@NatWest_Help hi, is there a problem with using cards in cashpoints today? I’ve tried 3 including one at a NatWest bank and they all couldn’t give me any money. I used the card in shops before no problem and there’s enough money in the account. Thanks

@NatWest_Help When will the change account names feature be working again? It’s been far too long. If other banks can do it why can’t NatWest?

  • chrisbillett Chris Billett (@chrisbillett) reported

@SloaneEsq @firstdirect I’m having more and more issues with both Barclays and NatWest. The only thing stopping me ditching them entirely is the ball-ache of the process, and the stress of deciding which basket to put all the eggs in.

@krakensupport @krakensupport Hi! Are you aware of any issues with 3D Secure payment when trying to buy crypto with Visa Debit cards? I've never had an issue before until today. The 3D Secure box pops up, it shows "NatWest" and then goes blank and I can't hit 'continue'.

@NatWest_Help Well, someone needs to sort out their anti fraud measures because a scammer tried to use my new card before even I could. Whether NatWest or retailers I don't know but it's the 2nd time it's happened to me. Anyway, not the problem of a social media team. Thanks for helping.

If @Yahoo don't fix their mobile app to allow one to see the actual email address of a sender (rather than what spammers and phishers want e.g Natwest, HM Customs), I'll just stop with it after 20+ years. It's ridiculous
