Trying to set up a personal bank account with Natwest to eventually deal with some family stuff. Website awful and setting up account takes days. Like setting up a Swiss secret account. Almost like they are doing me a favour. Absolutely bizarre.

@TrueLayer trying to make payment through NatWest app - failing. NatWest telling me to contact you as it's no fault on their end?? I use this service regularly. However, now when using truelayer, the NatWest app claims I have no internet.

@British_Airways guys…. I’ve tried for an hour to book a flight from MCO to LGW and there’s a constant error saying the bank has declined….when it’s been accepted by the NatWest app. I’ve tried numerous times and I even called to book but you guys aren’t even taking bookings!

@Prague_Tony I asked my bank (NatWest) recently if I could keep my account for a couple of years while I tested living in Spain. They said no problem as long as money was still going into it, so this surprises me. Also, loads of Premium Bonds winners are listed as living abroad every month.
