    @TicketmasterCS help please! I never received a booking confirmation email or my posted tickets for a show tonight. I booked via NatWest black membership app so they aren’t showing in my ticketmaster account either - how do I get hold of my tickets? Thanks

    @NatWest_Help Natwest is one of the worst companies I've ever come across. I just recently opened an account with you, I received an email from you saying that my application had been cancelled due to some issues with my information.

    @NatWest_Help watch out for Natwest's data protection. They illegally update your details without your consent. They ring you from their mobiles and do no security checks. They then block DSARs. Your legal rights are ignored. @ICOnews @BBCWatchdog

    @NatWest_Help can I enquire about whether you contact customers to consolate debt and also offer a rewards account all over the phone ? When I didn’t request this ? Iim concerned for my sister she is a NatWest customer? So am I but no one have ever phoned me to do this ?

    @wolfnsunflowers Now that's a top class Dad response! Though it does make it sound like he might encounter your boobs on the NatWest banking site, Asda online shopping or possibly Wikipedia.
