@br1t1shpatr10t I don't know how anybody still bank's with NatWest. They closed my account down in 2020 and the man on the phone say "you're spending and sending too much money" insisted I needed a business account to move my own personal money.

Took 2 months to get a business bank account with Natwest opened. Despite having been a personal customer for over 20 years and providing all my HMRC docs to verify self-employment. The **** they asked me for was ridiculous - even asked for photos of my stock! Told them no, I don't need to. Surprised they didnt request my bra size. Got it in the end but what a polava.

My reply 'Rachel. I need to use the car charger! How do i get home?! It has now been 3 1/2 hours. Get a few bits and set off down the motorway with the bag?! You will not tell me what 'policy' , effectively my card is still blocked due to your 'policy', u deny me access to my own money. Esoecially disgusting is that one of the people i spoke to at natwest when asked if i was an old lady or someone in a wheelchair was told that natwest would do nothing for them either. That is appalling. And the promised call back from a manager Hasnt happened of course.'

· 1dPrem Sikka @premnsikka.bsky.social NatWest to give further £1.5bn to shareholders weeks after UK govt sold the final part of its stake in the bailed-out bank. Govt bailed it out for £45bn. After rescue, sold shares at £10.5bn loss. Now bonanza for shareholders. City always wins. People get cuts higher taxes, benefit/service cuts.

@Janetsk20073533 @jos02611 Some people called Jarnail Singh a legal expert, others a post box. At one time Nick Gould was considered a great help to some in the PO scandal whilst also being a total disaster by Natwest victims. It's dificult to gauge, for lay people, who is actually good for them ....
