@Midget100 @RedKLN @NatWest_Help Switch to First Direct. £175 switch but better overdraft amount and £250 of that is interest free. I did so after the same terrible service you had trying to switch with Natwest and then choosing not to.

@NatWest_Help after the fiasco of dealing with a LPA dept at NatWest now want the transfer to another bank and guess what, hit another issue can only transfer £20k a day to another bank, archaic, thought we were in the 21st Century!

Just logged onto my Natwest mobile banking account. It says it's having service updates until Sunday. Never seen that before - me thinks it's nothing to do with service updates and everything to do with the state of the sector.

@NatWest_Help since when are NatWest branches in RBKC closed on Saturday. There are always huge queues so clearly the service is needed.

@NatWestBusiness I've just spoken to complaints. But following on from this experience today, I want to close all over my accounts. I've banked with Natwest as a personal customer for 20 yrs. But I don't want my accounts with you anymore. @monzo can have my money now.

@NatWest_Help Help 🤔I feel for anybody thats has to deal with the NatWest regarding a sick relative's problems. Support and NatWest are not two words that go together, it's just been a complete nightmare, bye bye, going to bank elsewhere.
