@Eva250178 That's fine. You can follow the below steps to try again: - Log in to your Natwest app, ensuring that you have the most recent version downloaded - Select the card you're trying to add then 'manage my card and google pay' 1/3

@NatWest_Help NatWest has stolen husband’s March wages - it left work’s account on 22nd March & bank has still not released it to our joint account. I have been chasing issue 4 two weeks & keep getting told “no update”? Not 1 call back from NatWest. Shud I report to police?!

  • Grallator Chris Robbins (@Grallator) reported

@Natalie_Wood75 @NatWest_Help Natwest, my daughter successfully (eventually) closed her child trust fund but you’ve still not transferred the money after a couple of weeks (you do say 3-5 working days). Why do you think this is acceptable? Please give my daughter *her* money!

  • NatWest_Help NatWest (@NatWest_Help) reported

@LaSarine Would you be able to download the normal Natwest app at all and register for Online Banking as a credit card customer? - Louis

@NatWestGroup @decappeal It’d be great if your CTF section actually was contactable. Never a good home answered, no tickets reviewed in the last week and your chat system doesn’t work. Everyone here from Natwest cannot help. It’s awful service

@DominicFrisby Natwest were ok with it for a while... then they froze my cards and accounts for 5 days because of a transfer to an exchange. It was a good lesson in how banks can take away access to your money for any reason at any time...

@russty_russ Started working at NatWest in 1990, first job. Some of those calculators were still knocking around in the office.
