@Barclays is there any issue with your faster payment services ? I have done a transfer which hasn’t yet reached my NatWest UK account - it’s usually immediate or as good as. I did this payment earlier this morning. TIA

I was told by a member of staff that there is no way to access my account to access my funds although I have a diabetic son which I need my money to assist with his medical requirements. I have banked with NatWest for years and was given no reason why my account was closed

@dudefoodlove @NatWest_Help Oh Natwest has never been great customer service!!! Even my Barclays account, if eg I freeze my card (so noone can try steal my money if they stole my card) Barclays would issue me a new bank card regardless whether the card is frozen or not. Natwest on the other hand ......

As a NatWest Mobile Banking customer, I need my bank balance to be displayed using Goliath-sized digits, So that someone 5 metres away from me can also view my bank balance.

RBS and NatWest what ******* scam national Westminster bank advertises that it is national Westminster bank but when they is a problem they hand your account over to RBS. National Westminster bank doesn't advertise this but it should show this in their branches they are the same

@tastecard trying to register via my Natwest platinum account and it is asking me for a membership number. When I sign in online, I cannot find the number on my tastecard account. Cannot login via your app as it keeps crashing.

@NatWest_Help trying to access trustfund that was set up & you are ignoring calls, along with your online portal not working. I also see that a lot of parents are having the same issue, that you are making it impossible for kids to get their their #trustfund #natwest
