    What do Lloyds and NatWest customers have in common? Apathy! Close your accounts now. They are closing branches so they do not care about the personal touch? Service levels are dire and complaints and fines are as well. Customers and Shareholders should not pay fines for Director

    What an absolute shambles the new #NatWest branch at CMK is😡There appears to be one person on the door, one customer service assistant and one person on the one and only cash desk in a huge building. Very poor.

    Very sad to hear of the planned closure of the NatWest bank in Heslington. This follows the closure of Barclays and Lloyds branches in recent past. This comes at a time when so many in the local disabled community can’t access banks in York city centre due to the Blue Badge Ban.
