@mouthwaite @HSBC_UK Years ago, banks prided themselves on great customer service, not any more. Now having customers at arms length is not enough and their focus is on their investors rather than the customer. I have been with NatWest since 1986 and have always felt valued.

They **** it up, and send it to old address, and when I ask for a replacement, she sends out a free sim, not the **** I'm paying for, cos she can't understand me. Hi, I'm Jane, my arse.

@NatWestGroup 17 mins on hold to the natwest credit card fraud line, wtf? And the bloody natwest app doesn’t provide any assistance other than an automated bot. That’s shocking customer service. Or rather, that is zero customer service.

@NatWest_Help Your customer 'service's is abysmal. You've taken away my option to use a card reader & no one knows why but you can't fix it. Currrntly using my partner's Lloyd's account to make payments that I can't with NatWest. Pathetic.

@DraytonManor can you confirm you have a site-wide issue accepting natwest debit cards? I have just been told this by your reservations dept and this will cause huge issues with our stay if so, we dont have cards for any other bank.

@nc8tz97rgv @wideawake_media I withdrew £5,000 from Natwest last year no problem. The clerk did ask me the reason and I said it was because of security concerns, in case my account gets hacked into etc. The clerk called the bank manager to the desk and he approved it straight away. No issues.

@NatWest_Help I run a business and I set up account with Natwest . After 8months i run out of post office cash deposit limit. Now I spoke to branch they are not taking any more deposit. I spoke to customer care where they are not even understanding the query. Such a shame

@BladeoftheS There correct figure is 0%. The government no longer has any stake in NatWest. It has been selling these down for a long time, and complete the final sales on 30th May 2025. Not that this account cares
