For a loan that’ll in the long term not help me out at all and in fact create further struggles for myself. This is the 2nd time in the past 12 months NatWest have given me absolute terrible service. Whatever you do, don’t go to NatWest asking for help, you’ll be told to apply

@LeilaniDowding @AmyWatt82249635 I'm with @natwest, for now, they are terrible and it's not just cash they are disrupting. I am sick to death of having to justify online purchases via their app. As soon as I can drum up the necessary mental fortitude I'll be changing banks. Can anyone recommend a good one?

@RockcliffeFiles NatWest had a good branch in Manchester city centre, which they shut 5 years ago & opened a **** show instead. All with the intention of employing as few staff as possible & directing people to their app for as many purposes as possible. I’ve lost my **** in there more than once

@AngusCampbell5 @JamesDelingpole There is a local wag in Faversham who suggested Sheps would take over a empty shop to count all the cash after the Hop Festival, But seriously, NatWest, Barclays and Lloyds have all shut down this year so traders will have to go miles to a bank
