@NatWest_Help @NatWestGroup now been 8 days since #NatWest susp my acc without telling me. No 1 can help me until I receive letter. NW quick enough to send me letters to say Direct Debits rejecting. Really stressing me out now & affecting my health.

@BBCNews Congratulations Can you help? I have lodged complaint with other 6 financial service like @AmexUK @HSBC_UK...... providers where clearly a/c is compromised one way or the other. How is that possible #NatWest is a part? What is the link joining you all?

@nickhillman Exactly! After dropping out of university I got a job working for Natwest and in my ‘spare time’ got a banking degree. So very close to our current degree apprenticeships. It was a real slog without all the extra benefits of going to Uni. I didn’t want this for my kids!

We are a free society? NatWest Bank why are you acting like communists and blocking transfers to crypto exchanges? You gladly accept our money and invest it in stocks and crypto currency yourself, yet block our transactions! @NatWestGroup #dirtybankers

@nicoleloiseee The worst they'll do is put a temporary block on it. I've only ever had that happen if I'm making lots of large value transactions tho. But probably depends on the bank (NatWest here btw)

@rubyshoes18 @adamian99 @darrengrimes_ Its a working lunch-its standard practice to order sandwiches & juice.Some Snr Managers at NatWest used to have mini fridges in their office with beer in&I believe someone was leaving in this pic,so a few bottles of wine to toast them with are not unusual in an office environment

@beaverbott @NatWest_Help I feel better it's not just me. Have been advised to uninstall and reinstall the app. Would sooner not as it's obviously a NatWest issue. Will see how it goes.

@DelM_studentLDN @NatWest_Help Least you aren’t in my position where your bank card expired in August 2021 and NatWest still refuses to issue a new card despite numerous complaints/numerous asking about it
