  @NatWest_Help 2/2 problems. I've contacted HMRC, they said it's not a problem at their end, must be NatWest as I can log in, but then approval screen is blank. Is this a known issue? Please ask your I.T. to fix it. Been waiting for a reply in app customer service for over 10 hrs

  @HSBC_UK Hello. I’m sending some money from my NatWest account to someone’s HSBC account. Will the HSBC customer be able to see the sort code and account number of my NatWest account?

  When I pushed for answers your team implied I was part of a fraud pattern — despite your own agent’s written warehouse confirmation. PayPal and NatWest can’t help due to direct debit rules. Now pursuing Small Claims Court. All evidence documented.

  @SandyofSuffolk I remember the NatWest in Felixstowe...can't imagine why it ever closed down as it was busy all day long!

  @HillingdonPosh I worked and played for Natwest for many years. Originally had 2 sports grounds. One in Norbury and the one that is now the Palace Academy site (which some people refer to as being Sydenham as it is just around corner from Lower Sydenham train station).

  @NatWest_Help @TheFCA @financialombuds for the record, I have been lied to by NatWest. I was promised my case would be referred to a specialist team within 24-48 hours, and now been told they aren't going to help me because they are still within 8 weeks of the complaint (made 7.5 weeks ago)

  @LairdSummerisle God knows there was some **** allowed in the City from the 70s on (eg Natwest Tower) but Canary wharf was developed from 1988 and we mostly contained the office development out there - what happened in the 00s to allow this plethora of ugly monstrosities to overwhelm the City?

  @NatWest_Help hi folks. I’ve got a NatWest credit card. Interested in rooster for my kid. Do I qualify for the free rooster subscription as a NatWest customer even though it’s just credit card and not current account?
