    NatWest repeatedly blocking authorised #crypto payments unless customer visits a branch. Customer has confirmed acting freely, no fraud, no coercion. It’s customer's money, their account, their choice. Why should customers be denied fair access to their own funds? @NatWestGroup

    @PhilipCoutts1 @bushontheradio Once tried to open an Account at one of your banks they said we only accept new customers who own 12 + corgis and three palaces. I had a stuffed alastain a bedsit in Lewisham and a mad Aunt and uncle with a former cow milking shed near Carlisle. Went down the road to Natwest.

    @NatWest I’m being harassed by your dormant team for the past two months for closure of an account of mine which is unused for the last 7 years. Agents Jessica and Michelle interacted on 5/8/25 & 11/8/25 for an hour each but to no avail. Can anyone help?! Any escalation matrix?
