  @gumbo_jr3 @monzo They weren’t my main account I just used this account the most.. got used to using my normal NatWest and Santander accounts now. Monzo had some cool features however going down hill clearly

  @hannahw253 @Barclays How frustrating!? I'm with Natwest. They blocked my card a while ago, I phoned up, they sent a code by text message to the number registered on my account, I repeated it back to them, all sorted & working again within minutes. Did you say you had shown ID b4? Makes it worse. :(

  @NatWest_Help The post office takes even longer for the cheques to clear and the cheque deposit machines are inside the branch and the branch closes before I finish work. So that's no help sadly. NatWest really needs to pull its finger out, miles begins other banks in terms of technology.

  As a NatWest Business customer can anyone explain to me what security there is for my account when the telephone advisor is working from home with other people coming and going in the same household. My experience at the weekend with NatWest rang alarm bells! @Natwestbusiness

  @EveAinsworth Working in NatWest Bank, St Austell on a YTS scheme in the late 70s. Turns out I wasn't very good at being a bank clerk.
