@stwater I would like to thank Dawn Robinson on Customer Services who assisted me on 30 Dec in helping a vulnerable customer when he came into the Natwest Bank Melton Rd to pay his bill. He forget his pin so was unable to pay using bank services. Bill paid and DD set up.

@NatWest_Help My local branch Natwest Aldridge, temporarily closed. Why? No notice or reason given to customers. How am I supposed to access bank services? How are local businesses supposed to operate?

How r v supposed 2 do biz wen simple transfer takes a month! Extremely frustrating. Who shud bear losses 4 late payment? Ur intermediary bank issues r UR issues not MINE!! Complete my transfer or Return the MONEY Immediately. Never using #Natwest for international transfer AGAIN!
