@mouthwaite @HSBC_UK Years ago, banks prided themselves on great customer service, not any more. Now having customers at arms length is not enough and their focus is on their investors rather than the customer. I have been with NatWest since 1986 and have always felt valued.

@NatWest_Help due to this "logging error", BUT now I will have to start waiting all over again. So I'm just meant to urinate and defecate all over the house apparently. Absolutely disgusting service from NatWest, completely appalled. This needs to be fixed NOW, we pay a premium.

@davidkurten I have a NatWest credit card I have had for years at 11% they told me it will go down from £5000 to £1000 then few months later they sent me a letter to say my card is frozen and will cancelled soon as my balance is cleared.

@NatWest_Help How are we suppose to claim our CTFs when your verification on the online portal doesn't even work. Are we just expected to open a Natwest bank account when your website says we can claim our money even if we're with other banks? 19 in 2 months & still no money 🤔
