    @uxcharlielouise @NatWest_Help I had to phone up in the end, the person I spoke to said I could do it on the app and I had to correct her and tell her I couldn't because there was a "known issue" with it, but doesn't seem like anyone at NatWest wants to fix it!

    @DerylLynn Yes! Just been dealing with one for an hour for the simplest issue. Previously NatWest refused to transfer £ to another bank account until I went into a branch, photo ID & spoke for 20 mins on phone to one of their "security" people. Why are you transferring this £?!!

    @nickmangwana Well for your followers who lacks information that will buy into this superficial understanding of why and how the likes of NatWest closed. Closing because you want to adapt to your changing customer needs is different from closing because business is nolonger viable.
