@tonythorne007 @Samfr I’ve discussed it all with him directly. He remains clueless/oblivious as to why allowing RBS to take over NatWest was a really terrible idea (and plenty of people told him so at the time). He was Chief Sec to the Treasury when he and Brown approved the t/o.

@SkyNews Had a sit down face to face meeting at Natwest branch recently.She sat there telling me what to click on the app ..Nothing else ,no advice no help just sit and click on these offers on app ! Closing account end of month

@NatWest_Help @NatWest_Help very lovely online chat agents who cannot help at all. Will be going to the regulator as NatWest has betrayed our trust as customers and are leaving my pensioner parents £4000 out of pocket. Really quite disgraceful.

@NatWest_Help @RBS_Help I’d like to thank James Kempton in Natwest Lincoln for his help sorting my Aunts RBS accounts out that RBS have failed to do since contacting them in Jan, along with numerous phones calls and promises to get it sorted. James did what 5 RBS staff failed in!

Oh my God, I want an Apocalypse to come JUST to end Natwest - I hope everybody working there except for the ONE ******* man who FINALLY listened to me after 47 business days of ******* torture gets ******* cancer, hit by bin lorries, + their spouses cheat on them w their enemies!
