@ForIn2020 @dresserman @jpr007 I’m not sure about other banks but NatWest have told me they are changing my Service Card to Mastercard shortly & Santander have been doing the same too so maybe the there is a significant issue with Visa at the moment.

@alexisconran @channel5_tv Very useful information. But I’m still confused about how the scammer got entry to the banking app with just an OTP code. NatWest require entry of customer number, PIN and passcode. I will now use a Sim PIN but réalisé it needs entry whenever the phone is restarted.

Very sad to hear of the planned closure of the NatWest bank in Heslington. This follows the closure of Barclays and Lloyds branches in recent past. This comes at a time when so many in the local disabled community can’t access banks in York city centre due to the Blue Badge Ban.

@Shingle_beach @timloughton There's a NatWest on that road as well which isn't one of the ones listed by Tim so I'm assuming it's staying open. There is a real issues of banks pulling out of communities leaving people isolated and without service. This doesn't appear to be it on face value.
