Other banks in the UK have blocked payments to exchanges completely what mami was saying...... natwest are whitehats! Their customer service always top

@NatWest_Help I’ve already spoken to customer services- payments are a joke with NatWest as is the auth system that requires a card reader.

@natwest well well well twice I have contacted you by phone asking for a PIN number twice I have been disappointed I cannot use my card when I’m out I cannot even withdraw monies from my account so I’m having to ping money to my daughters account so I get access to my money

So just tried to book a viewing and the agent wanted to see our Mortgage in Principle agreement. Ok, strange but sure. Then they get back to me and say they don't accept NatWest agreements. What ********. NatWest is a MAJOR bank, not some dodgy side street huddle job
