@mouthwaite @HSBC_UK Years ago, banks prided themselves on great customer service, not any more. Now having customers at arms length is not enough and their focus is on their investors rather than the customer. I have been with NatWest since 1986 and have always felt valued.

@cathiedunn @BettinaSRoss1 It’s down to the individual banks. TSB had a flat rate of £10 but then stopped charging at all this year. NatWest didn’t charge. What happens now the government has given up trying to reach an agreement with the EU over financial services, I don’t know.

Revolut is now worth more than NatWest. NatWest has £450bn in customer deposits, Revolut has £4bn. Something is wrong.

@NatWest_Help Had a response from Natwest, regarding the complaint. Upheld 1 issue, and the other I can sort out. Accepted the decision, and compensation of £100 Amazon vouchers. Shame it had to go as far as a complaint though, but they have taken a few things on board regarding the issues.

The new NatWest in town doesn’t have tellers and just ate £100 and then went out of service 🙃 I miss Andrew from Corn street who would give me funny looks every Monday morning

@NatWest_Help NatWest as a business has gone down hill significantly and appear to annoy customers more than they please them and the left hand doesn't know what the right hand is doing

@JackPollock19 @mollymay Been following them for a while now and he (its a bloke) is an active scammer. He may ask for a Cash Code with Natwest which is a quick fix for scammers as there is not comeback on him.
