@DaisyHawken @Eurostar @lastminute_com Last minute never got back to us and Eurostar couldn’t help as it was last minute who booked it so I ended up having to go through my credit card people (natwest) who refunded me and are investigating it! Hope you get it sorted…

So a retailer has stated IN WRITING at a least 3 times that they issued me a refund on 12/03/22 but I NEVER RECEIVED IT! #Natwest refuses to help just because the original transaction was in 2020. I'm just at a loss at this point @NatWest_Help

@HistoryOfStokey Actually NatWest in SN High Street is on the old Borough of Hackney side of the road. The boundary with SNBC ran down the middle of the High Street. Even SN station was just within the Hackney Borough boundary before it veered left to run along the railway towards Bethune Road
