@mouthwaite @HSBC_UK Years ago, banks prided themselves on great customer service, not any more. Now having customers at arms length is not enough and their focus is on their investors rather than the customer. I have been with NatWest since 1986 and have always felt valued.

Why is it when you call NatWest first time round the Agent is always refusing to help (fraud related btw) and then when you call back the second agent is a bloody LEGEND! I just want to understand, why?

@RBS_Help why is there a one hour wait time on your fraud reporting line? Not acceptable. Been on call since 8am as your website points you to Natwest. Now joined a very long queue. #badcustomerservice

I have politely asked you Three Times, by phone, and by digital assistant to transfer credit balance Come on NatWest, and share customer notes between Cora, digital assistant, customer services, phone, emails, credit card and many other departments within your set up..../5

@JamesFlanderss @HSBC_UK @MoneySavingExp Finally some acknowledgement of their failed processes! We went with NatWest and are up and running. Our experience with HSBC has definitely put me off ever banking with them again. Just the stress of trying to get a sensible resolution through their "support" was enough for me!

@mimmitwit @FinxZim There are warnings not bans-you can still use coinbase to sell and withdraw to any UK bank account and it’s the same in the US. At the moment the only exchange I know with a ban is Binance. There are banks which have decided not to support it-only NatWest and HSBC.

@mimmitwit @FinxZim But Zim has SECZ which is equivalent to FCA. Bank of England feeds into policy for FCA but they work on different legislation. In UK it’s only NatWest and HSBC which have taken a risk based decision not to service crypto.

@khaleesi_101 I went down the road to the NatWest branch. They only had three staff in themselves, but they did it anyway and looked pretty displeased when they heard the [redacted] branch had sent me down. Took just under 15 mins. Lovely chap called Les sorted me out.

@NatWest_Help No Mark. I needed to take more than £250 out but apparently with natwest that isn't possible at the weekend. What is the point in a self service bank when I can deposit cheques on your app, literally the only thing I can't do is access my literal money which is what I need.
