@NatWest_Help My tomorrow began so many times today with Natwest when I was younger. They charged me exorbitant fees for going overdrawn by a few pence and then refused to help. Today because that was deemed naughty practice they instead charge insane fees for having an overdraft at all.

@NatWest_Help @NatWest Please stop harassing me and return my money. You've kept it for 10years now, your reclaims department is the worst ever in the world. As a last resort taking on social media, hoping someone in @NatWestGroup will help. Case Reference - PHO-0328473722

So I have a translation to Microsoft, in Reading, which wasnt me. #Natwest app won’t let me cancel card & get a new one, so had to freeze it. Thought all this app **** was meant to be easier. Looks like I’m going to have to hop in to the bank tomorrow ffs. Poised off slightly…😡

@NatWest_Help Mr NatWest, Another thing, 'never stop starting' ?! The problems in using meaningless, but profound-sound slogans, are myriad. You're a bank. You profit from people with the least. In light of this, what ******** does: 'never stop starting' mean?! Is it to do with Groundhog Day?

@newlands_chris Hi Chris, my account in natwest was closed 3 weeks ago, I was with them for 29 years. I'm a disabled soldier and my War pension was paid into my natwest for 29 years without any problem. I have £16 left Broke with 3 kids stuck in the Philippines

  • rocky_kanoa Roncho Kanno (@rocky_kanoa) reported

I thought I’d walk into Natwest and get a new debit card in minutes. 5 working days later, I’m still essentially card-less. Nigerian banks do usually get this one right.

@NatWestBusiness If you complain, NatWest tell you to DM them, so you take their embarrassingly poor service away from the public eye. You then engage in endless useless chat where they eventually tell you there’s a 4 week backlog, unlucky, have a great day!
