    Ok. Another note from NatWest telling me my mortgage rate has gone up. Now 5.25% (I started at 4%). Thank goodness I have a offset mortgage with a full offset. I’ve long been puzzled by the ubiquity of variable rate mortgages in the UK. A “fixed rate” tends to fix it for 2 yrs.

    @HalifaxBank why on earth do the cards you issue keep dying ? this is 3rd card just this year and it does nothing but sit on my desk next to my computer, no reason for it not to work, sick of this ****, will be moving my wages into my natwest or HSBC as of this week.

    Beware of using a natwest card in lidl Mablethorpe their card readers are natwest and refused my my new narwest card so had to leave the shopping there and went to an ATM at the coop and got the money out no problem This is a natwest lidl problem but the wife used my card

    Now I’m getting as far as approving transaction in my NatWest app, going back into your app to continue adding funds which loads then says app unavailable. App seems to be broken.

    @NatWest_Help I was then in a queue of over 40 mins long, asking to press various option. It seems your staff are unaware of egress if it us an email from NatWest. Isn't there a dept that can help with this. Everything you read about scam emails tell you to call the company x

    @Elliot0403 I had similar problem, Barclays covered me thankfully after I reported it and got my money back. Doesn't Natwest have a reporting fraudulent purchase, so you can claim the money back?

    @alanaevansxxx @WellsFargo Not in the UK. NatWest froze my business account without warning. They’ve been shutting down personal and small business accounts as well as removing any overdrafts
