  Anyone had a problem with opening a NatWest business account? I've been waiting a month!! No one answers the phone, I've been waiting for 40minutes this morning, no one answered. Online you get Bots. Fed up!

  @JoeStephenson96 Tbf bankers and people working at a bank are different, if someone turned up to their customer facing role at NatWest hammered I don't think they'd last very long

  Smiley Culture: NatWest On Line (1986). This is one of two adverts reggae star Smiley Culture did for the bank, promoting their On Line bank accounts aimed at teenagers. UK banks leaned heavily into the teenage market in the 1980s, on the assumption that customers rarely changed bank accounts. If you got the customer young they would stay with you for life, so why not give them a cash card and a free sports bag when they were 14?

  Hi NatWest,@NatWest_Help My Ebix Cash Forex Card has been retained by an ATM at Tesco, 825 High Road, Leyton, London, E10 7AA. The card got stuck during a transaction and I was unable to retrieve it. Could you please advise me on the next steps and help me recover the card as soon as possible?   @natwest Have emergency cover with you issue with a boiler Now told you can't get anyone out till Tuesday, that's not acceptable it's an EMERGENCY If this isn't resolved in next 24 hours I will be moving into a hotel at your expense until your emergency service rectifies issue

  @NatWest_Help NatWest couldn’t help their customers if they tried !! I left NatWest 19 years ago, seen an offer to bring my business back last month, reopened 3 accounts and guess what, same **** service I left with. Well unlucky… that’s a guaranteed half million you won’t get on your books!

  @Lifeofdavie_ Most banks are shutting down due to 90% automation of processes. I have an account with NatWest, the branch in my town has only 2 staff: One teller/customer advisor and Branch Manager/Lead. Machine to deposit coins, cash in, pin resets, cheques scanners, digitised processes!

  @JamesMelville Agreed. My Mum is 94. Her savings account is with NatWest but she can’t access it because she doesn’t bank online or have the app. NatWest won’t accept my POA because it’s not digital. Absolutely no solution. She can’t access her own savings

  @btcjvs Fixed rate ends August 31st this year, NatWest won't let us find and fix in until less than 120 days before rate ends😬
