    @NatWest_Help Hello NatWest For the Nth time - If you see what you think are fraudulent transactions on a customer's credit card - at best put a temp block, which the customer can solve via the app or via SMS / Whatsapp This is crucial, esp when the customer is abroad or busy with their life and doesn't want to spend 20 minutes on a call with customer service Why do you insist on this outdated 'call us' philosophy - without care to what your consumer is doing or wants ? How can you even just block, based on an algorithm, without providing a digital confirmation option (Email / phone / app) ? This is literally the tenth or fifteenth time this has happened in the last few years. Please can you fix this ?

    When I pushed for answers your team implied I was part of a fraud pattern — despite your own agent’s written warehouse confirmation. PayPal and NatWest can’t help due to direct debit rules. Now pursuing Small Claims Court. All evidence documented.

    @NatWest_Help Head Office need to investigate this flawed Access Issue and fire the lunatic who was responsible for it . Other banks don’t have this issue. This time wasting by NW is the worst call experience I have ever had. 0/10 NatWest- DO BETTER, RESPECT YOUR CUSTOMERS

Whilst an old story coming to a conclusion it is reminds us for just what an awful business RBS became, surely it is time for NatWest to vaporise this brand and its culture (for the benefit of shareholders as well as just because)?     @NatWest_Help NatWest, your customer service is terrible. 40mins on the phone line then got cut off. Don’t you think if your customer will need to card reader to do bank transfer, you should just automatically send them one, not having to climb a ducking mountain just to get one?

    @NatWest_Help NatWest is awful. My partner applied online 6 weeks ago for control over his mum's account (she has dementia). He has power of attorney. He waited a month. No joy. He phoned 3 times. No joy. He went to the branch. No joy. You WILL NOT help him. Utter rubbish. 😡
