Absolutely shocking service from @NatWest_Help this morning. 35 minutes for my mum to get a replacement card. Two calls having confirmed over a dozen pieces of data. Absolutely ridiculous! Totally frustrated and exhausted. #customerexperience #customerservice #natwest

@teresajanedavis Obviously I can't speak for NatWest or take responsibility for this but... having done social media customer service previously, it's usually OK in DMs, but never tweet it publicly. If you're unsure/uncomfortable, better to go in branch. :)

@VirginMoney it's been nearly 8 months since I reported the biometrics not working and I have given you enough time. I'm now in the process of getting all my direct debits set up with my NatWest account. This banks downfall is you don't listen.

@Madzxcc @BaynesSZN @FatBoiDonn I do a high amount of banking cash back incentives, I've done Santander, Lloyds, TSB, FirstDirect and now Natwest. That's an easy £850+ for doing minimal effort. The deposit tally issue is a common area people get stuck on due to how the terms are worded.
