@britain_bob @gregmarsh @SkyNews well, there's the Bank of England, which is the central bank for the whole of the UK And the govt has the government banking service, which operates 3 banks (the day to running is subcontracted to Barclays, Natwest and Citi). What would another govt bank do differently?

@NatWest_Help my accounts/life savings have randomly been frozen and inaccessible, WHY?! I’ve called 7 times to no avail; “someone will be in touch”?! I have all my savings and direct debits with only NatWest, due today, that I’ll now default on @FTAdviser @financialombuds HELP!

@eur_ing Good! Did read of NatWest requiring that power of attorney being registered in advance of it being needed and this causing serious problems. Maybe this applies elsewhere too.

@NatWest_Help NatWest have changed the layout after login. Why? It took me 5 minutes to find my transactions. I used to be able to look with just one click. Who was crazy enough to make such bad choices and changes to a system that used to work fine?

@AndieD78 They're awful, it's a rip off. £3 per month plus I believe they take a cut of the money put into the account. NatWest do a similar thing which seems to be better but talk to your bank, they probably know more than most.

@GeneralMayhem @TheFCA Maybe, or reduced alloc'n periods? Natwest Life's first Pension Product allocated c. 30% of your money to units for the first 2 years! Of course, the big issue with @theFCA is their focus on products not planning. Let's talk guys. I'll give you a day for free to explain this.

Security at risk. Couple of transaction in my account from unknown and spoke to customer service plus fraud team but nothing changed. #natwest @NatWest_Help @NatWestBusiness This bank failed to solve the issue #customerservice not happy with their security. #fraud

@NatWest_Help we need help! no help from branches, customer service help line or Cora. 15 years with Natwest but misleading communication all the time. I need know how you guys get on with it.
