@NatWest_Help We have received a Natwest-headed letter asking us to log in to a website and provide personal information. When using the website it does not work and endlessly loops. Also, the Natwest logo is disabled as a link to home.

Just found out that last year, in the middle of a global pandemic. @Natwest kindly doubled the interest on my overdraft - I've been paying 40% (was 20%) for 12months! Customer service's response on the 'increase': "If you have used the overdraft the charges are legitimate." 🤯

@tomskiweb Hi I’m wondering if anyone is having problems with buying crypto in the uk. I’ve been using binance and Coinbase. I can’t purchase anything with either a NatWest or Halifax debit card. Also the only option with Coinbase to withdraw fiat is via PayPal. Any suggestions?

@NatWest_Help Don’t use NatWest used them for a year and closed my account no letters or warning @natwest-horror-bank no staff will help at branch level good luck are you the next customer to get the boot 🥾

Just logged into my bank. They are now stating "biometrics" to be used soon in the future to access your account via an app. #natwest #banks #biometrics

UK banks have become nasty towards people applying for accounts and shutting them down when u havnt done nothing like Santander,Halifax,llyods,Barclay's,NatWest,HSBC,TSB they're ran bye corporate bully's target innocent people on daily basis they could turn on you @ any point
