48 hours and no concrete help. And somehow it's legal for @natwest not to fix their mistakes which strand customers in other countries with no access to their funds.

@NatWest_Help hi! i tried to pay online with one of my cards but it kept declining - payment screen said to contact my bank. tried with my other natwest card and all was well. i have a suspicion that it's getting stuck at the authorisation part, is there anything to help? thx!

@santanderukhelp Same issue. My mortgage payment is due today and there are not enough funds because my Natwest payment hasn’t turned up and my Lloyds payments won’t even go through in the first place. You say you are here to help, but you won’t even acknowledge our angst.

I receive calls- now Really suspicious calls- from private numbers- today, yesterday was even spookiest calls. Croatian bank wants I to call them or give them my phone number. They can not do anything- they **** my 2 verification device- whats NatWest case

@YeshItsSheWolf I've had cptsd for 27 years after being stalked by a clerk at natwest who stole my details from the banks computer and the metropolitan police refusing to help me to cover up the stalking for the sake of natwest reputation

@VirginHolsHelp good morning, can you please help with a pending payment I need to have cancelled? The transaction failed when I initially tried to book a trip to Las Vegas on Sunday and I completed the booking using a different credit card. NatWest have been unable to help.
