@Barclays is there any issue with your faster payment services ? I have done a transfer which hasn’t yet reached my NatWest UK account - it’s usually immediate or as good as. I did this payment earlier this morning. TIA

@NatWest_Help Is anyone else having massive issues with the sheer incompetence of NatWest? Been trying to make an international payment for a week and they still can’t get it done. Their departments don’t talk to each other. One simple payment is beyond them. Disgraceful.

@NatWest_Help I just want to remortgage on a more expensive fix can’t believe I’m saying that but it @bankofengland raises rates to 6% or more next June I won’t able to afford the payments !! If NatWest opened up the time frame to remortgage from 3months to 9 months then I might save our home!

I am blown away by the service that I have just received… and I thought I was more mind blown by the fact that one of @NatWest_Help customer advisors advised me to apply for a £2,500 loan. I was just contacted by NatWest’s complaints department… read that again. “Complaints…

Absolutely fuming. Went to approve my Arctic Monkeys tickets purchase in the NatWest app, went to return to the website and the page had SHUT DOWN. No tickets for me 😭

when I was with NatWest I could always get onto their app. With @HalifaxBank I can't. Too many branches closed and I need to access my account
