Online banking with #Natwest is impossible. Getting access to an account online is awful. There's too many questions asked and it's my frigging account and I can't get in. Thinking of going to a new bank.

@NatWest_Help why can I (and clearly lots of other Twitter users) not access my Credit Cards on the NatWest app? Very inconvenient! Please reply.

@dgwbirch It has to be NatWest. They are the only party in control of the security model, the only one that can do something about it. When phishing turns up, only NatWest can change the model to mitigate phishing. (That is, if we want to address the problem. Maybe we don’t…)

@petefrasermusic @ellcol I spent Christmas in LA once and ended up having a lovely chat with a guy who was working NatWest’s fraud phone line at what was about 5am UK time, cheerily admitting to earning a fortune for that shift.

@dgwbirch You, because you know it's dodgy, or if you don't know it's dodgy NatWest because they are selling an unsafe service to an unsophisticated customer, or if not it's the Payee bank for dealing with a fraudster

Avoid NatWest Investments at all costs. Appalling service and broken promises galore and still no funds 3 months later.

@MartinSLewis Martin, just doing a current a/c switch from FD to NatWest select A/C for the £150 switcher bonus. Natwest's own T+C's don't mention the 2 £2+ direct debits, only the £1250 one-off deposit by 12th May to qualify MSE website says you DO need the DD's Who's right?

Fair play to Natwest, for the phone banking service that offers to call you back when advisers aren't busy, then calls you back to put you on hold due to the advisers being busy.
