@purgstallheath @NatWest Everytime and every company and service :(((. The honest recording should be “We are not employing enough people so that we can make bigger profits’”

  • petecriddle Pete Criddle (@petecriddle) reported

@purgstallheath @NatWest Same with @CooperativeBank who gave me £25 when I complained about my time being wasted but absolutely avoided addressing the real problem of too few staff and an online banking platform that doesn't let you do what you need!

  • purgstallheath Father Oliver Coss (@purgstallheath) reported

@Morris2906 @NatWest When the automated voice said "in a few words, tell us why you're calling", it struggled to comprehend what I meant by 'your negligent customer service'.

  • _martinpalmer_ Martin Palmer (@_martinpalmer_) reported

@squeezyjohn Don’t bother with a NatWest. We needed change for a car-boot we were doing. Big queue, with only one out of the three counters open. But two other staff members standing around twiddling their thumbs, waiting to “help” people. Want to help? Get behind a f*cking counter!

  • VModifiedMind Vince (@VModifiedMind) reported

@dseselectric @NatWestBusiness Meanwhile Natwest it seems need more than a business working day to call me back with an enquiry that could make them tens of thousands over a few years. Not sure why banks take so long to even phone you.

  • petermidgley Peter Midgley ☀️ (@petermidgley) reported

"Today’s announcement, an industry first, means that @NatWest Group will be the first UK bank to go beyond the requirement for banks to provide VRP in support of ‘sweeping’ – the automatic transfer of money between two accounts belonging to the same person." @TrueLayer

  • P_M_H2016 MrsMrs (@P_M_H2016) reported

@Weezus07 I used to work in a call centre for Natwest & when the customer told me which branch they were at, I knew the sort codes off by heart. SE London & Croydon Areas that’s a lot of sort codes!

  • ShortlandsPR Elaine Storey (@ShortlandsPR) reported

@NatWest_Help Please stop texting me. 5 texts in as many minutes. I do not have a NatWest account and this problem has been going on for 4 years!! Please dm.

  • sarahsmall Sarah Little (@sarahsmall) reported

NatWest just paid my rent twice today as a ‘technical error’ that ‘can’t be recalled’. The guy on the phone says they’ve been having issues with standing orders all day so check your accounts!! @MartinSLewis

  • jowinnsmith Revd Jo Winn-Smith (@jowinnsmith) reported

@purgstallheath @NatWest Sounds a bit like the reverse of the tube when it says it's running a 'good service', which actually means they're running the service they're supposed to run!
