@Farhana14 @MoHU_En @Motawif_SA i transfered amount to my revolut visa card after speaking to fraud team of my natwest bank - then i used the revolut visa card to make payment for package - alhamdulila all went through no problem ( revolut did want proof of source of funds, which i sent screen shots)

@RingGo_parking Hi there, after my current parking expires tomorrow morning I will no longer be using your app to park due to the NatWest ******** needing authorization to pay for a measly £3.66 payment every day. PATHETIC I KNOW. You can thank NatWest for losing you a customer.

@NatWest_Help hi I’m trying to help my neighbour set up his NatWest app but now he needs to wait for a postal Activation code . Do you have any paper leaflets about using the app ? He’s not very tech savvy so might appreciate it . Thanks

@NatWest_Help Stopping customers from renaming accounts to support their #budgeting is the most #stupidthing I have ever seen. The only way to see what an account is being used for is to use a separate document which is a #fraud risk. Staying with NatWest is no longer viable.
