@mouthwaite @HSBC_UK Years ago, banks prided themselves on great customer service, not any more. Now having customers at arms length is not enough and their focus is on their investors rather than the customer. I have been with NatWest since 1986 and have always felt valued.

@NatWest_Help @EvieRead12 Couldn’t get Drake tickets because of this terrible institution. I hope you get sued! You do maintenance everyday it’s abhorrent that you are withholding customer funds for an extended period of time during work hours. Moving everything out of NatWest this is concerning!

It's not just the Natwest App down. You can't do online transactions/payments either. Presumably because you need to approve them in the app. BUT. The Natwest SM team need to be told this...cos duff info being tweeted.

The NatWest app is down. But you can continue with your transaction via Online Banking with your Unique Customer Number that can be found within the NatWest app. 😭😭😭

@NatWest_Help I can’t even sign in online NatWest, it said I need a one time passcode that will be sent to my mobile app or text message as app is down and I don’t get passcode in a text message how am I to sign in?? This is also broken …
