@mouthwaite @HSBC_UK Years ago, banks prided themselves on great customer service, not any more. Now having customers at arms length is not enough and their focus is on their investors rather than the customer. I have been with NatWest since 1986 and have always felt valued.

@BarclaysBizChat The business show is on, where is Barclays Bank, Natwest and other major banks. They should be the first to come to the business show to help Small businesses, But they are not there! Shame on them, thats why we bank with Metro Bank, much better and clean bank which care.

@ForIn2020 @dresserman @jpr007 I’m not sure about other banks but NatWest have told me they are changing my Service Card to Mastercard shortly & Santander have been doing the same too so maybe the there is a significant issue with Visa at the moment.

I’ve been with NatWest for about 6 years and only once not been able access my accounts online. I’ve been with @LloydsBank since august and it’s happened about 6 times already. Lloyds, I need to be able to use my app!

@BBCTheOneShow @BBCWatchdog @BBCiPlayer I was scammed out of £500.00 person got access to my online bankings woke up to find money gone.natwest fraud said couldn't help but funny how the faster payments team noticed unusual activity and stoped two further payments to the same person, bank closed bank when I complained
