FYI in UK… • HSBC 5 years money 4.34% then SVR 6.29% • NatWest 2 years tracker 4.45% then SVR 6.24% • NatWest 60% LTV remortgage 5 years fix 5% Is there a quiet puke fest?

@NatWest_Help 2 days passed since you tweeted asking for info which I gave promptly and all that has happened during that time is me being passed round the houses. Natwest inept at dealing with simple complaints & providing basic customer service. I will now take this up with @financialombuds

@Luaraloo @NatWest_Help I’ve been having the same issue all day…. Deleted the app and re installed it… plus I’ve gone onto my computer and entered all my login details… and it has come up NatWest login page is down. But my husband can get into his app. Very strange
