  I used to recommend NatWest but unfortunately, they have provided a really really poor service recently. I used to recommend them a lot, after being a loyal customer. Maybe not so much now. Time to join another bank possibly... @NatWestBusiness @NatWestGroup @NatWest_Help

  @NatWest_Help And now, 1.5 months later, he STILL can't access her bank account!!! NatWest staff entered his phone number incorrectly. So he can't receive a code to log on. He's asked them several times to change it. They say they'll change it. They haven't mayo do that very hard task 😡😡😡😡

  When I pushed for answers your team implied I was part of a fraud pattern — despite your own agent’s written warehouse confirmation. PayPal and NatWest can’t help due to direct debit rules. Now pursuing Small Claims Court. All evidence documented.

  @EllardKing My 1.45% 5yr fix ends 31.08.26. NatWest new offer received last Friday, is 5.02%. ‘Only’ £250 more per month so lucky compared to some, but that’s £3K per year, less I can save/invest. I agree that the 4/5% mark is closer to what I should expect so time to get used to it.

  @Lifeofdavie_ Most banks are shutting down due to 90% automation of processes. I have an account with NatWest, the branch in my town has only 2 staff: One teller/customer advisor and Branch Manager/Lead. Machine to deposit coins, cash in, pin resets, cheques scanners, digitised processes!

  Hi NatWest,@NatWest_Help My Ebix Cash Forex Card has been retained by an ATM at Tesco, 825 High Road, Leyton, London, E10 7AA. The card got stuck during a transaction and I was unable to retrieve it. Could you please advise me on the next steps and help me recover the card as soon as possible?   @NatWest_Help @NatWest_Help I am in severe financial hardship. Gotogate conceded my £1,298 refund weeks ago, yet NatWest is holding my funds until June 7th. Ombudsman Case PNX-6001799-B1R6 is open. Why won't you provide provisional credit to a loyal customer in need?

  @NatWest_Help i’ve now made three attempts to make a payment around £300. Each time I’m being asked to approve the transaction and when I go into my account there is nothing waiting to be approved. It really is a rubbish system with NatWest as I have no such issues with oth accts
