@AmazonHelp I think this issue is more to do with Natwest and their Masterscards tbh. I bought multiple things from you guys without a problem, but for some reason, it causes an issue with Audible.

When is a DSAR not a DSAR? When it’s a NatWest DSAR? I have been waiting for Greengrass and Rose. to supply DSAR for a customer of the Bank. This has taken many months. Can RBS NatWest we trusted? Fines equate to crimes, so no, they cannot be trusted.

On the blower to NatWest. They torpedoed my credit rating unlawfully. I was detained and couldn’t make payment. I have protected characteristics - one of their ‘agents’ put the phone down on me. Charming! Still on hold. #UnpeelingTheGraniteHeartWithRazorPrecision

@ContinuumTrek @LloydsBank Wow, that's a shock. They're a nightmare for my dad (as well as a bunch of others I know of). I guess Natwest were no help? Though for them, it's all opened online.

@NatWest_Help Scam on my account. No help whatsoever. NatWest just gets worse. I am a personal and a business customer. #Natworst

@TateTheTalisman 2 years ago, NatWest did the same to a Ltd company account of which I was signatory & Director. Just a company set up to maintain & repair 1 block of 72 flats. £120k locked for 15 months. Similar emails to your messages. We survived on monthly cash + borrowing from another co.

@NatWest_Help Hi Martina - zero help on the phones, website, branch or on social media from NatWest. Is it possible for me to reclaim the interest you’re continuing to overcharge back from the bank in these circumstances?

  • TheFreeFerret TheFreeFerret (@TheFreeFerret) reported

@TateTheTalisman but couldn’t pay for big roofing replacement etc. I spent weeks visiting NatWest branches, on phone, writing emails etc but never gave up. No reason ever given! Perhaps the banks are really short of access to cash?? There are similarities between us. Both > £100k contd
