  @Natwest idea of progress is to close down helpful & people focussed branches particularly with the elderly & divert everyone to a busy automated focussed branch you have to travel to & which is always full of queues. First Catford closed diverting to lewisham now sydenham.

  @hullkrofficial Awful ticketing system just continuously redirects back to the initial basket page after approving in the NatWest app. Improve it.

  There should be more of triangular & quadrangular T20 series in the ICC FTP. That will give associates more opportunities against top teams.   @NatWest_Help Ok but doesn’t really help me. I needed cash to pay the barber! 💈 wasted trip. It’s the lack of communication from NatWest that’s even more annoying. An hour on the phone and even the customer care guy, doing his best and really good guy, couldn’t tell me what was up

  NatWest - your support for elderly people is so bad! You have very little empathy for relatives & you just don’t listen to those trying to help & resolve a problem. Call after call is the same! It’s like talking to a brick wall!

  @jet2tweets are you aware of PSD2 SCA booking issues with NatWest credit cards. @NatWest_Help are saying you cannot transact with each other and my credit card gets declined. Very poor joint experience

  @NatWestBusiness How is anyone supposed to sell a business when the new owner has been “denied” access to the business accounts due to NatWest’s inability to sort out a bank mandate. Access was requested a fortnight ago.

  @exRAF_Al @miriam_cates @WilliamClouston finalizing the NatWest/RBS sale at such a significant loss, Labour government isn't just balancing books; they are erasing the evidence. Once the shares are gone, the "investment" is over, and the loss becomes a legacy issue.

  @NatWest_Help 2/2 problems. I've contacted HMRC, they said it's not a problem at their end, must be NatWest as I can log in, but then approval screen is blank. Is this a known issue? Please ask your I.T. to fix it. Been waiting for a reply in app customer service for over 10 hrs
