Luckily due to the location and time of day I could “limp” to the Asda one. Any other location or later in the day I would have been screwed. I’d have broken down on the M60 because Natwest are allowed to pull these stunts.

@NatWest_Help if I set up a transfer in the future between my two natwest accounts using the mobile app, what time of day does the transfer occur? I need to set up a transfer on my payday when I have no internet access, but my pay does not arrive in my account until around 4am.

So NatWest are now opening at 10am rather than 9.30am on Wednesdays to "enhance their service"... You need to be open more to enhance a bloody service, not reduce it down! Closed all but 1 branch in Guernsey over the last few years so not really enhancing anything @NatWest_Help

How do banks get away with providing such poor customer service. Natwest have blocked my account because I was transferring from my account to another bank in my name and I was complaining about answering 20mins of security questions for the 3rd night running. Unbelievable
