@NatWest_Help As a serious point a 10 year old would realise that an 81 year old would not be able to deal with what you have done so why do NatWest not understand this? The population are getting older. Your people seem powerless/unwilling to sort issues they have caused?

@barclays why can't I pay my bills with my VISA debit card? Twice in the last 12 hours transactions have failed, forcing me to use a credit card instead 🤨 Card activated, some payments go through, some don't. Don't have this issue with Natwest 😔

only reason I got through all of this, was Monzo, Natwest wouldn't let me open a bank account without more paperwork than I had given I'd just returned to the country less than a month prior and didn't have a rental agreement or any **** sorted out yet.

@NatWest_Help At no point in the chat was i informed that your messaging service is not an instant messaging chat and i was never informed it was! I’ve wasted the entire evening trying to sort an issue and got nowhere. May as well telephone Natwest in the morning!
