@NatWest_Help do you realise how ineffective and inefficient your help service is? One message an hour and changing customer service agent with each message is never going to resolve anyone's problems. Does no one from NatWest try your incompetent help service and then improve?

@NatWestBusiness Perhaps NatWest could focus on actual ‘Customer Service’ first then they’ve aced that they could look at other areas such as Business Integrity - Corporate Responsibility….

@NatWest_Help I was trying to log in online to read a message sent by natwest. As I don't use the online much, I have forgotten my password. I tried to re register and when it got to the end of that bit, it came up with a message that fraud had been detected. Both app and online are blocked.

@MartinSLewis @KwasiKwarteng Good point. Meanwhile getting through to Natwest customer service is awful and responsibility for those that break their security system is heavilly positioned onto customers whilst Bankers get their bonuses
