  @NatWest_Help Hi - been trying to make a payment to HMRC via their app. In app, it directs to NatWest app for payment approval. For last few days, can log in to NatWest app when directed, but page to approve payment is just blank. I've used this way to pay in the past with no 1/2

  @JamesMelville Agreed. My Mum is 94. Her savings account is with NatWest but she can’t access it because she doesn’t bank online or have the app. NatWest won’t accept my POA because it’s not digital. Absolutely no solution. She can’t access her own savings

  @afneil And also, she said “people working in a bank.” Not “bankers.” Somebody working at Natwest, opening accounts and helping pensioners with their PIN number enquiries should not be necking a couple of wines on their lunch break.

  @MissStixy @UltraDane still been told the same even when an appointment was made to come in and collect the cash ordered with natwest bank. closed the account that day, went to a bank told them we dont want to be stopped if i want to withdraw over £2000. no problem at new bank yet.

  @NatWest_Help Somethinhbis going with accessing accounts, i’ve been locked out for no reason, i’ve asked other people with natwest banking and they’re having the same issue. have you been hacked, google said there’s been no confirmation

  @Leighlines @AllegroEddie NatWest tried this **** with me when trying to transferring funds using the app (transfer to another account of mine, not a new one). Log in via website and won’t be needed.
