@Barclays is there any issue with your faster payment services ? I have done a transfer which hasn’t yet reached my NatWest UK account - it’s usually immediate or as good as. I did this payment earlier this morning. TIA

@NatWest_Help Due to NatWest's archaic system I've been told to diarise. So taking into account you can not transfer on a week-end or public holidays, it will take nearly three weeks to complete the transfer. As I said before "archaic" and totally lacking in any customer service.

@NatWest_Help after the fiasco of dealing with a LPA dept at NatWest now want the transfer to another bank and guess what, hit another issue can only transfer £20k a day to another bank, archaic, thought we were in the 21st Century!

@NatWest_Help If money worries cause me stress, I’ll open an account with a bank who’ll be there to speak with me face to face. NatWest on the Isle of Wight are a let down with low customer service levels.

@natwest You are NOT experiencing high customer demand. I am experiencing no customer service. As for the patience for which you keep thanking me, it was exhausted long ago. And if your online service was capable of answering my urgent query I would obviously be using it.
