The net result of cooperation from good hearted folks was that saved it me £3700 when I had just been made redundant.

We will likely NEVER do business with Natwest again and we may EMBARGO any potential clients that bank with them. Unbelievably poor.

They can put hurdles in your way for sure. But they can't take it off you unless you willingly give them the keys.
