@paulsgubbins I got paid by cheque for something recently and it wasn't hard, there's still a Natwest in town that takes cheques, but it took me about two months to be arsed to go down there and pay it in

@JessMcF1 @santanderukhelp That's....less than ideal. Never heard of those mentioned (apart from Santander) but never had issues like this from natwest, that was a switch because the previous was crap with a lost card too.

.@NatWest_Help Natwest. The bank that cancels your card before you receive a new one. Leaving you stranded with no fuel 20miles from home. With customer service agents that lie to you about resolving the issue. Can't wait to switch to a new bank after 21 year.

It seems impossible for NatWest to process a simple mortgage application. Referral to next steps sitting in a ‘to do’ box for weeks that never gets done! In danger of losing the property and costing extra solicitor fees 😡@NatWest_Help

@NatWest_Help I have moved to NatWest recently and it’s becoming the worst decision I have made for a while . After calling the main number I was told the dept I am after does not have a phone number not even for them , robot chat only apparently . Appalling service !

@NatWest_Help I appreciate you letting me know, but this won't help to feed my kids!!! Im so fed up with Natwest its terrible you treat loyal long term customers like this.

  • spookarama Simon Harrison (@spookarama) reported

@atom_bank I opened a new fixed saver last night. Both my NatWest and TSB apps won’t let me transfer any money into it this morning as the “account doesn’t exist” and ask me to check the details. Any help you can offer for this??

  • oshunmaree Yeet (@oshunmaree) reported

@HarryWy37501671 @LWB_33 I’m checking in five minutes cuz the NatWest app is down until 2:30

@GreenFlagUK Thanks for the quick reply. So if they took it out today with NatWest, and happened to need assistance while away in UK next week they could use the service?
