@Barclays your branch in sittingbourne is a joke. Opens late, No counter service after 2pm. Why ? Staff are still there so why not SERVE CUSTOMERS ??? NO.. I dont want to 'use a machine' or an 'app' either Natwest next door doesent have this problem. Wasted journey in rain

my NatWest debit card has been removed from my Apple Pay and banking app automatically but I haven’t received the new Mastercard yet. Does my card still work? I had an email saying it was going to stop working but to relax cos I’m getting a new card but where is it? @NatWest_Help

So back on hold I go for another 10 min (having basically been told, hey we don’t give a **** about helping our customers abroad). Get through to next person, go through security for the 3rd time. Told again, NatWest didn’t contact me 9/

@mikekelly85 @allenf32 Are you sure Faster is free? Some research says Faster is free between consumers but otherwise: > Faster Payments is one of the most expensive options to make bank payments, normally at £2.50 per line if you are a Corporate banking customer at Natwest Bankline or similar.

@MartinSLewis Martin I have a serious serious banking issue with NatWest. They owe me A lot of money due to a payment error they have apparently being having. I have called them and phone has been put down 3 times. Please get in touch @NatWest_Help I have recorded calls.

@NatWest_Help Lack of customer service I’m receiving is a disgrace. Can’t tell me why my acc has been suspended or what department has actioned it. Can take 7 days before someone contacts me. Wife’s wages are due Wed and a couple of direct debits to come out. But #NatWest couldn’t care less

One Monday one came back & said some ***** bastard had spewed over it before the screen came down & it was a Chinese spew. I rather proudly told them it was me.
