@mouthwaite @HSBC_UK Years ago, banks prided themselves on great customer service, not any more. Now having customers at arms length is not enough and their focus is on their investors rather than the customer. I have been with NatWest since 1986 and have always felt valued.

@dseselectric @NatWestBusiness Meanwhile Natwest it seems need more than a business working day to call me back with an enquiry that could make them tens of thousands over a few years. Not sure why banks take so long to even phone you.

@NatWest_Help hi natwest, I need some help with an application for an adapt account for my 11yr old daughter. Her passport is out of date, we have different surnames. I have full birth certificate for her, what other ID will be accepted? She already has a natwest savings account!

Is NatWest the worst bank in the uk? Stand for ages to get served only one staff on used to have eight windows to serve but at best only ever two staff on. Yet they say they are customer focused. Joke !!

@purgstallheath @NatWest Same with @CooperativeBank who gave me £25 when I complained about my time being wasted but absolutely avoided addressing the real problem of too few staff and an online banking platform that doesn't let you do what you need!
