Complaint on the village FB group: the Natwest mobile bank comes for an hour every fortnight and someone is annoyed that they won't help them their Santander banking enquiries.

  • AfroGodEth50 fuJT|Cloodle-Z (@AfroGodEth50) reported

Logging into my Natwest to check how many pennies are left in my planned monthly overdraft to be greeted with a promise of help with the cost of living… to be taken to a page about free financial counselling? ****** slap to my ugly *** mug.

@GirlGiada Happened to me last year imitating Evri. Got to where they said they froze account for safety and needed to close and reopen. Sooooooo slick. Natwest was great in helping fix.

@Sminem_Saylor @crypto_caesar1 @_josephlb Same with me. I’ve had nothing but problems with all banks. Tried Santander, RBS, Lloyds and NatWest. RBS weren’t too bad up until last week. Doesn’t seem too friendly to me. Should be laws in place to stop banks imposing draconian rules as to what you can/can’t do with money.

  • SajGoraya THE COMMUNITY PROJECT (@SajGoraya) reported

@Midget100 @RedKLN @NatWest_Help Switch to First Direct. £175 switch but better overdraft amount and £250 of that is interest free. I did so after the same terrible service you had trying to switch with Natwest and then choosing not to.

  • AndrewSherville Andrew Sherville (@AndrewSherville) reported

The Times: NatWest chief executive has broken ranks with her largest three retail banking rivals to disclose that the bank made 14 times more from its savers last year than in 2021.

@LBC when #natwest app is down like it is now!!

  • MarianAngelov3 Marian Angelov (@MarianAngelov3) reported

Natwest, UK has made it its policy that TRW is an unsafe platform for people 's money to go to and are now declining people's cards, making it impossible for them to continue using the app and gain all the knowledge in there. I'm one of the affected... 📜📜📜 @Cobratate #trw

  • GraceW_BM Grace Witherden (@GraceW_BM) reported

NatWest call centre is woeful, asks me to enter my customer number, I do, correctly then it assumes I don't have telephone banking so now I've been sent to someone else. Erm that's now what I'm ringing you

On further research, even if I were to french kiss it or even give it a damn good *******, it seems unlikely. Now, if it were a bank vole, that might be a problem. Thankfully tho, they're nowhere near as cute. And prefer banks. Saw one lurking outside NatWest earlier on.
