  @ChineseEmbinUK British students get special treatment in China, but once Chinese students leave the UK, they can’t get their own money back from @NatWestGroup, NatWest is basically an international banking scammer. Shouldn’t the Chinese Embassy in UK help Chinese students? #scammer #bank

  @NatWest_Help I wish to make a complaint about the service I’m receiving from NatWest in respect of a Business Bank Account application. We’ve already received compensation for one complaint but the bank are being obstructionist, awkward and frustrating.

  @NatWest_Help Hi - been trying to make a payment to HMRC via their app. In app, it directs to NatWest app for payment approval. For last few days, can log in to NatWest app when directed, but page to approve payment is just blank. I've used this way to pay in the past with no 1/2

  @thejamieseymour @CallumLyon They will. This is the problem. At any point in life you can just say ‘it’s all ****’ Yes ‘a lot of mortgage lenders won’t consider overtime’ but you only need ONE mortgage company to accept your application. NatWest accept overtime as income

  @FullyLV @Nugennath It’s not the same service though. My business partner had Coutts and was unhappy and switched to NatWest Premier. Myself, always had NatWest Premier and it’s been great overall. Have Barclays Premier too, but not many benefits compared to NW.

  I used to recommend NatWest but unfortunately, they have provided a really really poor service recently. I used to recommend them a lot, after being a loyal customer. Maybe not so much now. Time to join another bank possibly... @NatWestBusiness @NatWestGroup @NatWest_Help

  RBS - the bad news never stops for this entity. Whilst an old story coming to a conclusion it is reminds us for just what an awful business RBS became, surely it is time for NatWest to vaporise this brand and its culture (for the benefit of shareholders as well as just because)?   @NatWest_Help Hello! 👋 Hope all is well in Natwest towers. I need to give my employer my branch info, It was Prestwich, which closed, now its Cheetham Hill which is closing. I was told I can use the Bolton Service Centre but thats closed. Is it Chatham or Head office? I give?
