@MsWalke63125014 @NatWest_Help @MartinSLewis Omg that’s terrible over a year!! This makes me worried for my son to get his. No one answers the phone and NatWest can’t help with CTF. So bad. We need to escalate this to the Ombudsman this isn’t good enough.

@AskNationwide Sounds good but I'd have to clear my overdraft first... not that it will be an issue, what about a loan and a credit card I have with them, could I switch them to nationwide or would they have to stay with natwest?

Do you try to pay cheques into NatWest. They give you a app on your phone to take a picture of the cheque but the app times out before the stupid thing takes a picture.Half the time their bank cheque machines dont work and no counter service?

@NatWest_Help No, I haven’t tried that. To be honest, if a successful, multi-million pound bank can’t make a functional app I’ll just use a different bank. I’d rather do that than reinstall the Natwest app, set-up my customer ID and going through the facial recognition every week.

@NatWest_Help The problem isn’t with my name, bank account or postcode. The problem is with the Natwest app on iOS. A recent update broke the app and now I’m lucky if I can log in twice a day due to “some kind of error”.

@Xero I cannot connect my bank account with Natwest on Xero since 22/03 its a huge issue as I need to update my cashflow and reconcile bank transactions. Can someone update me ASAP how to fix this please?
