@NatWest_Help anyone else having issues getting account closure after a bereavement? keep delaying closure and payment of funds for absolutely no reason that anyone can explain to me. Come on NatWest - no point in having a bereavement service that doesn’t deliver. Distressing.

@NatWest_Help NatWest FaceID log in works great, but the blink-to-authorise a payment fails 9times/10 and I have twice been locked out of account for failed attempts. Can I keep Face ID login but lose the blinking part? Thanks

I bet (no pun intended) they wouldn't block payments to gambling sites (don't gamble). I've been meaning to close my #ISA for a while (pointless with today's #inflation). Now I will! Natwest says it's for my safety, but I don't feel #safe if THEY decide where I spend MY money.🤬

Interestingly, Ellis says Mettle came under "quite a severe cyberattack" but was never more grateful to have support from a larger bank partner like NatWest

@tottenham_tommy My worry is some banks might risk it. Natwest's are advertising 5% deposit mortgages again to drum up business. They can't help themselves.

Went to #Natwest related to mum's estate. Spoke to helpful lady. She - have you brought x,y and z. No I have brought just x because that's what it says on your website. She - website is wrong I keep telling them customers say that but they ignore me. I tried to mention users...

First Natwest, then Hermes and today we are complaining to @GoodEnergy. Three weeks it took to get a reply back from them and the problem still hasn't been resolved. I wonder if it'll take another three weeks to receive our next reply?

@NetflixUK why is it seemingly impossible to send an email to say “sorry ur price is rising” NatWest app sent me an email to show increase. Perhaps people r leaving not just because of cost but poor customer service. Will be cancelling today
