@ForIn2020 @dresserman @jpr007 I’m not sure about other banks but NatWest have told me they are changing my Service Card to Mastercard shortly & Santander have been doing the same too so maybe the there is a significant issue with Visa at the moment.

@ThreeUKSupport I don’t have another phone to hand, but this iPhone is only 5 weeks old as is the Sim. Problem I will have is when I’m home it won’t be an issue, only in Uxbridge. I was in Natwest this morning and I had not one bar at all.

@barclays why can't I pay my bills with my VISA debit card? Twice in the last 12 hours transactions have failed, forcing me to use a credit card instead 🤨 Card activated, some payments go through, some don't. Don't have this issue with Natwest 😔

It’s a week since an ATM grabbed my bank card, rebooted after asking for the PIN and gave nothing back. STILL waiting for the replacement card that NatWest promised “in 5-7 days”. No Black Friday for me! Terrible timing.

@NatWest_Help @sophb66 Sorry to jump on this thread, but I’m in the same position with my mortgage! I was told by NatWest on the phone on Friday that I am unable to access an account online with NatWest as it came from Metro Bank, and that my only way to manage it is by phone. Is that not the case?

Wandered round town like a headless chicken yesterday trying to find where the two closed NatWest banks had relocated to, and walked down every street except the right one, dammit.

@krn Five, ten minute walk? When our local NatWest closed down, customers needed to do a 12 minute drive. Or alternatively spend half an hour on the bus.

@Matthewpacker78 Do you happen to have the postcode for where you were in Natwest? We'd like to check if there's issues in that area, or not. Could help us understand if you were affected by a network issue, or if something else is going on here -Chris

@ShaneMcC I was a HSBC business customer. When I returned to limited co status, I went with Natwest's Mettle: and can't fault it. All phone based, which is great for a 1-person biz, maybe not for something bigger. Using Wise for international stuff.
