    @YardleyShooting @LloydsBank Terrible that one has to fight like hell to speak with a manager. In my view most people don't ask for a manager unless they are getting nowhere with the customer assistant. Disgraceful service and it's not just Loyd's Bank either. Natwest are the same.

    @TheEdenSessions @LionelRichie So the problem is that with higher value tickets (and multiples of them), you are not passing the payment authorisation requirement back from Natwest bank, and are just failing the payment. It worked with Barclays in the end.

    @dannyjpalmer As examples - HSBC are official, but NatWest aren't. US Postal Service are official, but Royal Mail aren't. Go figure.

    @sarahduke97 @glastonbury Same. Declined it (whole separate issue with Natwest at the moment) and when I clicked retry it just booted me off despite having 5 mins left of the tickets supposedly being held

    If you bank with natwest take your money else where!! Customer service is a joke , think they own your money!!!! I'll be going elsewhere away from the bank of Scotland group!! #natwestbank

    I know the whole thing is ****, but just imagine everyone doing the same thing but to the banks. Everyone in the UK suddenly rushed to HSBC, Natwest and Virgin to withdraw all their cash. They'd ban withdrawals too. Heck, they have in the past.

    @NatWest_Help worst customer support in NatWest. I am trying to get my issues resolve with ISA account with NatWest however customer support people are giving reply like auto reply .. for this need to wait for 2 hr to get the reply
