    @Barclays is there any issue with your faster payment services ? I have done a transfer which hasn’t yet reached my NatWest UK account - it’s usually immediate or as good as. I did this payment earlier this morning. TIA

    @BarclaysUKHelp @NatWest_Help I made payment at 11:43 and it’s still not reached my NatWest account - can someone please assist me as it’s a large sum of money & this delay shouldn’t be occurring if the FPS is working fine

    @ThreshedThought Thanks Mike. The real issue is the 75% foreign ownership, which makes it much harder to influence change. It’s baffling how this model was ever allowed for our key services: 🇦🇺 50% Utilities Trust of Australia 🇬🇧 25% NatWest Pension Trustee Ltd 🇨🇦 25% Desjardins (linked to CDPQ)

    RBS - the bad news never stops for this entity. Whilst an old story coming to a conclusion it is reminds us for just what an awful business RBS became, surely it is time for NatWest to vaporise this brand and its culture (for the benefit of shareholders as well as just because)?     @thejamieseymour @CallumLyon They will. This is the problem. At any point in life you can just say ‘it’s all ****’ Yes ‘a lot of mortgage lenders won’t consider overtime’ but you only need ONE mortgage company to accept your application. NatWest accept overtime as income

    @HillingdonPosh I worked and played for Natwest for many years. Originally had 2 sports grounds. One in Norbury and the one that is now the Palace Academy site (which some people refer to as being Sydenham as it is just around corner from Lower Sydenham train station).

    Just so all you little guys with the big accounts know, Man Utd ain’t losing today. And you can take that to NatWest/First Direct whatever bank you choose that offers a competitive interest rate on personal ISAs up to £20k limit per customer

    Today, @CamdenCouncil, your scheme failed a frail, elderly woman in a significant way. She flagged me down at the intersection of Tottenham Court Road and Oxford Street, urgently needing help to pick up her elderly friend at the NatWest bank on Tottenham Court Road. What should have been a quick one-minute journey along a major thoroughfare turned into a frustrating 16-minute detour. The reality is that Tottenham Court Road does not prioritise “inclusion.” It is absurd that accessible transport is prohibited from driving along one of London’s main roads. @TfL @LondonAssembly

    @NatWest_Help 2/2 problems. I've contacted HMRC, they said it's not a problem at their end, must be NatWest as I can log in, but then approval screen is blank. Is this a known issue? Please ask your I.T. to fix it. Been waiting for a reply in app customer service for over 10 hrs
