@NatWest_Help Thanks! There’s a different form/different questions asked depending on if I go for “new to NatWest” or “used to be a customer”. The latter is a lot more in depth that I’m not comfortable with. Can I go with new customer flow?

I have been singularly unimpressed by #NatWest and their business banking service. Have been trying to sign up a business account for 5 weeks now. A dozen phone calls and still no idea why ID docs are being rejected. Absolutely appalling service when trying to start new business

@iconicDemoe When I tell you they don't care. It's not just the boots. The counters in HSBC weren't working, NatWest was somehow too. So it's a whole area thing. It's like they don't think the people living here deserve the same standard of service.

NatWest just paid my rent twice today as a ‘technical error’ that ‘can’t be recalled’. The guy on the phone says they’ve been having issues with standing orders all day so check your accounts!! @MartinSLewis

@sarahsmall @MartinSLewis Don't stand for that! Natwest ****-up = Natwest pays you back and covers any extra fees (i.e. overdrafts, other bounced payments). Happy to follow up as a journalist if they refuse to help you.

@NatWest_Help Verification code not sending on Google pay. Your online message's service in the Natwest app is poor. Just provides you with a link to Google pay set up. Which i can do my self by logging into my Google account . Clearly something wrong on Natwest behalf

cant buy a holiday ticket; sick beaches now i have wait 3 working days to use natwest app. baloon flight was ****, lasted about 10 minutes was scared though. #FixThesystem
