@bbcquestiontime @BBCOne I'm simply noy buying this. I've just done a price comparison with NatWest. using the same deposit and value we purchased our first house. It used to cost us £950, it would now be £1013. It's not awful, yet.

@lewisolley_ NatWest does this to me for every other purchase it’s annoying as ****

NatWest Rates have increased on Trigold. I assume these are coming in on Monday. No communication via email. Their product section of the website still shows the old rates. I have not tried an application, but will update once I do.

@AlStewartOBE @bbcquestiontime That’s curious. I’ve just gone into the NatWest site and you need to spend 10 mins putting your personal data in before they’ll even tell you what’s on offer. It’s almost like this is an old screenshot to allow you to spout more lies.

@BeckyBudd Hi Becky, there were issues if you bank with Natwest RBS, Standard Chartered, Ulster Bank and Capital One. This has now been resolved.

@barbismiles8 In 1991 when Lamont put my mortgage up on an almost daily basis I used to get a nice letter from NatWest telling me I had exceeded my overdraft limit and that the letter would cost me fifty quid! How they thought that would solve the problem is beyond me.

@NatWest_Help to be able to get a current account switch bonus, how recent or long ago could a possible customer have previous held a natwest bank account pls?

@NatWest_Help Well NatWest seem to be holding onto my money for a long period of time without resolving the issue. Sending me from advisor to advisor. Been with the bank for over 20years but as soon as they owe you money. They act incompetent and confused. Worst banking experience.

@NatWest_Help impossible to get hold of NatWest. Been 1 in the queue on live chat for about half an hour and on hold on phone for 35 mins, still nothing…

@NatWest_Help I just want to remortgage on a more expensive fix can’t believe I’m saying that but it @bankofengland raises rates to 6% or more next June I won’t able to afford the payments !! If NatWest opened up the time frame to remortgage from 3months to 9 months then I might save our home!
