@VirginMoney Still no banking on the first of the month horrendous and real lack of customer service. Surely more updates and a timescale would be a minimum of courtesy. I’m going back to NatWest who aren’t amazing but absolutely blind Virgin in all departments

@NatWest_Help hi! i tried to pay online with one of my cards but it kept declining - payment screen said to contact my bank. tried with my other natwest card and all was well. i have a suspicion that it's getting stuck at the authorisation part, is there anything to help? thx!

The banks currently affected are Barclays, Bank of Scotland, Halifax, Lloyds, HSBC, Santander, Nationwide, NatWest, Monzo and Yorkshire Bank. The customers are reporting problems with transferring funds, online banking and mobile banking apps.

@VirginHolsHelp good morning, can you please help with a pending payment I need to have cancelled? The transaction failed when I initially tried to book a trip to Las Vegas on Sunday and I completed the booking using a different credit card. NatWest have been unable to help.
