    @NatWestBusiness Natwest Is so terrible that their complaint department needs to be filed a complaint against 12 days , no response no update, try to call no one answers . The most outrageous, unprofessional bank

    @knobalob @santanderukhelp I have no problems with Natwest. They do daily updates at 2:00am for 30 mins and then that’s it. Never had a problem.

    @NatWest_Help holiday refunding monies into my old account we closed months ago? Being told I have to speak to NatWest by tui but can’t get any help ?!

    Natwest accepts the council tax bill as proof of address. System rejected it, "this document is not an accepted document" IT IS LITERALLY THE THING YOU ASKED FOR. So much for online application, which will now enter day 3 because of how **** their system is.

    @NatWest_Help I have a new credit card. It did make me think whether or not NatWest will make their cards out of something other than a plastic that just contributes to the environmental junk problem. Industry wide it must be a big problem.

    @NatWest_Int @NatWest_Help when will your natwest international ibanking web services will be up and running? The whole website is down and I am unable to make any transactions. The sevice reps were particularly unhelpful over the phone.
