@HSBC_UK The profanity wasn’t directed at HSBC but was used to describe the attitude of HSBC towards 1% of their customers who can’t access their accounts for 3 months a year. NatWest, Halifax and Monzo have no problem functioning during the summer so I will bank with them and not you 🫡

@AshGardner1 @AmazonHelp @NatWest_Help Yes - different to NatWest. This is the 3rd time I’ve had issue. The 1st a month ago & 2nd a few days ago. When I spoke to Amzn they couldn’t understand why I had issue month ago as it was before the multi factor authentication change. I was given error code to contact bank

@NatWest_Help @NatWestGroup Please merge Natwest MyRewards and membershipbenefits sites and add SMS one time passwords. Sign in experience is awful, 3 passwords then locked rule is stricter than Fort Knox. Plus, the sites are not user friendly and do not feel like benefits

@Barclaycard You need to sort this out, not me. I am trying to pay my bill on your website and your system is causing the payment to be declined. Natwest do not have an issue as we can make payments to other companies as already stated.

@NatWest_Help Well, that's not really true is it. Natwest absolutely has the ability to personalise the design, as it offered that service previously. Natwest are making the choice to restrict that service from their customers...
