ok so i got all my money in my natwest, i tried to make a purchase and it has said "your account is now suspended" and i cant login to any online banking..... and my apple pay on my phone is completely wiped....

@natwest need to see more than three months transactions in #Natwest mobile app. Three months is not that useful. If space is the issue tighten up the line spacing.

@HalifaxBank Ageism and unacceptable customer care in your Hartlepool Branch toward my 87 year old parents. Rude staff with no compassion, had my parents go back five times to provide suitable ID. NatWest resolved their issues within 30minutes and were kind and courteous

@MartinSLewis On the whole NatWest is pretty good. I would like to have seen some reimbursement for the packaged travel insurance and lounge access during the pandemic from their Black account

Revolut is now worth more than NatWest. NatWest has £450bn in customer deposits, Revolut has £4bn. Something is wrong.

@NatWest_Help Had a response from Natwest, regarding the complaint. Upheld 1 issue, and the other I can sort out. Accepted the decision, and compensation of £100 Amazon vouchers. Shame it had to go as far as a complaint though, but they have taken a few things on board regarding the issues.

@NatWest_Help Hi John thanks! Why no unsubscribe links like everyone else? I'll keep reporting NatWest to google for now as I shouldn't have to login to do this. This could cause google to mark NatWest emails as spam for other users. Please inc unsub links

The new NatWest in town doesn’t have tellers and just ate £100 and then went out of service 🙃 I miss Andrew from Corn street who would give me funny looks every Monday morning
