@NatWest_Help Trying to order some statements folders and just had one of your helpline staff put the phone down on me after suggesting I try the website or go to a stationery store. Is that really how NatWest treats loyal customers of 50 years?

@NatWest_Help I've been on hold with the natwest fraud team for 1:49:00, and the line went silent at 1:44:00 though the call is still active. Why is it taking so long to speak to someone about an urgent fraud issue? :(

@NatWest_Help Frustratingly a DM advised me to speak directly to NatWest's Application Support team via "Chat to Cora", which was a waste of 30 mins as they told me they would only help my partner, not me, despite it being my ID NatWest's DigiDocs has a random issue with. #PoorCustomerService

@NatWestBusiness @NatWest_Help @NatWestGroup NatWest. Your bank might have triggered a whole lot of problems for me. If someone will take a few hours to actually depart from a set of scripted responses, you might actually help for real, IRL, and not just social media whitewash

@NatWest_Help I’ve found someone’s Natwest debit card in the road. You have closed all your local banks my efforts to get through via phone/website have failed (thankfully I don’t bank with you). Can you give me an address to send it to? Or should I just cut it up & throw away?
