@ForIn2020 @dresserman @jpr007 I’m not sure about other banks but NatWest have told me they are changing my Service Card to Mastercard shortly & Santander have been doing the same too so maybe the there is a significant issue with Visa at the moment.

@BarclaysUKHelp Yes, and if you can decipher all that from the error ID why not show that on the screen instead. Logged in to Natwest instead. Works 100% of the time, every time.

@LeninsLinguine @SpookyLovejoy The 4th picture annoys me. They should have stopped at the NatWest Tower. The Gherkin is ok but most of those buildings are ****.

@dudefoodlove @NatWest_Help Oh Natwest has never been great customer service!!! Even my Barclays account, if eg I freeze my card (so noone can try steal my money if they stole my card) Barclays would issue me a new bank card regardless whether the card is frozen or not. Natwest on the other hand ......

@curexcomplex My brick and mortar bank is NatWest, so basically RBS. I’ve mercifully had no major issues yet, but compared to Monzo and the like, they’re just no where near as easy to work with

@NatWest_Help Can you please STOP changing the ENTIRE layout and user experience of the NatWest app EVERY time you update it. The location of every function shifts from one update to the next. FYI, the latest update now has so much padding I’m scrolling up and down continually.

@NatWest_Help Hi. It seems to an issue solely with the NatWest App where the font is so large so you can’t see all the info at once. My other apps are fine

Legal action will now follow against you NatWest and FCA for the way you think you can tell people what they can invest there money in. The banks running scared because the day they can offer 0.1% funds for customer savings is over and high yield crypto exchanges taking over.
