    @NatWestBusiness Well that would be a miracle when in a few clicks a Natwest business customer is unable to open a Business Reserve account (meeting all criteria that is) and after speaking to 7 different advisers at Natwest taking over 1 hour is still unable to open a Business Reserve account.

    @emilyinkpen I don't think that's necessarily a problem that needs fixing; there are scammers on Twitter, sure, but none of them are acquiring blue ticks and using them to trick people into believing they're speaking to *the* NatWest bank, eg. If you can buy verification, that will get worse.
