    So disappointed raised a dispute re never receiving goods with my new CC from @NatWest_Help still no reply days later! My @AmexUK when had similar issue was resolved within hours! NatWest day can take 10 days! Why can Amex do it in 3 hours. Gonna pay up and change back !

    @NatWest_Help yesterday I was told via phone that I would be able to manage my Sainsbury’s credit card via the NatWest app. But that’s not the case. This is utterly unacceptable. I’m not the only customer complaining that the smooth transfer has been anything but. @TheFCA @FT

    @Sainsburys_Bank Been forced over by Sainsburys to NatWest. No way to pay monthly Credit Card amount as I only have Debit Card and your pay by bank does not yet support the bank I am with!! Who the hell scoped this Sale out as they want sacking!! Ready to pay but being blocked!!!

    @NatWest_Help Absolutely disgusted how my elderly neighbours are being treated by NatWest. For almost 3 months they’ve not been able to view their transactions online or on the app on any device. Caused massive upset. NatWest keep making excuses. Anyone else got this problem?

    @Peter_Bennet @NatWest_Help Just spoke to NatWest again. Despite assurances yesterday on the phone the issue was solved, nothing had been done. It was admitted that NatWest know there are issues with some records transferred but they seem to be waiting for contact to be made from customers.

    @NatWest_Help I've been trying to contact the bank for a few days now. Ever since they changed my credit card from Sainsbury's to Natwest, it's been a horrible experience. I can't get help by any means, whether by phone, here on Twitter, or through the bank's chat, all of which are terrible.

    @LaurenceCombyne My mum got to work at Natwest tower albeit very late unsurprisingly most of her colleagues who lived in burbs did not come in. They still wanted them in or no pay. No working from home too! Totally removed from time we live in now.

    @Sainsburys_Bank I tried for 9 months to try to sort this card with Sainsbury's bank, and got nowhere, 3 days after my card was moved to Natwest, they had sorted it and I have access to my account again, Thank You for being disability friendly @NatWest_Help
