  @BarclaysUKHelp @NatWest_Help I made payment at 11:43 and it’s still not reached my NatWest account - can someone please assist me as it’s a large sum of money & this delay shouldn’t be occurring if the FPS is working fine

  @NatWest_Help 2/2 problems. I've contacted HMRC, they said it's not a problem at their end, must be NatWest as I can log in, but then approval screen is blank. Is this a known issue? Please ask your I.T. to fix it. Been waiting for a reply in app customer service for over 10 hrs

  @RupertLowe10 @ShapoMelon @Asmongold I gave up on him when he abandoned all those people he promised to help who had been Debanked. He got his NatWest payoff. Shut down the website. And never mentioned it again.

  @Lifeofdavie_ Most banks are shutting down due to 90% automation of processes. I have an account with NatWest, the branch in my town has only 2 staff: One teller/customer advisor and Branch Manager/Lead. Machine to deposit coins, cash in, pin resets, cheques scanners, digitised processes!

  @NatWest_Help And what would be the point of that? If you know anything about the web banking interface that NatWest customers have to interact with, you'd be able to very quickly discern that me sending you a load of personal details is a complete & utter waste of time. You'll probably instruct me to visit a help page or ask Cora, or some other inane convolution of pointless steps, or worse, enter the 7th circle of hell that is your automated telephone system. But at no point will I actually be able to speak to anyone who knows the first thing about the tools NatWest inflicts upon its customers, nor who has the slightest hope in hell of actually fixing it. This is most likely the result of the people you (& ultimately we, the customers), pay eye-watering amounts of "Consultancy fees" to, never themselves having had to use the systems they implement & which are likely coded by a team of crack slaves in an Utter Pradesh sweat-shop. So I don't, under any known usense of the terms, expect a satisfactory resolution, but I did get to air my grievance.

  @NormanBrennan @dshensmith @robprogressive But that’s not true Norman. I’ve just been scammed on my credit card with Natwest, they’re refusing to help! Told me to take it up with trading standards!!! You know that bank, the people’s bank…..

  Today, @CamdenCouncil, your scheme failed a frail, elderly woman in a significant way. She flagged me down at the intersection of Tottenham Court Road and Oxford Street, urgently needing help to pick up her elderly friend at the NatWest bank on Tottenham Court Road. What should have been a quick one-minute journey along a major thoroughfare turned into a frustrating 16-minute detour. The reality is that Tottenham Court Road does not prioritise “inclusion.” It is absurd that accessible transport is prohibited from driving along one of London’s main roads. @TfL @LondonAssembly

  @MartinSLewis I have Natwest black rewards account. I get travel insurance , phone insurance, breakdown cover ,free airport lounge access and £10 back each month. Comes in handy as I fly at least twice a month. It costs me £32 per month.

  @GavinBoby @RedbridgeLive despite several complaints about the use of the former NatWest bank as a mosque in Barkingside High St it appears you have decided to not act upon these!! You are truly letting the community down by not taking us seriously !!!
