@virginmedia The reason I called in was my bill was incorrect and even though I was told by a previous agent that it had been amended this was not the case. I had to then speak with my bank to rectify the issue. I must of spent 3 hours of my own time talking to virgin and NatWest.

Anyone sending their card details over Twitter to supposed Natwest Help accounts need their heads testing. Yes there is an issue with the app, hold tight and wait for an official announcement. Not 'Marcelo' in your DMs #natwest

@james_fishwick @triodosuk @NatWest it can take up to 2 hours when you use the faster payment system! but if it’s been longer, im sure if you call them up they could help you!
