@Sainsburys_Bank NatWest and Lloyds have both been able to change my registered number to an international one by going through security over the phone so I am able to access my account using the apps

@NatWest_Help How are we suppose to claim our CTFs when your verification on the online portal doesn't even work. Are we just expected to open a Natwest bank account when your website says we can claim our money even if we're with other banks? 19 in 2 months & still no money 🤔

@DaveAtherton20 @NatWest_Help @Jw56012025 Natwest replacing all visa debit cards with mastercard, mastercard that signed up in partnership with the WEF to monitor your carbon footprint, what you are buying, how much you are buying and dare i say it....to possibly block your card if they dont agree with your spends 1/2

Appalling service from Natwest! Card was apparently transferred over to new Mastercard beginning of June. Still no card despite reporting it 5 times & being told one is on its way. They’ve cancelled old card so what do I do, close my account I’ve had for 30 years? @NatWest_Help

@NatWest_Help I'm a Natwest customer living in S E Asia. I left the UK 17 years ago with an approved fax indemnity for transfers from my UK account. I transfer about once every 3 - 5 yrs. After 2 long expensive phone calls (GBP 37.00) with yr call centre I still cannot make . . .

@Jw56012025 When I was asked why I wanted 3k in cash once I loudly proclaimed in a NatWest branch that I had a raging ****** and ********** problem but I didn’t want my wife to know. The look on the managers face was priceless. !!

@NatWest_Help I’ve spoken to NatWest customer service then another dept they’ve looked into it and say it’s down to issues with how Amazon process ( no issue with my card as Amazon report or the bank ) so need to go back to them ( Amazon) on a merry go round atm

@PeterPoddy @NatWest_Help @MarianVasas Honestly at this stage its just better to transfer to a Santander account; they seem to support much more in the way of digital wallets (including Garmin pay). admittedly thats a shame, given I've been with natwest for over 25 years.
