@NatWest_Help NatWest Leamington Spa yesterday lunchtime, queue of people at the counter and zero staff working behind the counter. Three staff standing around asking people what they would like. Queue kept on getting bigger

@RealCandaceO Most people don't realize that a bank has the right to fire client are under no obligation givr a reason or to offer a service. The other disturbing trend is that big banks have gobbled up a lot of the smaller institutions. Remember Fleet? NatWest? This is the ultimate control.

@NatWest_Help Hiya! I still have my ex mother in law on my ISA, somehow. She isn’t in the account name so I think she might have 3rd party access from when she worked for Natwest. How can I remove it easily please?

@NatWest_Help Natwest app saying some kind of error when trying to connect between my devices and yourselves. Turned off wi-fi to only use 4G connection and still the same. iPhone and Ipad and my partner’s phone is doing the same thing. Service status page says all is well……….
