@NatWest_Help Hi, how on earth am I supposed to change the direct debit payment amount for a Natwest credit card (paid from a Natwest bank account)? Seems completely missing from both app and website.

  • DotyJolyon SOESBE DOTY (@DotyJolyon) reported

@NatWest_Help April 2022 can you tell me pls your plans to support Garmin Pay or Fitbit pay. I notice in 2021 that natwest tweeted you were constantly looking to increase the platforms available to your consumers. How is this going?

What the actual **** have natwest done to their banking app and why do I feel like I'm on some kids bank? It's too bright, it's too colourful, it's too "happy" for something that just makes me feel sad everytime I look at it

@RBS_Help please please please can someone help as I'm at the end of my tether! My daughter's child trust fund matured 26th feb 2022 & I've spent hours on the phone to natwest 03453002585 in a queue (don't know where) until giving in & hanging up.

@everywoman61 Try 'say no to0870' website. They often have an alternative geographical number. The natwest email was what linkedin threw up. I'm guessing you're more likely to get a response on that. He is customer services at Chelmsford.

@J0sephwormald @htafc @htafchelp I've had the same issue, are you paying on credit card? I've just rung Natwest and apparently there's some fairly new regulations for large payments which has left some retailers needing to update their payment systems so they can process credit card payments.

If you are a NatWest customer, please take action on April 8th. You can hand in a letter to your local branch asking the bank to divest from companies who produce nuclear weapons. @NatWest_Help

@NatWest_Help is there a problem with your app? I can't get past the first page of a rotating natwest symbol?

@GhostHungarian You feel like a detective having a 'thought beer' whilst working out the link between the murders in that terrace in Penge, the robbery of the NatWest in Ipswich, and what the hell happened at that farm in Mid Wales?
