@NatWest_Help Am unable to register my child’s CTF change of account at Natwest Investments Online and waited to speak to someone for nearly an hour. Absolutely rubbish service! But hey, I can message them with any questions once I’ve registered 😡

@scotgov @NatWest_Help @RBS_Help since RBS switched child trust fund to NatWest this service is an absolute disgrace 1 month later and my son still can’t access his trust fund money! On hold for 3 hours at a time and still never manage to speak to anyone!This needs to sorted ASAP

@fullanarchy Oh ****, I just moved back to NatWest and I get terrible spying vibes off them. I hate how they have features where you can see where you spend your money. Like **** off, let me have a gambling and drinking problem in peace. It's under control.

@thedavidcurrie @Tesco Same happened to my friend working for NatWest.. severe anxiety, bipolar.. all doctors notes to cover her. Came back had a HR meeting and fired her days before Xmas 😭 company has no guilt and no care for staff

Oh and my new relationship manager pathetic waste of space Iv made complaints but nothing. The guy doesn’t respond to my messages and never picks up my telephone calls Natwest definitely don’t support small businesses from my experience Time to find another bank

@NatWest_Help my wife is trying to add her NatWest credit card (she's an additional card holder) to Apple Pay, but text verification isn't available, and the recorded message when calling the number says to use the app, which also doesn't work. Can you help please?!
