@mouthwaite @HSBC_UK Years ago, banks prided themselves on great customer service, not any more. Now having customers at arms length is not enough and their focus is on their investors rather than the customer. I have been with NatWest since 1986 and have always felt valued.

@GayElectrician @NatWest_Help @screenedout Would the health check be carried out by the notorious #GRG GLOBAL RESTRUCTURING GROUP for those that don't know, 16,000 of us put there by natwest/rbs many never had a problem no arrears never bounced a cheque but were put there anyway and ruined. #stoprob Stop Rip Off Banks

@ShowerAbsolute Worked in the “small” red and blue Lloyds Bank one in front of the NatWest Tower for a couple of months. Terrible place, mice, far too few lifts and vertigo inducing internal walkways.

@derbyshire_live The issue does seem to have affected NatWest and RBS customers. The Council system through the payment provider needs to provide stronger customer authentication so it proves the person is who they say, something getting more common with online payments.

@RBS_Help please can you help. Lost bank card. New one on way but completing house Thursday. No card reader. Need to go NatWest branch as No RBS near me. Phone people say impossible without card. Can’t I do it with I.D? Help please thanks

A few months ago, since then I have tried contacting natwest due to this issue of wanting to change my address and have had no luck, now my bank card is blocked and I am unsure if I have been issued a new bank card due to my address not having been changed

@NatWest_Help First party fraud team still yet to give me any clarity on the freeze of my account. I have not had access to my account since Saturday. Apparently, I just have to wait for an email. Very poor service and zero communication to a loyal customer of NatWest.

NatWest @ Library Place , Saint Helier Jersey. Either they do not understand “new account” & new WORKING pin or they are useless. Back in this morning and if they do not listen to me as they have not been doing since April, changing bank completely.

@Whistle_IOM @ManxMaid2 Never had an issue with HSBC and their app is pretty good. Barclyyou can customise your bank card and NatWest allow you to take emergency money from a cashpoint via their app if you have forgotten your card. Apart from that all banks are the same really
