@HalifaxBank I have to say, I’m with NatWest and their customer service phone is better. I’ve had two very odd people on the phone. Getting through to someone is painful. Shouldn’t be that way I’m planning to join you but now I’m not sure. I’ve been hung up on twice

@EE your NatWest 3d secure challenge does not work on the app. When you return after authorising the payment it just goes back to the basket. It works if you use the website instead of the app.

@Trailer_Swift69 Yep. Read the statistics for US DA successful prosecutions. They create a galaxy of offences and make you plead to a lesser offence to scale down the time. I read the book of one of the NatWest Three, US Justice is a joke

@NatWestGroup to login and check my mortgage is awful. You send my an activation code which doesn't work. Why is natwest so complicated compared to everywhere else 🤯 my mortgage started on the 3rd and I still haven't been able to go in and view it!
