@NatWest_Help It’s lucky I had an account with another bank and they took the time to understand the issue and help me make the payment through using ID and security questions. I have always been so grateful for NatWest but this is a situation not of my doing and I’m stuck with a dead account

@MartinSLewis @bbc5live Easily over a million. But like a few on here worked in a bank and it was a big branch with a large safe. Once had a customer insist on closing their account and taking the cash with them. They walked out into the High Street with a quarter million in NatWest carrier bags.

@ManuPinteaux @BarclaysUK Don’t go to Natwest, my son works long days Mon - Fri, wanted cash from his account to buy a car, was told he had to give 24 hrs notice & provide evidence of purchase? when he said OK he would collect on Saturday, no counter service available on a Saturday!

@NatWest_Help App no help. Completely unsatisfactory that I cannot get my card unblocked while outside the UK Surely someone can do this for me. Classic computer says no I expect better from NatWest

@MartinSLewis Yep the service was easy. The resulting service from @firstdirect was bloody awful ! Lied to me frequently. Switched back to NatWest as soon as I could !

@NatWest_Help I seem to be stuck in an interminable loop of calling NatWest, being on hold, using the call back function, only to be called back to be put on hold...madness and not the customer service hoi advertise

@Charli2636 I'll see if there's NatWest in this town , thank you, bid problem is my only I'd, passport has expired and I cannot afford to sent for a new one til end of the month so cannot open til I get that back which maybe won't be thus year, I could cry , because I'm so unlucky 😢
