@edfcustomers It is a nightmare …. EDF advised me to make an Indemnity Claim as easiest way to claim back money owed which my bank have done but now won’t pay NatWest so will end up paying anyway !! Absolute **** show ….

@NatWest_Help hi there. My mortgage ported from Metro bank and so the mortgage number I have isn’t recognised when I try and log into Manage My Mortgage. It’s not possible to contact NatWest via the website and wait times are over an hour on the phone. What can I do?
