Hey @NatWest_Help we found someone's NatWest debit card in the road and have been hanging on for 32 mins to report it. How can we report this online? Your website assumes the card belongs to us.

@virginmedia @NatWest_Help you do realise that people using a Natwest card STILL can't pay their bill online. It's been 2 weeks now, are you even trying to sort it? You know what it is, the new security Natwest have introduced, are you going to fix this?

@NatWest_Help I've been on the phone for hrs to NatWest over the last 6 weeks! How's this phone number going to help? If you can't accommodate customers, without particularly tech, how is it possible for us to continue banking with you?

@kwallis7 @NatWest_Help There's a fantastic solution for that, use the switching service to move your money away from Natwest like I've just done.

@NatWest_Help I’ve had a voicemail left from NatWest(naming my local branch) from a mobile number, asking me to call back on a slightly different number (I think-I have no signal at home so it was a little broken up!) or asking me to email them back…does this sound genuine? 🤔

@sainsburys Yeah it’s weird, the natwest iphone app sends notifications of any transactions and there was one of £100 then one of £40.13 (i know!!!) but in the actual app transaction list there is just the correct one for £40.13… weird. I tried using the bank online help they suggested you
