@Barclays is there any issue with your faster payment services ? I have done a transfer which hasn’t yet reached my NatWest UK account - it’s usually immediate or as good as. I did this payment earlier this morning. TIA

@NatWest_Help Because of the forthcoming lack of customer service on the Isle of Wight, does NatWest suggest that I move to an alternative Bank who will serve their customers.

@TommaxMw I have been a customer of @natwest all my working life but it’s no longer a bank for working people . I find myself using the post office more and more . Nat West is not fit for purpose , there are other cheaper alternatives which give better service now .

You finally get passed @NatWestGroup digital assistant Cora who is like M3ghan! (Her goal is to not allow you to speak to a human)! To a 26 minute wait for customer services. Not the Natwest I remember.

@NatWest_Help Oh dear, my own bank won’t help me. Never mind, I’ve been a customer for over 30 years but it may be bye bye #NatWest. Shame that you couldn’t me if I’m a valued customer. Don’t worry there’s plenty more banks out there who will want my business #poorcustomerservice

@NatWest_Help The only thing stressing me is the low quality customer service being forced on me by NatWest greed in closing the branch in Ryde. Agents simply repeating senior managers’ lines shows how uncaring an robotic your staff have become. If you let me down I will involve the Ombudsman.

@NatWest_Help How truly appalling the service from NatWest is becoming on the Isle of Wight. I received,today, a letter telling me that the Ryde branch will close on 10th August 2023. The nearest and only branch on the Island will be in Newport. This is not acceptable. Dr David Green

@NatWest_Help If money worries cause me stress, I’ll open an account with a bank who’ll be there to speak with me face to face. NatWest on the Isle of Wight are a let down with low customer service levels.

@NatWest_Help Thanks, there was a technical issue as it says i have an old account from when i must have had a natwest card from years ago, so was advised by a natwest advisor to complete an application for an rbs card, waiting to be approved..thanks for the follow up....
