@NatWest_Help Hi Jordan, coin machine was used and operating fine, however the staff in branch were not in a very polite or helpful mood, and were particularly rude to the gentlemen in front of us as well. Unimpressed to be honest and doesn't do NatWest's customer service reputation any good.

@NatWest_Help just a note to say I received absolutely first class service today with a question about my current account and a question about my credit card. Both contacts I spoke to at NatWest were knowledgable and helpful! Very impressed

@NatWest_Help Yeah thats exactly the problem, I don’t want to go onto online banking and logging into Natwest is the worst experience ever too. I much prefer @LloydsBank and their app, and the fact that they don’t require a stupid card reader every time I wanna do something with my money too!

  • aligaijn Alastair Coates (@aligaijn) reported

@MartinSLewis . My friends and I want to know if there are any uk banks that allow Brits living overseas to open an account ( or more specifically a savings account). Natwest and RBS don’t. Please help

@niknabster @StarlingBank Are you kidding? You've never had issues logging into other high street bank websites? You've been lucky then! No end of issues with Natwest, Santander etc over the years, and you don't even get a sorry from them
