@mouthwaite @HSBC_UK Years ago, banks prided themselves on great customer service, not any more. Now having customers at arms length is not enough and their focus is on their investors rather than the customer. I have been with NatWest since 1986 and have always felt valued.

Well, #Santander being down is great. Just spent too much online. Have transferred in from Husband’s NatWest but can’t confirm it went in. ALL TEH BILLS including rent come out at midnight 😰

@willgeorgelloyd @Duffeh_Leeds HSBC and NatWest have both publicly supported Halifax (owned by Lloyds) on this issue so, even in the incredibly unlikely event that these pathetic cry-arses were remotely serious, not entirely sure where they think they'd go instead...

@NatWest_Help Just wanted to change my payment limit so I could pay a deposit. Can't use a reader w/out ordering a Natwest one?? Can't register for biometrics for some reason?? Never had these issues with any other bank. Regret opening a Natwest account.

@NatWest_Help just been into CATERHAM NatWest branch this morning and REFUSED my own money. Feel discriminated against the staff member was friendly with all of the customer and was extremely abrupt with me despite being into that branch before and taken out similar amount!!
