@Ninjaduncs26 Are you seriously saying NatWest have gone down? That’s ****** man.. literally couldn’t have picked the worst night I’m with nationwide and they get to me a lot. I remember years ago this happened with my wages took 24 hours.. piss take bud

@ShappiKhorsandi @HSBC_UK Tbf to HSBC other clearers have similar approach. NatWest is currently taking seven weeks to change an address. Their stated timeframe to action change, not mine. Unfortunately so much scamming going on they have to validate every customer request.

Sat in NatWest waiting to cash a cheque. There seems to be lots of staff milling around with iPads asking your name and asking to state your business. Then you’re asked to take a seat. I get it’s customer service but it all seems very fussy.

@NatWest_Help describe what I think of the Natwest and I have told as many people and groups about the bank's ineptitude and incredibly bad customer service. I am not interested in any more online messages. If the bankbis really interested then get someone to call me to discuss it all.

so @Barclays recently removed my overdraft from one of my accounts, trying to move some funds over from my natwest account but online/mobile banking is down, and guess what I'm now overdrawn. Any fees I get charged I expect you to cover! @NatWest_Help

@LoveWilko Tried using a pink Revolut, Natwest and HSBC card within 4 mins. Stolen purse has a multi-coloured swirl pattern and gold zip. I reported the crime to the Met Police. If anyone working Friday evening has any info please contact the Metro Police or Crimestoppers.
