    Thanks @Tesco for ruining Xmas - saying there is a problem with a bank card (@natwest confirms there is not) and refusing to take alternative payment details for our click&collect order- so now our Xmas food delivery is cancelled. What appalling service - unbelievable

    How can u think it acceptable, Rbs/NatWest, to freeze someone’s account a few days before Xmas? I have 3 children to feed & a house to keep warm, but no access to money! Any suggestions apart from ‘we complete understand ’?! as I can assure u, u don’t!😡 @RBS_Help @NatWestGroup

    @garethlpowell Had the same battle! Not a writer (yet) but freelance none the less with no guaranteed earnings. Different banks calculate mortgages differently. I.e. NatWest only need gross earning last 3 years. Don’t care it up or down, it’s over all that matters.

    @WSJ Fine less than profits from manipulation, but also, lets not forget the other side of the fine, the regulators. Lets review: - NatWest makes money. - Regulators make money. - Regulators have no incentive to permanently shut down a source of income. Why and how would this stop?
