@NatWest_Help Hi, help please. My partner has been the victim of credit card fraud with her NatWest CC. We have contacted the retailer associated with the transactions who are looking into it. In the meantime, should we contact CC Services to get the card reissued? Thanks.

@natwest your machine ate my money and now I can do everything other than find out if the problem has been resolved as it wasn't resolved when I was there. Can't even contact the branch directly by phone to see if this resolved.

@NatWestBusiness Are address records separate between a NatWest Business debit account and a NatWest Business Credit Card? I'm having a problem with a passport application and proof of address. Or are they sync'd?
