@NatWest_Help what the heck is multisub 25/26 and why was my transfer Into my cash ISA transfered back over a week later? . Cora was absolutely garbage and woudlnt help and refused to let me talk to a human. It's made me now decide to move my cash ISA away from natwest 😔

@JohnHann0404 John, I bank with NatWest and have looked for references to the carbon footprint and found nothing. It could be that I access the bank on my laptop. I don't have a smart phone so can't download their banking app. Perhaps that is where the data is shown?
