Hey @RBSBusiness on 18 Nov I was told over the phone that I’d be sent a statement through the post in 12 days. There’s no branch in my town now. NatWest cannot help me with what I need, I’ve been to their branch several times this year. Which is awkward because (1/2)

Hi @DeliverooHelp - trying to order, but it keeps telling me I have to approve payments via my Natwest app. Except, I'm not with Natwest and I don't have the app. I've never had this issue before. What gives?Has something been hacked? @Deliveroo @NatWest_Help

@Citizen23259866 Remember when we sacrificed those NatWest Bankers in 2008 that had broken no UK laws? I’m no fan of bankers, but that was the start.

@JP_Biz No excuse in 2012 - all risks were known. This quote says everything: 'One rule designed to flag suspicious activity was disabled by NatWest because it created too many alerts, "so the bank decided it should be deactivated"' Too many alerts could also mean you got problems

@Megsdirection Not on Experian but it's being a *****.. it's fine on the TransUnion one which is what NatWest uses but my credit score on Experian keeps jumping up and down I'm so confused. And my address doesn't match on Experian I'm genuinely just confused

It's got to the point with #Natwest that I no longer feel comfortable using them for practical reasons. They are so over-protective, I honestly often worry I am unable to access my own money in a difficult situation.. The number of times I've had to phone them up..
