  @ForIn2020 @dresserman @jpr007 I’m not sure about other banks but NatWest have told me they are changing my Service Card to Mastercard shortly & Santander have been doing the same too so maybe the there is a significant issue with Visa at the moment.

  @NatWest_Help Somethinhbis going with accessing accounts, i’ve been locked out for no reason, i’ve asked other people with natwest banking and they’re having the same issue. have you been hacked, google said there’s been no confirmation

  @NatWest_Help Hi - been trying to make a payment to HMRC via their app. In app, it directs to NatWest app for payment approval. For last few days, can log in to NatWest app when directed, but page to approve payment is just blank. I've used this way to pay in the past with no 1/2

  @NatWest_Help NatWest couldn’t help their customers if they tried !! I left NatWest 19 years ago, seen an offer to bring my business back last month, reopened 3 accounts and guess what, same **** service I left with. Well unlucky… that’s a guaranteed half million you won’t get on your books!
