So after being reassured earlier in the year, our local busy branch of the Natwest had no intentions of closing have just issued a statement saying they are closing in February 2023. I do use online banking and I use my card but I also won't be bowing down to a cashless society.

@QuestionerMoney 2/2. Most of the UK’s mini-budget is for gas which is estimated by NatWest to be about half the amount the government has allotted & may in fact be costless come December. So liquidity is the problem. That is odd because both UK & USA have really low unemployment levels.

NatWest customer support asking me a cheery sequence of yes/no questions, only to find that the logic gate leads absolutely nowhere. Last I heard was a chipper "Okay!" before two minutes of silence

Anyone else noticed that the lenders clamouring for customer cash with account switching bribes of up to GBP200 - NatWest, Santander and Nationwide - are the ones that have run the most woke advertising campaigns in recent years? #GoWokeGoBroke

Why do banks take issue with independent adult content creators? I have friends who do very well from Only Fans etc however I’ve seen instances recently of NatWest and Starling ending their banking relationship without providing a valid reason, and stopping these people earning

@NatWest_Help I'm putting into the public domain the voice recordings of phone calls I have had with NatWest over the last few days. The customer service is shocking

@ANNETTE22398150 I found this out when paying for roadside rescue through my NatWest current account and needed assistance. Green flag and no they couldn't help as my car too old. Not in the small print either.
