The new Natwest cards are ****, aren't they? The contactless works about 1/5 of the time and when you go to pay for things online, sometimes it's counted as a 'Mastercard', sometimes a 'Visa Debit' or sometimes a 'Mastercard Debit' depending on the site! ******* awful

@NatWest so cross right now. Whatever happened to customer service. It’s all bots and IVRs. I would just like to speak to someone. And when you finally do they can’t help you - aaargh!

@HalifaxBank Hi. I’m trying to open a joint account alongside my wife at either Horsham or Crawley. Metro bank will offer same day and NatWest will allow us to do it online. I’ve been a long standing customer of HFX for 30 years but on the verge of moving elsewhere.

Why is online banking with NatWest such a joke. You go to set up a standing order on the mobile app, it tells you to log into the website. You log into the website, and it just sends you in a damn loop. Sort it out @NatWest_Help

@stormcab @NatWest_Help I banked with NatWest for 20 years, god knows why. They are awful. Go somewhere else and get a bonus to do so.

  • Me1Budget Hannah| Money Blogger (@Me1Budget) reported

@NatWest_Help is there a problem with your app? I am unable to see my credit card information within the app! Anyone else getting this issue? #natwest

@Crazybuttrue101 @Malwarebytes It's genuine. Access through your RBS or NatWest online banking and you'll get a license code. I've used it on my mobile and laptop for years

First time using Monzo as main bank has caused me problems is the stupid daily limits to transfer and pay for things Natwest finally scores a point

@nataliesawyer In all honesty Natalie, I totally agree you go into a branch you get told to use the machine, Natwest, Halifax & Lloyds the service is awful , In 2011 I changed to the Nationwide they are brilliant.

  • TheAuracl3 bæ grylls AKA Vax Payne (@TheAuracl3) reported

All in all, the risk in banking with Monzo is no different than banking with NatWest et al. The inherent risk is not being able to access your money if something goes wrong with the bank’s infrastructure. Remember: these financial institutions aren’t decentralised.
