Credit where it is due. Samantha at Natwest got it sorted and compensated me for the problems. Well done to her. @NatWest_Help should be grateful. @AskNationwide the ball is in your court to keep me as a customer.

@TicketmasterCS help please! I never received a booking confirmation email or my posted tickets for a show tonight. I booked via NatWest black membership app so they aren’t showing in my ticketmaster account either - how do I get hold of my tickets? Thanks

@LukeMassie After being a NatWest customer for over 14 years, I’ve decided I needed alittle change. So Ive joined @monzo instead. I’m tired of constantly having to wait for my money to hit my account, online banking going down frequently and not to mention the apps own issues! I like that-

@NatWest_Help So am I. Apparently I have to fill in the form and wait 5 working days for someone to contact me, while waiting 7 working days for a card. I shouldn't be surprised; I end up having to make a complaint after every interaction with NatWest.

> speak to someone else, who insists on taking me through security and asking for information about the issue, before telling me to "Search NatWest complaints" through Google. Awful, infuriating service, again. Have spent over an hour on the phone, now more time on the complaint.

When I initially reported his death, NatWest did nothing for 13 weeks. They lost the case on the system and so it expired. They were executor of the will. My solicitor suggested a huge complaint and a request that they stepped down as executor. They did so. I started from scratch

There is, however, a lot of admin involved in the winding-down of the human race. All that probate, tax, property sales etc. It's all well and good assuming you're going to trouser all the wealth, but what if the people at NatWest drop dead too? Or Ocado?

@mphcoach @NatWest We were aware of an issue that was affecting some customers accessing their mobile app. It has now been resolved by our tech team and it should be back up and running for you now. If not, please log out and back in again. - Jonathan

@terrybhunter @NatWest_Help There's definitely an issue with the app, you're not the only one, there's nothing wrong with my WiFi either, hopefully NatWest fixes it soon?
