Hi @NatWest_Help you need to replace your fraud team staff. The idiot I spoke with was rude, couldn't hear the difference between basic digits, hung up on me, and shut down all my online banking services after I passed all the security Qs. Where do you find these morons? #natwest

@NatWest_Help Natwest cancel your debit card with no notification and no reason. They allege a fraudulent transaction which was a birthday card heavy stuff. More Natwest inept service it is a joke#

@TSB of just done it though my NatWest or Barclays account. Terrible customer service this evening, the lady might of well said to me just move your payments over to another bank! After this rant of a tweet i am moving all of my payments over to my NatWest account and then 6/8

@StandfieldKen Hey Ken, was wondering if I can lean on the community to help with depositing fiat to exchanges in the UK. For me, so far, Natwest bank has stopped payments to Binance, Coinbase, and Gemini. Frustrating as I'm trying to buy.

@LayahHeilpern @NatWest_Help Next tgey decide that they would prefer you to shop at Tescos and block payments to Sainsburys. If I want to withdraw my money and burn it, I can. It is reasonable for them to request you sign a waiver to remove liability from Natwest, nothing more. They exist because of my money
