@NatWest_Help You finally get passed digital assistant Cora who is like M3ghan! (Her goal is to not allow you to speak to a human)! To a 26 minute wait for customer services. Not the Natwest I remember.

@Sminem_Saylor @crypto_caesar1 @_josephlb Same with me. I’ve had nothing but problems with all banks. Tried Santander, RBS, Lloyds and NatWest. RBS weren’t too bad up until last week. Doesn’t seem too friendly to me. Should be laws in place to stop banks imposing draconian rules as to what you can/can’t do with money.

@NatWest_Help Because of the forthcoming lack of customer service on the Isle of Wight, does NatWest suggest that I move to an alternative Bank who will serve their customers.

@NatWest_Help Thanks, there was a technical issue as it says i have an old account from when i must have had a natwest card from years ago, so was advised by a natwest advisor to complete an application for an rbs card, waiting to be approved..thanks for the follow up....
