@TicketmasterCS help please! I never received a booking confirmation email or my posted tickets for a show tonight. I booked via NatWest black membership app so they aren’t showing in my ticketmaster account either - how do I get hold of my tickets? Thanks

Look at this, Jean. 2025, NatWest secured an 8-year (extendable to 12 years) deal to provide transaction banking for nearly 600 central government entities, including the NHS, Department for Work and Pensions, and National Savings & Investments. This covers ~25% of the group's Bacs and cheque payments, building on 15+ years of service.

@JohnHann0404 NatWest yea does it I closed my account current accounts down awhile ago when I noticed it in may this year. Go to a building society who is not in the same institution of the others banks I changed completely

@JohnHann0404 John, I bank with NatWest and have looked for references to the carbon footprint and found nothing. It could be that I access the bank on my laptop. I don't have a smart phone so can't download their banking app. Perhaps that is where the data is shown?

@NatWest_Help can you help me with a. Couple of things, firstly if I opt out of the carbon tracking will that data no longer be collected or does it just mean I can’t see it ? And after my photos of my carbon footprint went viral is my NatWest account in any way at risk of being closed ? I’d appreciate an answer
