@NatWest_Help have to say I have received the worst possible service today I have tried to pay my Barclays credit card with my natwest current account via my mobile app I already have a direct debit paying it every month and decided this month to pay the statement balance 3 phone

@NatWest_Help @NatWest_Help NatWest owns METTLE business bank app. It is a fraud, mettle is keeping money from legitimate sources and denying transactions for its customers. BEWARE you are being scammed. I am now forced to go to FCA to try and access my own money

@rrrrison @NatWest_Help @Harry2671 Come on NatWest - if I’m not mistaken, just like Santander you too store the customer’s PIN in your app. You decided on allowing that, not your customers. Please reconsider that feature - it’s unnecessary and is a golden ticket for fraudsters.

Natwest must be trying to **** with me😭😭😭😭 I transferred a huge amount of money out of my savings account into my current account but it’s disappeared😭😭 then I tried doing a smaller amount and that’s disappeared too😭😭 what on Earth is happening, ill actually cry

@Logical1966 @michael03576675 Aaron NatWest have a machine you chuck coins into and it goes onto your bank card do Barclays not have one I poured £307 in there in 2019 for my nieces (more than one niece) spending money when they went to Spain. No problems A bank surely can’t turn someone away

@NatWest_Help Thank you for your reply but our application is not with NatWest but with another major UK bank. We are experiencing the same rubbish service from #optimalegal as everyone else. Please replace them with a decent company.
