@NatWest_Help Well first I was unable to make a payment on my card due to transfer to NatWest from Sainsbury’s, then my new customer information doesn’t work. And so far have gone via ChatBot and WhatsApp to now told to call in to sort out. Poor customer journey all round for a new customer

Look at this, Jean. 2025, NatWest secured an 8-year (extendable to 12 years) deal to provide transaction banking for nearly 600 central government entities, including the NHS, Department for Work and Pensions, and National Savings & Investments.
