@purgstallheath @NatWest Exactly my point! "Customer service" is something they definitely do not understand.

@iconicDemoe When I tell you they don't care. It's not just the boots. The counters in HSBC weren't working, NatWest was somehow too. So it's a whole area thing. It's like they don't think the people living here deserve the same standard of service.

@AskPS_UK I've updated payment details too, in case this was causing an issue. It hasn't made a difference. Natwest changed our cards from visa to mastercard recently, but cards are activated and ready to use, no problem.

@NatWest_Help Thanks! There’s a different form/different questions asked depending on if I go for “new to NatWest” or “used to be a customer”. The latter is a lot more in depth that I’m not comfortable with. Can I go with new customer flow?

@JuliaHB1 I spoke to Natwest, who took the money back from British Gas (BG took a new amount out without telling me) and Natwest then cancelled the Direct Debit as BG had broken the DD Guarantee. I then told BG how much I was going to pay and set up a new DD to be reviewed in a year Theft

@purgstallheath @NatWest Sounds a bit like the reverse of the tube when it says it's running a 'good service', which actually means they're running the service they're supposed to run!

@HSBC @HalifaxBank an #asylumseeker from El Salvador popped into your Moorgate branches today after #Natwest gave him the run around, despite having what they said he needed. Guess what your respective staff said? "Sorry we're too busy to help you today." WTAF?

: Dear @natwest, every time I call you there's "high customer demand". Might I suggest this is, in fact, 'normal customer demand', and that you could make better use of the English language?

@purgstallheath @NatWest If there is high customer demand to a customer service number doesn’t that say something about the customer service?
