Everytime I log in to online banking it locks me out. So I call the number, wait on hold and hour, they say they have unblocked it and I go to log in and instantly it locks

I much prefer @LloydsBank and their app, and the fact that they don’t require a stupid card reader every time I wanna do something with my money too!

It took them 8 months to give me my account number but still that wasn't enough to close it. Guess I'm forced to go down to a branch

kevws (@kevwgs) reported@NatWest_Help Hi Jordan, coin machine was used and operating fine, however the staff in branch were not in a very polite or helpful mood, and were particularly rude to the gentlemen in front of us as well. Unimpressed to be honest and doesn't do NatWest's customer service reputation any good.
