@MoneySavingExp NatWest/RBS have coin machines for account holders with no fee or ask bank for coin bags & get counting, can only pay in so many bags at a time but will help with the carrying 💰

I eventually read out www CC-Company dot com slash accessibility website URL which literally said they encouraged deaf customers to use Relay UK. *silence* Then: Grovelling apologies & several minutes of whittering about "NatWest touch-type system" (Minicom or actually Relay UK).

Why would anyone want to use NatWest app rather than online banking? Phone rather than computer screen harder to use, need for passcode in addition to customer number, PIN & password, variable mobile reception in Cornwall are all disabling. Any known advantages?

@AskNationwide My mum doesn't understand she has lack of capacity so is trying to remain independent with my support. All I wanted was someone to call her and run through security and check her account hasn't been fraudulently used. When I rung NatWest with same issue they were amazing.

The support centre for @NatWest_Help is so beyond useless that it might as well not exist. I need to call someone to verify for Google Wallet but can I do that? Can I ****. Thanks NatWest.

@StagecoachYrks @NatWest_Help why doesn't my card or Google pay work when paying for a ticket on the bus my mums is the same I had a very nice driver today who said there's a problem with natwest but last week the driver was so nasty it was horrible
