    @JoshTomBrown_95 Thanks for confirming. As per our agreement with our partner banks, we can't contact Natwest about your account for security reasons. Natwest provided us with 0345 788 8444 for their customers to call so they can look into any issues with our banking teams if issues arise. - Tom
