  @NatWest_Help @pohare551 This is getting ridiculous now natwest. I'm obviously not going to move my accounts because of it but it's very frustrating knowing you're the only bank with this issue! Have all your decent tech people gone to Lloyds?

  We've been made aware that Atom customers with linked NatWest accounts are not currently able to fund their Instant or Fixed Savers. We'll continue to help NatWest fix this problem, which seems to be unique to them. We're sorry if you're impacted & missing out on our great rates

  @CrambazzledTask I had a nice Waterman which was a gift. Worked at a Natwest and a customer robbed it. I phoned her and asked for it back - flatly denied it. 100% she did slip it in her bag. So I bought the same one to replace it…..Christ knows where that’s disappeared to

  @OmazeUK Hi Omaze. I signed up and paid £10 on Sunday for the Lake District House. Looked on my NatWest and it’s come out. Checked my email and nothing there - done rest password and nothing. I think something has gone wrong. Can you help me?

  @superteadrinker I feel your pain. I spent 10 hours over the space of two days going through same issue to 23 different members of NatWest staff. Seems like after 25 mins they automatically cut off & you never get same person again. Ended up explaining problem 23 times. Infuriating.

  @NatWest_Help @MoneySavingExp @MartinSLewis Yes and I had to wait a long time before being able to speak to the Fraud team and getting the payment released. I know a lot of other Natwest/RBS customers having this problem - of legitimate payments made to this specific savings account *continually* being blocked. Frustrating

  @NatWest_Help - you have a call back service so you don't need to que for 20 mins. As soon as someone hangs ups, Natwest calls back service immediately calls back and keeps you on the line for 20 mins. Care to explain the logic? #fail

  @Gubbed__ Natwest closed me and my gf accounts! The UK are treating gamblers like money laundering criminals! If it’s not the horrendous practice’s from the bookies it’s also now the banks! Wtf is going on.
