  @Bournemouthecho I have been a NatWest customer since I left school over 40 yrs . The bank is a shadow of its past , terrible opening hours machines that constantly break down and customer service that is dam right awful .

  I'm getting sick of natwest ngl, it's happened a few times now where I've transferred from my savings account to my current account and the money has ******* vanished Literally all the money I have left for the month, I asked customer support and they just said 'we can see it-
