@mouthwaite @HSBC_UK Years ago, banks prided themselves on great customer service, not any more. Now having customers at arms length is not enough and their focus is on their investors rather than the customer. I have been with NatWest since 1986 and have always felt valued.

@premnsikka It's a crazy world. The government says there's no money, there's plenty of money they just don't want to collect it. NatWest are "helping" their customers by shutting down branches.

@grobbo13 @hodlaltcoins @CoinDesk Hmm, what exchange do you use that Natwest will allow transfers to & from? I have had issues with them before. I just use Revolut for anything crypto now.

@NatWest_Help @RBS_Help I’d like to thank James Kempton in Natwest Lincoln for his help sorting my Aunts RBS accounts out that RBS have failed to do since contacting them in Jan, along with numerous phones calls and promises to get it sorted. James did what 5 RBS staff failed in!

Shell - £32.22bn profit British Gas - £3.3bn profit EDF Energy - £1.12bn profit NatWest - £5.1bn profit This isn't a cost of living crisis , this is a cost of hyper capitalism crisis. Profiteering whilst the country goes down the plughole and the environment burns.

@AFP I think you mean NatWest benefited from not passing on higher interest rates to savers, closing branches across UK & sacking staff! I have been a loyal NatWest customer for 50 years - you get zilch for loyalty!
