  @NatWest_Help poor actions from you guys today . To suspend my accounts with no explanation. No access to money. Been advised to ask my neighbours to borrow me money while natwest contact me in due course . To top it off I have 3 children to feed in the school holiday.

  Well if NatWest/Enron Three can be extradited to USA as they were in 2006 to face stated charges & be prosecuted & sent to prison, I don't see any problem why royal concerned shouldn't be extradited right now to face the charges against him! #justsaying

  @NatWestGroup borrowed £45 billion from the UK government to stay afloat after collapsing through their own business incompetence. I borrowed £6000 to stay afloat during a pandemic when my industry shut down overnight, and now NatWest won’t renew my mortgage. Seems fair… c****.

  @NatWest_Help payit service is a scam! Paid credit card bill on Mon 9th using payit. ££ left my nationwide acc but never reached credit card company. If I used card to pay my bank could help but since it’s 3rd party provider I need to chase NatWest and they are not holpfull!!!!

  I'm a bit upset with @NatWest. They take 3 duplicate amounts out of my acc by error, then when I dispute it they think my claim is an error & close it. *Then* they take the same amount out for a 4th time! *Then* I'm fobbed off with tel nos. #NatWest

  @NatWest_Help Thanks for coming back. I could not b/c I was told it was an international payment. I have to send the payment today and the rep was really not helpful and did not really try to solve the problem. I will have to send through natwest which will charge insane currency exchange fees

  @GamCare @GambleAware Hey. I’ve had an update directly from NatWest about your training. Because you’ve ignored me and others about it for some reason. I’ll be reviewing how this alleged training worked for me soon, as a previous customer of the bank. Be warned, it’s not pretty.
