    @Kelly_Jackson88 I’ve been with Lloyds since I was 11 and never had a problem. Also recommend NatWest, I opened a second account (as I worked for NatWest so had too) but kept it as it’s handy and never had a problem 👍🏻

    @jukeboxfail Thanks for confirming Edward, If the payment was sent from Lloyd's to Nationwide I would advise contacting them directly for clarity. I would only have access to NatWest accounts here. - John 🌞

    @AskNationwide hi, I send a transfer to my nationwide from my natwest account. I’ve now seen that there’s problems. Will this payment be queued to go into my account or am I on a never ending wait for the money for it to be cancelled, what’s happening?

    Thanks @Tesco for ruining Xmas - saying there is a problem with a bank card (@natwest confirms there is not) and refusing to take alternative payment details for our click&collect order- so now our Xmas food delivery is cancelled. What appalling service - unbelievable

    @EvanEdinger I know this doesn't help you but Natwest were great when I closed my HTB ISA. They knew I had to complete it quickly so they prioritised it and I had the closure/certificate within an hour! Took 5 mins on the phone.

    happened & we have constantly had to chase. Called again today & was ASSURED I would be called before 5pm! This did not happen. I would advise any business considering banking with Natwest to avoid as the customer service is disgustingly bad. I have today written to the banking

    @NatWest_Help Thanks. We’ve tried that and have been on the phone to them this morning. Still waiting for a call back from the person who made the decision as to why and what can NatWest do to resolve the issue.
