It's not just the Natwest App down. You can't do online transactions/payments either. Presumably because you need to approve them in the app. BUT. The Natwest SM team need to be told this...cos duff info being tweeted.

Do admit though it took a verified X user to bring the NatWest issue up however and it seems to work like half an hour later funny that one. Almost like they accidentally affected someone with money who pays for silly things like blue ticks lol

@NatWest_Help maybe you should give all of your customers £100 each as compensation for the app not working …. Nationwide does this just out of good will. We’re all stuck ! #natwest #natwestbanking
