@NatWest_Help hi, I'm a new NatWest customer, used switch service to move to you. So far am #impressed, the app is amazing, website, and feel safe with the security of my account. One strange thing, today I received a paper bank statement! was it really necessary?

@santanderukhelp my card was swallowed by a NatWest ATM and £20 taken out of account even though no money came out, can’t get through on phone and your digital chat service no one responds?

So NatWest are updating Visa Debit cards to debit Mastercard. Naff all in it for the customer apart from the irritation of trying to remember which websites the card is saved to in order to update the bloody thing. Cheers, NatWest. Thank god the new design is "bold and modern".

@JocularJu @arch_crimes This was the Ormskirk Street Congregational Church. It was replaced by the NatWest Bank building, which still stands on the site. APEC are actually a pretty high functioning historic preservationists. What did the congregation think of the church? What do they think of it now?

@NatWest_Help : Really disappointed with Cora and Neha. When a customer is trying to get in touch because their Natwest app is pinging messages of fraudulent activity, there needs to be a sense of urgency and competence.

@NatWest_Help Ref the Mobile iPad App the transaction page has become cluttered and less useful. Can we have the option to revert to what it was before. I have been a NatWest customer for 50 years and appreciate Mobile/Online Banking. I would be happy to talk to your app team.

So, thanks to @NatWest_Help and their archaic banking processes, we have no money for the Easter weekend. #Natwest reverted back to no credits at weekends so with 4 non banking days I can’t access my due in funds until Tuesday. Does your bank do this? Time to change?

The natwest help centre is useless. I forgot my online banking password, but to change it I need my account number (which isn't printed on the debit card), so I don't have my account number and to get my account number I need to login to online banking...what exactly do I do now
