Word of warning, don't Bank with @NatWest_Help @NatWest ... If you need to get in touch, you've got no chance of getting through. On hold for an hour and a half then line went dead, @HarrisonButle12 (son) now on hold for an hour and 20mins. 0/10 Customer Service

discovered, been a victim of financial fraud. My card was retained in the Natwest cashpoint. When l left a fraudster came, retrieved the card whilst using a special device regained my pin. Withdrew all n swiped rest to £0 @MartinSLewis plz advice pple on this current issue.

Just tried it on a Natwest card and it worked, issue seems to be with Barclays cards :/

Anyone else receiving appalling service from @Natwest? Been on hold so far for 1 hr 30 minutes to confirm to them that a valid payment I made is valid! Not a happy bunny here!

As far as business banking goes @NatWestBusiness is an absolute **** show. Never known any organisation work as hard as Natwest do to get in the way of business growth. Genuinely baffled at how poor they are.

@MasonVersluis I had an issue with my bank (natwest) that all of the sudden blocked my transactions from me buying crypto with my own money … this pushes me further away and makes me angry of the control they have … currently 👀 **** banks
