@NatWest_Help You have locked me out from my online banking and now I can't get in because currently I don't have a phone. Natwest is the worst service I have ever used. Advise me.

@davewibberley @firstdirect Oh that's always the worst. Natwest do it to me all the time, TSB (not Lloyds TSB, Just TSB) much better though nowhere near the same issues and way quicker/hassle free to sort if it does happen.

@TheOverBorders Aww that’s a shame 😞 I had massive issues with Barclays in the past. Then I went to NatWest and it’s not been a problem.

Had a cheque for £2k. NatWest closed both branches near me. Their app won't accept large cheques. So I deposited it via Post Office, who lost it. I've gone into my overdraft. NatWest say it's the Post Office's problem, and vice-versa. Branch closures are happening too quickly!

@NatWest_Help if considering a switch to NatWest… DONT! Every promise they make, they break. They WONT make sure all your DD’s are paid, they WONT complete in 7 working days, they WONT set up your card in ApplePay when the number’s generated. Lies, all lies. They’re truly awful.

@IrvineWelsh @ContraHitch99 I used to work in the Maidenhead branch of Natwest and Coutts were in another league, might be worth a look tbh. I wouldn't recommend TSB bloody awful in Broughty Ferry
