I have been chasing issue 4 two weeks & keep getting told “no update”? Not 1 call back from NatWest. Shud I report to police?!

They think their customers are children that are good blighted to sit down and shut up. No customer service. No customer rights. Literally in violation of bank code of conduct.

BritCard (@LoftusSteve) reported@robcmorgan @timfarron I do not get the issue here. The Gov owns a huge chunk of Natwest and sold some of it off a couple of weeks ago. Nobody gave a ****. The Gov shouldn't own C4 or any other media outlet. I don't see the issue with them not doing so.

NatWest thinks its acceptable to hold on to customers wages for more than 2 weeks & still tell that customer that they are unable to give any information as to where THEIR money is & what they are doing

Why do you think this is acceptable? Please give my daughter *her* money!
