@mouthwaite @HSBC_UK Years ago, banks prided themselves on great customer service, not any more. Now having customers at arms length is not enough and their focus is on their investors rather than the customer. I have been with NatWest since 1986 and have always felt valued.

@NatWest_Help Fabulous, on the 3rd attempt of communicating with NatWest, I've managed to submit the form. @StarlingBank took under 10 seconds. @transferwise took next to no time too. There is so much NatWest could learn from them about 'customer service in 2021'

@Serpico741 @BBCNews Don't think you read this did you. NatWest problem was not reporting suspicious transactions. Bit like you thinking your neighbour might be growing ******** & not reporting it. How would you feel if you were one prosecuted?

@NatWest_Help I went into NatWest last Thursday to close a savings account/move money elsewhere - they said it would take 3-5 working days. The account is still open and money hasn’t been moved. Is this likely to be a delay or do I need to go back in store?

I live in an area with a bad mobile signal outside & virtually non-existent inside. @NatWest & @Barclaycard insist on texting me one-time passcodes to access my accounts. I never get them or I get timed out or locked out of my accounts. Absolutely infuriating. 😠😠
