@NatWestGroup my daughter turned 18 recently and we are having a terrible time trying to get through to NatWest to take control of trust fund! Online portal won’t register, nobody answers phone, been on hold for over hr with still no answer! No answer with online chat either!

@Wouldbescouse @uk_sf_writer @NatWest_Help I agree! There were two NatWest banks that shut down near me. The closest is now 4 miles away and I have to pay a car park. Car park is expensive. Within 10 minutes of arrival it goes over £1.

NatWest is to close 21 branches & RBS is to shut 11 amid a customer shift to mobile banking - as 12 jobs will be lost with the majority of staff having to relocate The banking giant has confirmed the sites, the majority of which are in England, will be closing
