    NatWest Credit Card Fail. February-Card not working phoned for new one+PIN. They said Yes. Nothing arrived. Phoned again “sorry nothing sent so we’ll send you new card” April - PIN arrived, Still NO card. Such good service NOT!! They soon grab £12 if I’m a day late with payment!

    @NatWest_Help on hold again trying to get through to get info about my daughter’s CTF… 2hours on hold this time until the line went dead. Disgusting levels of customer service from NatWest.

    @NatWest_Help My son has still not received his money from his child trust fund back in January. No one answers the phone been holding again for 45 mins this is like the 10th time, no one replies on the portal no one can help on the NatWest help. So what now???

    @FlashGordonsGun I’m with the NatWest part of RBS. Had the same bank account since I moved to England and didn’t change it when I moved back to Scotland. I refuse to join a Scottish bank because of The SNP regardless of my issues last week.

    Both businesses are trying to push us back in the direction of the other - @AskPayPal say it's up to @NatWest_Help to fix & vice versa. Klook are clearly in the wrong, acting unethically; why are PayPal/NatWest allowing them to get away with it?! Case reported to @CMAgovUK
