@Manjitskitchen @NatWestBusiness Yes. We had problems with NatWest suddenly freezing our business account. They wanted us to go through some weird online videoing process. We said get lost, you’ve seen our passports. We threatened to move banks and they suddenly backed down. I moved my current acct though.

@natwest log on into online banking using a card reader, go to pay someone and then have to go onto the actual mobile app to approve. What a load of bollocks when you've just been through all the security to log into online banking. Next up to the **** show blood signatures!!!

@NatWest_Help Frustratingly a DM advised me to speak directly to NatWest's Application Support team via "Chat to Cora", which was a waste of 30 mins as they told me they would only help my partner, not me, despite it being my ID NatWest's DigiDocs has a random issue with. #PoorCustomerService

@Manjitskitchen @NatWestBusiness Thoughts with you I have had issues with @natwest their support for female business owners does not match their PR one jot I hope you manage to resolve things quickly - as if times aren't tough enough

@RBS_Help I have grave doubts that you can help me given a: I have completed your fraud process (instigated erroneously and incorrectly followed by RBS/NatWest), b: have spoken to customer services about this issue, c: have been unable to register the issue via CORA as you are "busy".

Delighted that the first 20 minutes of my working day were spent of the phone with Natwest trying to figure out why my current account had gone missing (not showing up in online banking+blocked), which turns out they do whenever you have a 'suspicious' transaction 1/2...

Day 4, roof leak, no lights, & more bad weather on the way. 6 chase calls from me, promised the insurance assessor would ring me by 12 yesterday for an appointment, promised someone would ring me yesterday from Natwest, nothing! Terrible service! @NatWest_Help #insurance #Storm

@gjhendry00 @JamesCleverly Means he can't nip down to his local NatWest and make a deposit or enjoy a Tesco meal deal. Our governments response is like a fart in a hurricane as ******* usual.

@NatWest_Help David . No I was told that a fraud manager would call me ‘today’(yesterday) or ‘tomorrow’(today). Ive banked with natwest for over 20 years and yet im treated like a thief. Its an appalling way to treat customer
