  @FullyLV @Nugennath It’s not the same service though. My business partner had Coutts and was unhappy and switched to NatWest Premier. Myself, always had NatWest Premier and it’s been great overall. Have Barclays Premier too, but not many benefits compared to NW.

  It literally felt so ******* good to have a million pounds I checked my notifications and saw the NatWest transfer and it was euphoric. I genuinely thought it was real I’ve never had such a vivid dream. There was no weird **** happening

  @MissStixy @UltraDane still been told the same even when an appointment was made to come in and collect the cash ordered with natwest bank. closed the account that day, went to a bank told them we dont want to be stopped if i want to withdraw over £2000. no problem at new bank yet.

  Anyone had a problem with opening a NatWest business account? I've been waiting a month!! No one answers the phone, I've been waiting for 40minutes this morning, no one answered. Online you get Bots. Fed up!

  @NatwestB @TunnelGuruVPN NatWest bank Bedford, what a shower of ****. Me and my Mrs have banked with this lot for 30+ years and we cannot even take our own cash out in large amounts! Twice we had meetings totalling about 4 hours and they ask the same questions and we answer every one but still no cash.

  Got told off when I got on the 51 bus in Yeovil today. I got on at NatWest and was told the stop is only for dropping off not picking up. Can’t find this info on the Buses Of Somerset website or the bustimes website. But at least now I know I suppose.

  I’ve contacted via email, dm and many phone calls. Each member of staff passes you onto another and lies. It’s clear why NatWest branches are closing down.

  RBS - the bad news never stops for this entity. Whilst an old story coming to a conclusion it is reminds us for just what an awful business RBS became, surely it is time for NatWest to vaporise this brand and its culture (for the benefit of shareholders as well as just because)?   @NatWest_Help Ok but doesn’t really help me. I needed cash to pay the barber! 💈 wasted trip. It’s the lack of communication from NatWest that’s even more annoying. An hour on the phone and even the customer care guy, doing his best and really good guy, couldn’t tell me what was up
