    @NatWest_Help I had several encounters with Cora & I can honestly say "she" is worthless... it feels like dealing with a PC from 1985... at a time when sophisticated AI tools are freely available it makes Natwest looks really bad. I say that both as a customer & a former employee of the group.

    @NatWest_Help utter shambles. Can’t make payment to another account (which needs to be done today), copy & paste responses from NatWest to use online banking - but whilst I can log in, I still can’t make any payments “This service is not available at the moment”
