Nigel Leaney (@nleaney) reported from Willingham, England@ForIn2020 @dresserman @jpr007 I’m not sure about other banks but NatWest have told me they are changing my Service Card to Mastercard shortly & Santander have been doing the same too so maybe the there is a significant issue with Visa at the moment.

If a teller or csa at a NatWest did their shift reeking of alcohol, particularly when dealing with customers, they would be disciplined. Told me after that use was beaten out of him in school so his parents stopped using it at home & he just stopped using it

I left NatWest 19 years ago, seen an offer to bring my business back last month, reopened 3 accounts and guess what, same **** service I left with. Well unlucky… that’s a guaranteed half million you won’t get on your books!
