@NatWest_Help Thanks! App captures whole cheque, it's a printed NatWest one from Legal & General: no handwriting/pen & can read preview fine. Still not working today. Wish they'd refund directly/discount next bill; get the impression they refund by cheque & hope it's too much hassle to pay in!

@NatWest_Help Thank you but a complaint to the ombudsman has already been filed. My tweet was just to state that I feel @natwest are an incompetent and atrocious service. I wasn't searching for help. Natwest has had several opportunities to provide this in the last 2 weeks and choose not to.

ARgghhh! @RBS_Help took it upon itself to change the name on my current account without telling me. Had to go to a Natwest branch for a 'fix' — which locked me out of online banking. It will take 3-5 days for complaints dept to call me — and there's no guarantee they can sort it!

Does @NatWest_Help #Natwest #creditcards have the most consumer unfriendly fraud check / block system ? There will be no warning, when you are traveling abroad, and they'll simply block, without informing you, and expect you to call 30 minutes internationally to their helpline

They added a Approve in the App feature, which should be sufficient, but they'll still continue to block - esp on Non Western world sites #Natwest insists you call or visit the branch, troubling the consumer in the name of security. Which doesn't happen in most other countries

@NatWest_Help I need to contact your Data Protection Officer. I called the number on your website privacy notice and was told there is no data protection team at Natwest. Eek! UK GDPR requires you to publish contact details for your DPO, can you help me please?

Trying to transfer some money to my solicitor via NatWest’s online banking and mobile banking app has been a truly awful and frustrating experience. At this rate, it would be quicker to withdraw the cash and post it.
