Good morning but especially to the very kind NatWest advisor who just politely informed me that the reason my bank card isn’t working is because I froze it nearly a month ago and promptly forgot #usererror

@IanCutress @NatWest_Help It's like fraud is so common now you end up just sitting in the corner crying and because you have no idea who you can trust or talk to now to solve a simple problem... Whenever I've had to call Natwest they've usually been helpful, but they're not as good as they used to be...

So Lloyds and Halifax online banking is down. Last week it was NatWest What's going to happen to all our money, when High Street banks have completely disappeared? I dread the day when I can no longer see somebody's face when entrusting them with my life savings

I’ve been with NatWest for about 6 years and only once not been able access my accounts online. I’ve been with @LloydsBank since august and it’s happened about 6 times already. Lloyds, I need to be able to use my app!
