@natwest disappointed with telephone help today which demonstrated that your staff don’t fully understand the functionality of the mobile and online banking screens and were thus unable to resolve my query, relating to an unknown payment waiting for approval.

@NatWestGroup You are the worst bank I've ever had the misfortune to be a customer of. I would advise people to avoid applying for a mortgage via NatWest unless they welcome terrible customer service and aren't in any kind of hurry.

The @NatWest_Help Customer Service on twitter it’s much better than the Natwest App. I Made the same question in both apps and I get better answer on twitter. They were more helpfull and gave me more details in each doubt I had. #Natwest

@NatWest_Help You know what, I haven't logged into my Natwest Acc for so long but amazingly remembered all the passwords and codes needed to get into it (after having to get a passcode). Go to make a payment - use Smart Card! FO* no wonder I don't use this **** company

@karen_larner @BusterJames15 @TJ0056 Look on F/B NatWest site. They have started freezing peoples accounts for 60 days if you challenge them about cash or not providing receipts for cash. They have put young men & women (naive and Gullible) on the front desk and slapped a managers badge on them.
