Nothing helpful about #natwest at all except to being ‘unhelpful’!! I would like access to my card please

  • marc_mcgeemoore Marc McGee Moore (@marc_mcgeemoore) reported

@AmberMDarr @BavosoVincenzo @NatWest_Help I’m so sorry to hear this. I had terrible experience with NatWest last Christmas after I lost £3,000 in a bank fraud. NatWest refused to take blame for their faulty security as excuse for not compensating me. In the end I likewise had to get ombudsman to force them to do it.

  • Frugal_ways Deano... (@Frugal_ways) reported

@NatWest_Help @eon_next @EONhelp This whole scenario could have been avoided, as our card was not compromised and a genuine error has been made by a "reputable" business. When will the customer be put first for once? #natwest #EonNext Once again, we are thought of last.

It was the final of the Natwest Trophy and with 5 wickets down we had turned off the TV in frustration. This friend didn’t know this background & unknowingly switched on the TV.

NatWest have blood on their hands for allowing me to access it

@joinmettle Hello. Existing customer, looking to switch more incoming payments from clients over to my (fab) Mettle account. IF/when they are asked for "Bank Name" (i.e. organisation name for the bank itself) should they enter "Mettle" or "NatWest" (or what?) thanks! John.

@NatWest_Help @emilycoxinabox Awful service. Since when do banks cold call customers? I had this call and hung up due to phishing. Do not feel comfortable discussing personal banking via a zoom call that I did not request. NatWest should contact customers to inform them of this service via email or the app.

@AskNationwide - Let’s make things clear from the start, the problem is NOT sorted. Money hasnt arrived in our Nationwide account which is a standing order from my NatWest account on the 1st of every month. My mortgage DD (amongst others) has been returned as not enough funds.

  • MATruman Mike Truman (@MATruman) reported

@taxqueen49 @CIOTNews After law college I nearly ended up working for NatWest trust department in Liverpool, until they gave me a personality test and presumably realised that painstaking attention to detail wasn’t exactly my skill set.

@nowobbles Here's the info from the Claro website "Any money you deposit into Claro is held in a pooled account with NatWest bank and is eligible for the government-backed Financial Services Compensation Scheme (FSCS) up to £85,000 in case of the firm’s insolvency."
