@RockcliffeFiles NatWest had a good branch in Manchester city centre, which they shut 5 years ago & opened a **** show instead. All with the intention of employing as few staff as possible & directing people to their app for as many purposes as possible. I’ve lost my **** in there more than once

@santanderukhelp @Lisa_Evenden This is an incredible security risk, just heard about a Santander customer that lost £5,000 because of this - and the bank is claiming that the customer must have written the PIN down somewhere. NatWest says it won't offer this service as it's too insecure. Get it turned off ASAP

@1ohreally @PeterDbrash @MorganBroadcast Most (all?) banking apps do this, it's very convenient but clearly also a security issue Just checked my NatWest and they actually don't seem to, PIN reminders are sent out by post

@NatWest_Help Thank you. I want NATWEST to cancel my biometric verification on the App. It is a time waster. You put your face on the frame a million times, blink two million twice, and it will still come back to say, you cannot be verified. Sorry CORA cannot answer this biometric issue.😡

@greateranglia Nope. Still not working. It doesn't seem to like me leaving the app mid payment, but that's what I have to do to authorise it! I'll leave it with you and the tech people to fix and get a paper ticket. I bank with NatWest and am using an android if that helps with fixing it.

@MorganBroadcast What a terrible thing to happen, I hope you get refunded. I switched from NatWest to @santanderuk this week, this is very concerning, I might switch back.

@NatWest_Help NatWest advertise that they offer Executor Accounts. I've been trying to open one since mid-July and still have not got access... extremely frustrating at a difficult time! Suggest you look elsewhere if you need one.

@MorganBroadcast This is terribly! Years back, I went to the swimming pool at London Bridge then Fitness First Gymn, came back and everything in my locker's gone! Left with just my swim shorts! £350 used from my account.Gymn didn't help. NatWest blamed me. Took it to ombudsman and won. Still..
