Why have #NatWest created the most annoying telephone banking system? It worked perfectly well when u didn't need to speak options. And stop going on about online & app banking I don't bank on app or online that's why I'm using telephone service. This is not helpful banking!

@HukAleksandra Same goes for HSBC, Natwest, etc Although when I made my small fortune I called Barclays and let them know and upgraded my account accordingly to make sure I have no problems But yes, its never in the majority’s benefit. Stop peoppe from being financially independent at all costs

@RobinaWills Barclays seem to be the only ones doing it, NatWest, HSBC, Lloyds, RBS, et al, don’t seem to have a problem. We even have a UK government backed NS&I account with a French address on it. The Barclays things sounds fishy to me.

@NatWest_Help Wife on the phone to customer service team for 1 hour trying to unlock her online banking account. Transferred to 4 different members and then just hung up on. Life is too short to bank with #natwest.

@jeanrobinson946 @NatWest_Help Sounds like you should move banks. Stray by opening an account up elsewhere and just post into that, essentially running dual accounts. Once you have the NatWest one zeroed it can be closed down.

@NatWest_Help Worst bank in the world, their customer service levels are ****, they have closed 1000’s of accounts with no reason given, absolute scum bags. The British public bailed out RBS Natwest because their bosses are scum bag leeches #fucknatwest #SundayThoughts
