@JDeaco Job description: we don't have any customers, reckon you can find some? So I learnt an awful lot very quickly. Being sat in the room with the founders heard and saw far more than you'd ever do working for BT, Boots or Natwest at that level of the business.

@NatWest_Help Mine is the same I have transferred money from an account into my NatWest account and it’s not showing and my credit balance is out too due to refunds on my credit card that are showing I should be in credit not “owing” there are lots of probs reported on “down detector”

@APxx77 @DJ_MICKYT @AskNationwide It’s crazy, I spoke to natwest where I sent the money from, their timescale is 24 working days if I want to claim it back. I can’t afford to be so much money down at Christmas. It’s a joke!

How can u think it acceptable, Rbs/NatWest, to freeze someone’s account a few days before Xmas? I have 3 children to feed & a house to keep warm, but no access to money! Any suggestions apart from ‘we complete understand ’?! as I can assure u, u don’t!😡 @RBS_Help @NatWestGroup
