I can log in, but then approval screen is blank. Is this a known issue? Please ask your I.T. to fix it. Been waiting for a reply in app customer service for over 10 hrs

If you know anything about the web banking interface that NatWest customers have to interact with, you'd be able to very quickly discern that me sending you a load of personal details is a complete & utter waste of time. You'll probably instruct me to visit a help page or ask Cora, or some other inane convolution of pointless steps, or worse, enter the 7th circle of hell that is your automated telephone system. But at no point will I actually be able to speak to anyone who knows the first thing about the tools NatWest inflicts upon its customers, nor who has the slightest hope in hell of actually fixing it. This is most likely the result of the people you (& ultimately we, the customers), pay eye-watering amounts of "Consultancy fees" to, never themselves having had to use the systems they implement & which are likely coded by a team of crack slaves in an Utter Pradesh sweat-shop. So I don't, under any known usense of the terms, expect a satisfactory resolution, but I did get to air my grievance.
