@ForIn2020 @dresserman @jpr007 I’m not sure about other banks but NatWest have told me they are changing my Service Card to Mastercard shortly & Santander have been doing the same too so maybe the there is a significant issue with Visa at the moment.

@RedLetterDaysUK Hi, I just exchanged some Natwest rewards into vouchers and purchased an experience using some of the vouchers. I have £120 worth of vouchers & have redeemed one experience to the value of £75. However the website is saying I’ve redeemed them all?

@NatWest_Help Hi NatWest. Can you confirm if either your Worthing South Street, Bognor Regis or Chichester branches have deposit machines that I can pay coinage into? I’ll be doing it on Saturday so I know there’s no counter service, so I’ll use a machine in that case.

@NatWest_Help Really upset with NatWest. I’ve just had fraud on my account 4 times in a row from a gambling website, didn’t have anything come up to approve this! Taken my last bit of money out of my account! And because it’s still on pending nothing can be done yet. #fraud

@TheMoominmama Honest to goodness. What a load of sheep. M&S and now NatWest and HSBC. Thankfully I can't remember when l last visited a branch of my bank. Please don't let Call Centres answer phones with "Good Morning, John he/his/him pronouns speaking, how may l help you."
