@giantlemon I understand, Fraser - new card are dispatched with 1st class post so your new card should be with you in 3-5 working days. In the meantime, you can use apple/android pay and after 48 hours you can use the mobile app to get cash at an RBS/NatWest ATM. - Rae

@DreyfusJames @HSBC_UK That's banks for you. My sister was distraction mugged for £250 at a NatWest ATM in Cavendish Square and they too refused to put a sign up. They were fully aware of that machine being regularly targeted. They'd rather just give the customer the money back than warn others. /1

Natwest is fine but Natwest international is terrible. A service so bad their Helpline is a hurtline. I went in to sort one problem, not only was it not sorted but they created two more that regular Natwest had to spend two hours to clean up

@mattysino Problem is that some (most?) are limiting what exchanges you can use . E.g. NatWest will let you transfer £500 to coinbase who then charge you £20 to buy say ethereum. Then you have to transfer to cb pro to then transfer to your wallet.!

old debit card I have ever had with them. If it is not these cards it is likely one NatWest no longer have on record. I have proven to @PayPal that I have access to both my email account and the card used to make my latest purchase via @eBay. The only reason I need access

@NatWest_Help @NatWestBusiness Rather deal with Nikki at least she cant put phone down/get cut off.... As a long standing personal account holder I'm disgusted by the way we have been treated. We just wanted all accounts with Natwest. (Every account is with you except our business) now I'm thinking of moving

5hr round trip today to my dad's to basically help him sign a few forms and clear a printer jam and help him call Natwest for a better card reader than the POS they sent him. 4 separate road closures covered all permutations of the trip and added 2 hrs. **** you Swindon
