@seetickets @UkWatchdog Still not received my refund! Refund bounced as my bank card had expired, Natwest initiated a chargeback to #Seetickets on 06/08/2021. Yet I havent received my refund despite numerous emails/tweets. Beyond disappointed at total lack of customer service.

@NatWest_Help @eon_next @EONhelp ... despite once again stating that no banking details exist on their system. So now we have no card for five days, no money, no spending online and in person. I really wish that both #EonNext and #Natwest advisors would have paid due attention to clear requests from customer.

So Apple are happy to take £3377 off my learning disabled son and dont think that him not understanding is a reason to refund. Absolutely heartbroken that all his money has gone and no one wants help! Shouldnt unusual behaviour on an account be flagged too??#apple #natwest

@NatWest_Help @emilycoxinabox Awful service. Since when do banks cold call customers? I had this call and hung up due to phishing. Do not feel comfortable discussing personal banking via a zoom call that I did not request. NatWest should contact customers to inform them of this service via email or the app.

@MfanwyEvans Try the @financialombuds. I once switched banks to @NatWest_Help and on the day they switched my current account with £12,000 in it, they froze my account because they suspected identity fraud! The ombudsman should be able to help and instruct Natwest to compensate you.

Credit where it is due. Samantha at Natwest got it sorted and compensated me for the problems. Well done to her. @NatWest_Help should be grateful. @AskNationwide the ball is in your court to keep me as a customer.

@NatWest_Help Significantly shorter opening hours- to the point its impossibly to go outside of work hours. Slower transactions and processing of pay-ins and deposits. And the most painfully slow service I have ever seen in a bank. Help explain to me why I'm still with Natwest?
