@NatWestBusiness Are address records separate between a NatWest Business debit account and a NatWest Business Credit Card? I'm having a problem with a passport application and proof of address. Or are they sync'd?

@natwest your machine ate my money and now I can do everything other than find out if the problem has been resolved as it wasn't resolved when I was there. Can't even contact the branch directly by phone to see if this resolved.

WTF is this bloke from NatWest on, where was anything for the sick and disabled who can't work? #bbcqt

@Fletch832 I am with NatWest too, I will rethink using them wtf do they think they are telling you what you can and can't do with your own money.

@trixyg @NatWest_Help They don’t want any operator sitting around for even 1 second without answering a phone. They are quite happy for us to do the waiting. Hint for NatWest: if you always have 20+ minute queues then it’s not high customer demand: it’s normal customer demand. Sort it out!

📢 Daily market update: FTSE slips after corporate disappointments, NatWest (NWG) disappoints with margin reduction, Apple (AAPL) and Amazon (AMZN) hit by supply chain issues and Facebook (FB) becomes Meta.

@NatWest_Help Hi, thanks for following up but I’ll be submitting a formal complaint. I’m not wasting any more time trying to get through IVR to speak to someone only to be lied to and then have the phone put down on me when I asked them to investigate #complaint #retailbanking #natwest

@natwest please stop shutting down the app at night. It’s actually very dangerous

@sundayhandbag @LBC @mrjamesob Working in Finance means a lot of things - He didn't seem to me he would be working as "banker" (trader/M&A/economist etc...) . Could be working being for a Natwest branch for all we know.
