@NatWest_Help @NatWestGroup anyone wanting any currency then don’t order from NatWest. Purchased currency 1st December, they didn’t deliver in time and I’m still awaiting refund. Theft at its best. Customer services are useless.Personal and business accounts to be moved shortly.

@FFS_WhatNow @zaphod799 I’m reminded of when NatWest’s computer went south over a weekend. They’d fired the old sysadmins who knew the ancient system for Indians who lied about knowing the arcane programming language. NW had to hire sysadmins as consultants to fix it.

@natwest approval in app for payment is crap trying to approve when I go back to website after approving in app website re loads so have to try again done this 3 time why can't you just approve via a text message code like other banks.

My neighbours are elderly & suffering from various cancers but still no help from SEW. Still as long as the NatWest, the FCDQ & UoA are getting their money….

@jimthegiant @ZackPolanski The best and easiest way to help your local communities/society is to not hold your money with the big large banks, and move it into ethical banks, and local coops like Nationwide or the Coop. Don’t get me wrong, they are nowhere near as swanky as NatWest or Barkleys, and you’ll have to wait FOR AGES to get through on the phone, but they invest your money more ethically, and not in fossil fuels, or arms. Moving your money to an ethical bank is not as cool as running a marathon, or as virtuous as sharing some online campaign, but it’s way more impactful IMO. All my current accounts, business and savings accounts are with @CooperativeBank, but there are other good ones too. Consider doing it.

@CamdenCabbieNW1 Sage are doing free software for sole traders. @TomTaxiDriver has been advertising it. May be worth a look I have access to FreeAgent that comes free with my Mettle (part of natwest) business account.

@financialombuds I'm confused Why are investigators keep missing main point? Asking NatWest for card reader won't help because the app requests face recognition to update details in the app Please tell where will reader card fit in?
