As soon as the Natwest Help to Buy ISA was introduced for 16 year olds, I was taken to the bank and signed up for it. I didn’t entirely know what it was but it was a HUGE thing for my property. So many parents and people don’t have access to internet/ knowledge these exist.

@NatWest_Help is it any more possible for Natwest bereavement team to be any ruder than they possibly are. I have been so unsatisfied by the team since dealing with my brothers passing. Incompetent, indifferent and unwilling to help. Cust since 1986!

@NarcAware @nw_nicholas Natwest/ RBS is, I hear, still being nasty abt paying PPI. When customer goes to Ombudsman, the clock starts again delaying payment further. Without any help in getting correct calculation or compensation? Looks like it. But Natwest must be paid.

@davidpolymath NatWest have been plugging a rewards account which needs you to login to the app monthly to get some of the rewards..rather than "charging" branch/telephony users they are "rewarding" digital users. Sounds less controversial!

@premnsikka The people's aspirations are changing. Fortunately, support in the north of the UK for breaking up the union is falling. Fighting money laundering is a very difficult problem. But that has nothing to do with Natwest's decision to act responsibly if Sturgeon gets her way.

@NatWestBusiness There are serious issues with NatWest Business banking. It’s not fair for the social media team to be asked to fend off enquires without *any* ability to sort them out. It’s very difficult to contact anyone who can help by phone, they can’t sort if when you do and why are there..
