@colinbrazierGBN Natwest has turned into a terrible bank for service, you're lucky you actually got to speak to a person. Our local Thomas Exchange on the high street never has supply chain issues.

@HM_Passport 4 times the website crashed on us taking £576. natwest refuse to refund us until you take ownership no appointments where booked. i keep calling. keep getting cut off. HELP!

@NatWest_Help As I have previously mentioned - I've been let down by those measures on multiple occasions I trust therefore that Natwest will be willing to provide replacement cards any time I have reason to believe my complete card details have been visible to a third party then?

@guardian NatWest is a truly rotten organisation - absolutely useless executives, clueless management & awful IT systems - how they are allowed to operate with their technology should be illegal - not surprised that these funds can’t be accessed
