Credit where it is due. Samantha at Natwest got it sorted and compensated me for the problems. Well done to her. @NatWest_Help should be grateful. @AskNationwide the ball is in your court to keep me as a customer.

One of my bank cards declines for *ALL* online purchases, and has done for months. Natwest can’t/won’t fix the issue and has so far blamed: • GoDaddy • Argos • BT • Asda • Tesco • Me • Santander

@NatWest_Help If you have any ideas, though, it would be great. From Wise, she initiates a payment, selects to authorise it through the NatWest app. The NatWest app asks which account she wants to pay from (there’s only one account anyway)… and then she gets a “technical error”. No detail.

@MartinSLewis There a glitch in the NATWEST banking system where it won’t let me apply for it, they are telling me that I’ve to join there sister company RBS . So not everyone can get that account.

@lil_fairy_doll Natwest are useless for customer service, which is ironic as the customers technically bailed them out.

@SteveKillen9 @max8_elle Look like a pair of NatWest customer service bods. These people are just foot soldiers bleating the script out.

@NatWest_Help I wanted to pay in cash and see someone, as in, a human. Not stand in a queue of 10 with some NatWest employee having to show each and every person how the machines work. People want to see people. Open your desks! The service is awful!

@NatWest_Help He's asked too, but their response takes longer and it should be a simple question - If NatWest Help can't understand their advice, how is a customer supposed to understand it?
