I’ve had to chase NatWest many times for an update and still haven’t received a resolution. This is not acceptable from my bank.

Ask Natwest for a loan to clear all my debts and halve my monthly outgoings to which they say ' we can't give you a loan right now as we don't think you can afford the repayments!
