@NatWest_Help @NatWest worst experience paying in 3 bank notes into my account. Your Westfield Startford branch has 4 outdated machines that r junk. Not 1 could process 3 notes without spitting them out! assistant told me to go to the post office. What kind of service is that?

@BarclaysBizChat horrendous service from business banking. Wish I'd never moved from Natwest. Repeat emails to "know your customer" and nothing. Just threats of account restrictions. Appalling.

@HNEscapesCIC @MartinSLewis Seems the case with many companies due to the now over reliance on automated systems. If no problems it’s fine, but trying to contact anyone is almost impossible. 3 calls, 90 mins to contact DVLA, and gave up after 40 mins waiting for NatWest the other day. 📞 😡
