@TicketmasterCS help please! I never received a booking confirmation email or my posted tickets for a show tonight. I booked via NatWest black membership app so they aren’t showing in my ticketmaster account either - how do I get hold of my tickets? Thanks

Credit where it is due. Samantha at Natwest got it sorted and compensated me for the problems. Well done to her. @NatWest_Help should be grateful. @AskNationwide the ball is in your court to keep me as a customer.

@TicketmasterCS Hi my instalment for creamfields has not been taken. NatWest has recently changed their cards from visa to Mastercard so I think this could be why. Is there anyway to re attempt the payment? I need help please:

NatWest denying there is any discernible problem yet for customers deriving from the economy, or from interest rate increases, or from the cost of living crisis seems a little shortsighted? #r4today

@BarclaysUKHelp any idea as to why @Tesco had issues this morning with my card? It's not expired and had enough funds. Worked fine with a NatWest card.

Alison Rose, CEO of NatWest deflects question on just how much money she gets from that post... as she talks softly on how customers are doing fine with NatWest bank's help!!! #r4today

@melissagstory They are part time. All of the players have other jobs. Impossible to work logistically for National counties unless they got full ECB funding to go pro, which would mean existing FC counties having less share. Sadly a non starter. Natwest trophy comeback would be nice though

6 WEEKS and many phone calls/emails from me for NatWest to transfer a donation to our Afghan charity. No reason given and not the first time we couldn't access our own funds. Scandalous! Are they afraid of the "A" word or what?
