    @NatWest_Help worst service ever from NatWest. Do not recommend using the bank now after all these years. Phone people tell me to use the online messaging app, online chat tell me to call the phone number and a week later I have still gotten no where.

    @NatWestGroup Up until 6 months my 85-year-old mother (South Africa based) received her monthly pension on its due date. Despite flying to the UK, confirming her ID and address in Natwest Leeds she has NOT received her pension since Aug ‘22. This is appalling service.

    @OldhamChronicle pls not housing. Trams & road traffic alone on noise pollution, never mind there is no "green space" for children. needs something to include the Natwest bank too. Oldham does not have a working/historical mill and its almost where "home of the tubigrip" was invented.

    Hello @NatWest_Help I had a horrible service at your hounslow high street branch today. Refused to help me transfer money to buy a new car because they were 40 minutes away from closing time.. I'm closing my current account tommorow.. #natwest #bank

    @Natwest Your service is atrocious. I have complained but your service takes 48hrs to receive a response. This is unacceptable. Please can someone contact us urgently.

    @nsandihelp I have an existing NS&I account. Trying to buy Premium bonds fails repeatedly at payment stage - your web-site saying card-issuer declined. (but approved succesfully in Natwest app).

    @NatWest_Help When will you give us the feature for payments in notifications as most other banks support this except NatWest & you already show us payments out notifications so you have the system in place.
