@RBS_Help as a member of the public and ex employee I'm shocked an appalled by the customer service I've received. 5 day SLA that is now on its 17th day without a response..apart from a system driven text....I have names (at RBS natwest) ill keep private for now.

That was an interesting journey down the rabbit hole. We are being forced to use smartphones because I can't unlink my natwest account from the mobile phone app. The transactions are continuously asking for verification by mobile app. This time MIB are not ******* with me,

@Natwest @NatWest_Help As a vulnerable customer i have no card, no assistance and I've tried calling to report more #Fraud my account has been ignored and you just ignore people with disabilities. It's a joke, why don't you help me?
