@Barclays is there any issue with your faster payment services ? I have done a transfer which hasn’t yet reached my NatWest UK account - it’s usually immediate or as good as. I did this payment earlier this morning. TIA

@NatWest_Help I asked for transaction list to be sent to my inbox last week. You ignored it, reminded your advisor and all he said it will be done in 2 days. I need it for tomorrow and you do not even feel sorry about that. Dreadful customer service NatWest! Why do we pay account fees for?

@Fasthosts @FHTechTeam To clarify: This issue has been apparent for well over 2 years but has recently started to become worse. There appears to be some sort of outbound filter which is not allowing a variety of random emails (including from Natwest, Local government and others) to be forwarded.

Travelling today, sure I heard a Tory chancellor on radio saying businesses will be required to state their green business models for government approval. Someone from NatWest saying they'll only support those with approved types of business. Sorry, has Jeremy Corbyn become PM?

Natwest mobile transaction approval app is not working and has been down since very early this morning. Can't make any purchase which reuires approval i.e. grocery shopping from a supermarket. Anyone else experiencing this issue? @paullewismoney

"So called" bank of mine @NatWest_Help my name/date of birth/basic account info they wanted around mid August and still NOTHING. I guess I did something wrong, that I did not know about that deserve to not have a WORKING BANK CARD.<sarcastically> Good job Natwest 2/2

@otherJaneFallon Went to uni until 2010 and did a degree in surveying.... then i got a job at RBS/Natwest and worked in change, did lean six sigma etc, then it got restructured and got a job in digital/online & app banking. Since 2016 worked in 3rd sector and Civil Service
