  @MartinRemains @Steven_Swinford Yeah, but if the self-proclaimed media elite stopped ****-stirring they might have to go and do some journalism. Like finding out whether certain hedge funds had inside information when they shorted Natwest, or what happened to the various bribes, or....

  @NatWest_Help And what would be the point of that? If you know anything about the web banking interface that NatWest customers have to interact with, you'd be able to very quickly discern that me sending you a load of personal details is a complete & utter waste of time. You'll probably instruct me to visit a help page or ask Cora, or some other inane convolution of pointless steps, or worse, enter the 7th circle of hell that is your automated telephone system. But at no point will I actually be able to speak to anyone who knows the first thing about the tools NatWest inflicts upon its customers, nor who has the slightest hope in hell of actually fixing it. This is most likely the result of the people you (& ultimately we, the customers), pay eye-watering amounts of "Consultancy fees" to, never themselves having had to use the systems they implement & which are likely coded by a team of crack slaves in an Utter Pradesh sweat-shop. So I don't, under any known usense of the terms, expect a satisfactory resolution, but I did get to air my grievance.

  @AaronBastani My Samsung S23 Ultra is insured through NatWest. I had a cracked screen, broken charging port & damaged frame. Paid £50 & got all three problems fixed plus new battery, all data restored. Took a man in a van at my house about an hr. Don't see the need for these EU restrictions.

  @ChineseEmbinUK British students get special treatment in China, but once Chinese students leave the UK, they can’t get their own money back from @NatWestGroup, NatWest is basically an international banking scammer. Shouldn’t the Chinese Embassy in UK help Chinese students? #scammer #bank

  Hi NatWest,@NatWest_Help My Ebix Cash Forex Card has been retained by an ATM at Tesco, 825 High Road, Leyton, London, E10 7AA. The card got stuck during a transaction and I was unable to retrieve it. Could you please advise me on the next steps and help me recover the card as soon as possible?   Emails included Wells Fargo Bank ING Direct HSBC Bank NatWest Capital One Citibank Chase Bank Dubai Abu Dhabi London Nigeria I opened accounts with login access as well. I went into both Chase and Citibank to deposit cheques sent by FedEx and UPS delivery service.

  @NatWest_Help Ok but doesn’t really help me. I needed cash to pay the barber! 💈 wasted trip. It’s the lack of communication from NatWest that’s even more annoying. An hour on the phone and even the customer care guy, doing his best and really good guy, couldn’t tell me what was up
