@ForIn2020 @dresserman @jpr007 I’m not sure about other banks but NatWest have told me they are changing my Service Card to Mastercard shortly & Santander have been doing the same too so maybe the there is a significant issue with Visa at the moment.

@STRshirts I left Natwest in 2018. Used Barclays and Monzo ever since. Not had any problems since switching. Monzo customer service is spot on!

@Morrisons Told by customer service that cancellation of order was not their fault. Told it was NatWest at fault. Explained order for elderly housebound relative but operative sticking to script - not our fault so tough.

@Trish_NI I was in NatWest last week and the women in front of me asked the cashier for some foreign currency. The cashier replied that they no longer supply foreign currency. Women says it states that you do on your website. Cashier apologies. Women calls cashier a “useless ****”!!

Just forwarded a phishing email to the email address listed on NatWest’s website. Message returned as spam. Hmmm. @NatWest_Help

@NatWest_Help No, I haven’t tried that. To be honest, if a successful, multi-million pound bank can’t make a functional app I’ll just use a different bank. I’d rather do that than reinstall the Natwest app, set-up my customer ID and going through the facial recognition every week.

@CooperativeBank I’ve done complaints before. The problem is solved well before the complains dealt with. Why is it NatWest/Lloyds/Santander/ have brilliant online capability but sadly coop don’t

@NatWest_Help are NatWest and Coutts having problems with CHAPS payments currently, specifically Coutts? I’m told there were problems today, and just seek confirmation either way. Many thanks

@NatWest_Help My accounts are frozen since yesterday. I spoke to few people and they all say we can’t help and someone will call you! My 4 months old baby can’t wait for his formula till that mysterious guy decides to call me. #natwest #CustomerService #complain

@jessphillips We had the same with my kids when they were in university. I sent the same amount each week, and every week the Coop bank stopped it. We swaped to Natwest and they stopped me using a card in a motorway service station, but let me spend 1.2K though my phone in one hit.
