  @NatWest_Help Hi NatWest, I'm trying to close my Help to Buy ISA online ready for a deposit, but there is no option for me to close it on that account (although Cora said there should be, and there is an option for me to close on my non-HTB accounts) - is this a known issue?

  @LloydsBank been trying to transfer my savings out of my account over to my account with NatWest. I have done everything customer services told me to do including going into branch to update my signature and show my ID on the 16th April. Why can’t I transfer my money?

  Does anyone remember Natwest's first online banking system - I remember having to type in gibberish on my keyboard for a short while - assume it was to generate a unique key. Anyway, the software was awful and I gave up on online banking for a long while after because of it.

  . @Barclays Bank Caerphilly is an absolute shambles. People queuing around the block, staff ambling around like they just don't care. 20 minutes in the queue so far. Time to change banks methinks. (I can see both NatWest and Lloyd's - no queues there!

  @NatWest_Help As requested I’ve called NatWest customer service and they’ve put me through to the MyRewards team. I’ve been on hold for more than 10 minutes already. It’s before 9am in a Sunday morning so it CANNOT be that busy…. Can someone call me?!
