I loved using the natwest app but now I have all my accounts with them, the first thing I log in now is £-108000. Couldn't they stick that at the bottom or something?

@Barclaycard Barclaycard website, I used a friends Natwest card to make this months payment and transferred them the money. However I will either need to change banks or credit card companies if this isn't sorted out from one side or the other.

@NatWest_Help @decappeal I can't believe that an organisation the size of NatWest is offering these people an account but not recruiting anyone so that they can speak to someone in their own language to get support with it.

@twickerati There was a notice outside saying that there were other NatWest Banks nearby. Where exactly?! The Teddington one closed down a few years ago.

Smarterscout got me all fired up. Sent some sweaty messages to NatWest’s customer service boy because it couldn’t understand I was telling them my debit card wouldn’t register for Apple Pay on my new phone and kept telling me they couldn’t find any declined transactions

@PaulHarrison123 @SkyNews When I was there I used natwest they gave you a device that looked like a pocket calculator into which you put your card and entered your pin. It generated random codes that you needed in addition to your login information to access your account online
