  @bbcburnsy re banks, Natwest in Hull city centre are reducing services regulary, I was in yesterday only 2 counters of 4 where in use & on Saturdays they do not have a cash counter service. The staff are lovely but banks are providing a poorer service now & long queues !!

  Minutes and saw two customers served on two manned counters. I don’t understand it, We use Halifax and Lloyds and it normal service. At NatWest you feel like they make it as difficult and time consuming as possible for daring to want to do something in person. I’m helping her
