@natwest log on into online banking using a card reader, go to pay someone and then have to go onto the actual mobile app to approve. What a load of bollocks when you've just been through all the security to log into online banking. Next up to the **** show blood signatures!!!

@RBS_Help I have grave doubts that you can help me given a: I have completed your fraud process (instigated erroneously and incorrectly followed by RBS/NatWest), b: have spoken to customer services about this issue, c: have been unable to register the issue via CORA as you are "busy".

I’ve just had to call the @TheAA_UK via my NatWest account using the AA app . I have to say the service was brilliant, the chap who attended exceeded my expectations. #thankyouAA

@AskNationwide I made a payment from my NatWest current account into my Nationwide Help to Buy ISA. It is not showing in my ISA account, how long does this normally take?

@monzo Love what you've done with the place 🤩 Also "Rewind to a time where the world of banking was stuffy and dormant".....this is why high street banking is dead.... My son is with NatWest (<16) and needs a card reader so he can log in and authorise changing his phone number 🤯

Just found out @RBS_Help have shut down all their branches in “England” and now I have to go to a @NatWest_Help. Only issue is NatWest have closed all their bank branches too. There is only one in my entire area in the city centre. They really don’t care about customers!

@NatWest_Help I've been on hold with the natwest fraud team for 1:49:00, and the line went silent at 1:44:00 though the call is still active. Why is it taking so long to speak to someone about an urgent fraud issue? :(

@Manjitskitchen @NatWestBusiness Yes. We had problems with NatWest suddenly freezing our business account. They wanted us to go through some weird online videoing process. We said get lost, you’ve seen our passports. We threatened to move banks and they suddenly backed down. I moved my current acct though.
