@NatWest_Help I have nothing to smile on such pathetic banking services unlike you or perhaps you know that NatWest is an incurable bank. It is shame that I have to ask for help to get our bank statements. The NatWest Sevenoaks branch is just pathetic.

My new card is rubbish! Card constantly gets declined on contactless, online transactions as well don't go through! Absolute nightmare! @NatWest_Help #natwest #Mastercard my husband has the same problem since his bank switched to MasterCard!! @Mastercard

(the ones I previously informed Natwest I had never received,) are still active. Finally, why does Natwest find it acceptable to leave someone without access to their finances, reliant on transferring money to others for things as paltry as a loaf of bread, for nine days?
