@mouthwaite @HSBC_UK Years ago, banks prided themselves on great customer service, not any more. Now having customers at arms length is not enough and their focus is on their investors rather than the customer. I have been with NatWest since 1986 and have always felt valued.

@NatWest_Help I'm trying to message you in the natwest app over some suspicious transactions, but the messaging isn't working

@NatWest_Help trying to set my daughter up with the NatWest app for which we need her account number & sort code but we can’t get this with logging into online banking which we can’t do without her account number & sort code! Round & round in circles! Utter ****!

  • emmalunn Emma Lunn (@emmalunn) reported

@sarahsmall @MartinSLewis Don't stand for that! Natwest ****-up = Natwest pays you back and covers any extra fees (i.e. overdrafts, other bounced payments). Happy to follow up as a journalist if they refuse to help you.

Honestly don't think much of this 'Bank Holiday' lark. Turned up outside NatWest with a deckchair and umbrella and THEY'RE NOT EVEN OPEN WTF.

  • Morris2906 Morris Hickey # A POX ON ALL POLITICIANS # (@Morris2906) reported

@purgstallheath @NatWest Sounds to me like the kind of factual inexactitude that I get from a different bank. None of them these days knows the meaning of "customer service".

  • littlerich007 Halifaxtropolis (@littlerich007) reported

Customer service in this country is shocking. British Gas, Barclays Bank, Virgin Media, NatWest. All over the past two weeks their service is absolutely shocking. No resolution and just shite fob offs. They just do not care.

  • rubycooper007 ruby cooper🌺🌺🌺 (@rubycooper007) reported

@lulinspector Under Starmer, the cps, the metropolitan police and RBS conspired to pervert justice to silence me from whistle-blowing when I was stalked by a clerk working at natwest who used rbs computers to find my home address

  • Morris2906 Morris Hickey # A POX ON ALL POLITICIANS # (@Morris2906) reported

@purgstallheath @NatWest Exactly my point! "Customer service" is something they definitely do not understand.

  • GrahamBrack Graham Brack (@GrahamBrack) reported

@purgstallheath @NatWest If there is high customer demand to a customer service number doesn’t that say something about the customer service?

  • WriteAnn Ann-Marie (@WriteAnn) reported

@HSBC @HalifaxBank an #asylumseeker from El Salvador popped into your Moorgate branches today after #Natwest gave him the run around, despite having what they said he needed. Guess what your respective staff said? "Sorry we're too busy to help you today." WTAF?

  • As23155486A A S (@As23155486A) reported

@NatWest_Help Thanks! There’s a different form/different questions asked depending on if I go for “new to NatWest” or “used to be a customer”. The latter is a lot more in depth that I’m not comfortable with. Can I go with new customer flow?
