NatWest tracking customers co2 emissions and telling them how to cut down is something straight out of a Black Mirror episode. It will go from recommended use to an allowance very quickly, this is a road we don’t want to go down

I'm working overseas. They couldn't get ANYTHING right and do not have an email address to communicate. AND their chat-help is absolute garbage. We will likely NEVER do business with Natwest again and we may EMBARGO any potential clients that bank with them. Unbelievably poor.

@muddymuddymum @DerbyLoco One of my business accounts refuses to show me transactions older than a month. No statements, no transactions online and I cannot change to paper statements. Been like that for 2 years +. Natwest don't seem to be able to fix it...

@efgbricklayer It's a plan to persuade us all to reach NetZero using access to cash & work. The big wigs have been gathering to discuss this for a couple of years. If you don't comply your money supply may be restricted, controlled. NatWest are straight onto it.

@HalifaxBank Yes tried wifi and mobile data, it’s not an issue at my end and had no issues before the latest app update release and no it’s not a new connection to another bank I’ve had my NatWest account details on my Halifax app for a while now
