@NatWest @NatWest_Help @NatWestGroup Problems trying to approve amount when online purchasing even though I have sufficient funds. The helplines totally frustrating because on each numerous occasion to talk to someone, calls kept dropping at their end! Too busy to go to branch!

@premnsikka @Natwest are closing their branch in my town. I am moving my account to Nationwide. Banks don't care. We are not customers, we are numbers. They don't care about the elderly or people that don't have access or choose not to use internet banking. It's a disgrace!

@NatWest_Help Bereavement services issue. All paperwork complete. All checks complete. A 2nd urgent request for funds to be released has been made. Still no payment. Feel totally unsupported and lied to when I call. Building interest are we NatWest??

7 calls, an hour plus waiting on hold, multiple online chats and Natwest Bank cannot issue a simple confirmation letter. Closing my account after 19 years. Seems there's much better services out there. Sorry @NatWest_Help / @NatWestGroup / @NatWestBusiness

@HalifaxBank Yes tried wifi and mobile data, it’s not an issue at my end and had no issues before the latest app update release and no it’s not a new connection to another bank I’ve had my NatWest account details on my Halifax app for a while now

@Darren_med32 @yorkshirekenny @BernieSpofforth If you have a natwest Bank account it's there. You might have to ask a younger member of your family to help. I asked my daughter to help as had seen this on here. We turned it off. Sorry if this is not very helpful.
