    @squeezyjohn Don’t bother with a NatWest. We needed change for a car-boot we were doing. Big queue, with only one out of the three counters open. But two other staff members standing around twiddling their thumbs, waiting to “help” people. Want to help? Get behind a f*cking counter!

    @Morris2906 @NatWest When the automated voice said "in a few words, tell us why you're calling", it struggled to comprehend what I meant by 'your negligent customer service'.

    @dseselectric @NatWestBusiness Did you try going through Mettle website instead of Natwest? Took me about 5mins to fill out the online form and through app.
