@NatWest_Help when we go to log into our account, the first of the 2 part login now presents with the first number already filled in. Should this be happening? I have heard about a recent hacking attempt on a natwest business account so am suspicious!

6 WEEKS and many phone calls/emails from me for NatWest to transfer a donation to our Afghan charity. No reason given and not the first time we couldn't access our own funds. Scandalous! Are they afraid of the "A" word or what?

@NatWest_Help Natwest, as long as I am a customer, (I wish I wasn't) you have to answer my mails. You didn't answer my last mail. As long as you hold my money, (without my consent and against my will) you have to keep the communication with me.
