@NatWest Your biometric face recognistion system requires the touch of a surgeon which mear mortals dont possess. And trying to pay in a cheque via the app is impossible. Poor service.

@NatWest_Help Jo! Natwest have just taken payment for a loan I have already paid off? Any help would be amazing

Well this new Mastercard debit card from NatWest isn't fit for purpose, online payments being rejected left right and centre, I would like my visa debit card back as I never had a problem with it #MastercardSucks #NatwestSucks

@PaulGarner @ScaryifLiteral @tedsalmonuk I don’t have the NatWest app, but my two banking apps both work fine on one of the two screens each, at the same time. Does that help?

  • Lewis_040403 Lewis (@Lewis_040403) reported

@AskUphold I’m trying to withdraw funds to my NatWest bank account. In order to withdraw I need a name/business name to verify payee. What shall I put because nothing is working.

@FUDdaily @NatWest IME it's necessary to have 4+ banks, all accounts with no or very low fees, and preferably overdrafts. That way you can flip & punish poor service when needed at a moment's notice, always have options. Keep them all active with a c.£1k monthly standing order on rotation

  • Eastlondongeez Eastlondongeezer (@Eastlondongeez) reported

@NatWest_Help Hi. This I accept, however I would have thought that NatWest would like to protect their customers by finding out which machine is broken. As it stands the cash machine is still operating and chewing up cards. Surely the machine can be remotely analysed and switches off.

I will talk about failings by institutions like @Natwest not issuing him any investigation. He’s a vulnerable adult there must be a duty of care or support

@AndersonKennya @Artemisapphire Bedworth, on the outskirts of Cov, is a soulless dive. I endured working for the NatWest there in the eighties. It was like a nightmare. An empty, void-like period.

@AndyDO_ When I moved to Manchester in 2002 there were two things I missed from London. The first was green space, any green space, Sackville is not a park. The second was cash machines. Having to queue at the NatWest on Portland St of an evening with the Yate's crowd was awful
