    @NatWest_Help hi, I’ve been kicked out the NatWest app and have tried logging in and it won’t let me! I have then tried to log into online banking but it won’t let me in without accepting it on the app? Please help!

    @the_k_bizzle @NatWest_Help NatWest disappointing service not on the side of the customer. Its a real shameful service. Flight cancelled check-in 9/2/26 Evidence from airline confirmed the refund and from agent but still chasing Natwest for a full refund this should have been so easy ? Going to Ombudsman !

    @SayNo2SizewellC What do you believe you know that the planning authorities, Natwest and Bpifrance Assurance Export (the insurers/underwriters) do not? And secondly, do you not see the irony of opposing a clean energy project, the success of which help prevent sea level rise?

    @hullkrofficial Awful ticketing system just continuously redirects back to the initial basket page after approving in the NatWest app. Improve it.

    @NatWest_Help well I am stuck here in Mauritius with no flights and travel company only covering 3 extra days of accommodation and then guess what my NatWest travel insurance excludes flight cancellation as a result of war I am alone and no help from Alliance

    Today, @CamdenCouncil, your scheme failed a frail, elderly woman in a significant way. She flagged me down at the intersection of Tottenham Court Road and Oxford Street, urgently needing help to pick up her elderly friend at the NatWest bank on Tottenham Court Road. What should have been a quick one-minute journey along a major thoroughfare turned into a frustrating 16-minute detour. The reality is that Tottenham Court Road does not prioritise “inclusion.” It is absurd that an accessible means of transport is prohibited from driving along one of London’s main roads. @TfL @LondonAssembly

    We are stuck in Dubai, and have Natwest Platinum travel insurance through Allianz. Just tried to contact the UAE branch of Allianz and they have said our policy is not valid here, and to call UK support number. What kind of Travel insurance are you offering?

    @LBC Remember when @Nigel_Farage set up a website vowing to help any 'debanked' members of the public if they went to the site and handed over their details. NatWest paid him an undisclosed amount and he shut down the site quietly saying nothing.
