    @DaisyHawken @Eurostar @lastminute_com Last minute never got back to us and Eurostar couldn’t help as it was last minute who booked it so I ended up having to go through my credit card people (natwest) who refunded me and are investigating it! Hope you get it sorted…

    Wow NatWest actually has an ongoing issue with some payments showing twice and it's effected me. Nearly fainted when my account was in overdraft

    @NatWest_Help Trying to buy something using my mobile. This new layer of security not really thought through. Have to leave webpage to open Natwest app and 'authorise' but leaving a page cancels a transaction in many cases. Terrible customer experience & incredibly frustrating

    @NatWest_Help @sabz_sabz0078 This relates to a post some time ago. Can you tell me if it's a debit card & if we can still use a pin number (not contactless)? Currently use chip & pin, not contactless. NatWest seems to be making banking impossible for many. We want branches, cheque books, not contactless, etc
