Utterly appalling customer service from @NatWest_Help telephone customer service. After not being able to answer my queries & refusing to connect me to the relevant dept, I was told there's no point in carrying on the call. Not what I expect from a business banking team #natwest

@teaforpterosaur I pretty much only like the Gherkin and the Natwest Tower, that cheesegrater thing is terrible and blocks the view of the Gherkin from the west.

@age_uk When @NatWest agree they can see fraud on your Grandma's account, admit they're liable to reimburse but then say they can't even investigate officially because your Grandma has dementia and lacks the mental capacity to make decisions! Shocking!!! Can you help?

@MartinSLewis @MoneySavingExp We are about to switch from NatWest to HSBC. Currently 1.59% end of 2yr fix, to 1.19% for 5 years! Extending from 18 years to 25 as baby is due and reducing monthly outgoings for the medium term. Fix for 5 years as int rates likely to increase dramatically over next few years

@NatWest_Help I've spoken to NatWest on the live help and they couldn't help so they've given me the number to the NatWest switching team... NatWest should have contacted me if they blocked the switch not just pretend it never happened, awful service for a customer of 17 years.

@MartinSLewis @MoneySavingExp We've just saved ourselves £114 a month by switching from Kensington to NatWest, we are on help to buy, we were given £500 cashback for switching, this was however swallowed up with legal fees and still had to pay another £300 out of our own money.

@JamesDelingpole I tried to support you today by giving you a monthly payment . I should have been suspicious when it said $10. I contacted NatWest to ask them to cancel this transaction which was charged as £9 on my card. Are you aware of a problem here?

@NatWest_Help the Natwest app is not working, when trying to log in I get an error message saying "Oops, we've had to log you out of the app, please login to complete your request" however, I have restarted my phone, checked for updates, closed the app and attempted to re-login.
