Nigel Leaney (@nleaney) reported from Willingham, England@ForIn2020 @dresserman @jpr007 I’m not sure about other banks but NatWest have told me they are changing my Service Card to Mastercard shortly & Santander have been doing the same too so maybe the there is a significant issue with Visa at the moment.

However, irregardless of how long it's taken me to use the savings card I still think there needed better communication about this. I didn't know this had happened and the customer in the queue at Natwest said hadn't received any communication on this.

Vanessa (@VanBird) reportedI think Natwest have work experience girls in. One watched me try & pay cheques in on the ATM then said it was broken & to use the other. Then I paid a bill in an envelope via their special letterbox. Another panicked & asked if I’d used an envelope. I KNOW HOW BANKING WORKS
