    @NatWest_Help How are natwest so incompetent? I've had an account a year and never yet had access to it. Everytime I log in to online banking it locks me out. So I call the number, wait on hold and hour, they say they have unblocked it and I go to log in and instantly it locks

    @NatWest_Help Natwest's decision to control where I can transfer my funds is outrageous. Your concern around crypto I doubt has anything to do with fraud and everything to do with shutting down viable competitors to the UK banking system. Nanny state gone mad.

    @rooITV @NatWest_Help Come on Natwest, the fact that your loyal customer has been driven to tweet publicly about this matter must indicate a level of frustration. Have someone senior reach out and pursue this internally. You are causing mental anguish to her mother. Don’t be that bank. Do better.

    @NatWest_Help Yeah thats exactly the problem, I don’t want to go onto online banking and logging into Natwest is the worst experience ever too. I much prefer @LloydsBank and their app, and the fact that they don’t require a stupid card reader every time I wanna do something with my money too!

    @ManuPinteaux @BarclaysUK Don’t go to Natwest, my son works long days Mon - Fri, wanted cash from his account to buy a car, was told he had to give 24 hrs notice & provide evidence of purchase? when he said OK he would collect on Saturday, no counter service available on a Saturday!

    This has happened 3 times. And ofc natwest are charging me for an account I cannot access and cannot close. I just want to close the account. It took them 8 months to give me my account number but still that wasn't enough to close it. Guess I'm forced to go down to a branch

    @NatWest_Help Hi Jordan, coin machine was used and operating fine, however the staff in branch were not in a very polite or helpful mood, and were particularly rude to the gentlemen in front of us as well. Unimpressed to be honest and doesn't do NatWest's customer service reputation any good.

    @NatWest_Help So to clarify, you’re called Natwest Help but the only help you have offered in the last few tweets is telling me what we should do - go back to the same team who haven’t helped in almost two years - as opposed to telling me what you will do to help the situation?

    @sjn62 @Louiseiw HSBC were slow but sorted now. NatWest have tweeted me back so hopefully they can help with our 4 month long issue. Looking at this thread most of the big banks seem slow. Cafbank have been great.

    Please can anyone help,my mobile is U/S my only means of communication is this iPad and bank has been frozen,can’t access my wages,I’m unable to leave the house and bank won’t speak to my partner from neighbours landline she knows all my passwords I have rent etc natwest I beg 🙏
