@NatWest_Help You have restricted access to my clients business banking accounts, due to an admin error your end. We have been trying for over a week to have the restriction lifted but no-one at Natwest seems bothered!

@NatWest_Help I haven't heard back from Natwest. I was expecting a phone call but no one has bothered to call me. I will post on line when someone eventually bothers. If no one bothers by Monday I will post everyday until someone does. But what else should a customer expect from Natwest.

@PostOffice Thank you Stephen, the problem is, that the staff member entered a sort code for Santander (who I have never banked with). Do you suggest I contact Santander, NatWest or the issuer of the cheque (HMRC)?

@NatWest_Help Well you are correct, it is still a nightmare, other than the 11 different people I have messaged with in DMs I have yet to hear anything from NatWest customer service and it is now November 19th. Unacceptable

@PostOffice Hi, I paid a cheque into my NatWest account via yourselves. The staff member took down the wrong Sort Code. Emailed your customer care team. Any chance we can get a phone number as no answer. Several hundred pounds missing and no way of tracking. Please help!

@gellman_rebecca being able (or willing) to have kids doesn’t affect your employer. someone being alive because they finally had access to the healthcare they need and deserve does affect the employer. good on natwest for supporting trans people and not believing all the bs accounts like that say

@TheBarmyArmy Until 2010, you did nothing then? And speaking only 50-over WC (coz it's been around longer), you did nothing for 44 years i.e until 2019? Sit down, mate. We did all of it while you were still doing NatWest (if that).

Lengthy exchange with Natwest Help boils down to local law in country of residence (China it appears, as Taiwan is termed 'Province of China' in Natwest printed letters) being the reason for closing accounts of UK residents in Taiwan. Disappointed @NatWestGroup @NatWestBusiness
