    @NatWest_Help I am afraid the mobile app or ‘need help’ icons are not what we need now. It requires an actual human pressing a button to refund my friend’s money without any penalty charges. NatWest has held it now since the beginning of June. Enough is enough.

    @NatWest_Help Spoken to 5 people now at the bank and not one has been able to help or give me any info. So no I won’t be giving any details. Instead I will just keep exposing NatWest until they have resolved my issue. Lost all access to funds #crooks

    @NatWest_Help NatWest (RBS), bottom of all league tables on customer satisfaction. They even have it posted in my local branch 🤔 Of course, this stance will elevate them amongst the rainbow-haired, anime brigade. Meanwhile, everyone else will desert them.

    @monzo In turkey, My Monzo card worked better and so much quicker than Barclay card, NatWest and TSB. No blocks or issues!!!

    Dropped my phone and killed the screen, so went on Amazon to buy a new one. NatWest wouldn't approve the payment unless I authorised it. Using their app. On my broken phone. Thanks a bunch.

    @NatWest_Help NATWEST ONLINE BANKING NOT FUNCTIONING TODAY; HAVE TRIED SEVERAL TIMES BUT CANNOT ACCESS. VERY ANNOYING.
