@loxleybottomsi I have a trust fund account there for my son. They're moving it to Natwest which doesn't have trust fund accounts! Also there's no counters in there anymore. Just a help person and some pay in machines. I'm back there on Thursday for round two to sort it out!

A con man has just emailed me to say that an uncle under the name Carter is banking with NatWest and has left me 10 million dollars. I just can’t, how do people fall for this. Firstly Carter is my chosen name and two NatWest do not service millionaires. Also dollars? Really?

Hi @NatWest_Help I’m having an issue with my switch. You’ve transferred my balance on switch day but left £10 in my NatWest account. I can’t transfer it so how do I get it into my account so that the account can close? I called but they couldn’t help me…

@NatWest_Help Spoken to 5 people now at the bank and not one has been able to help or give me any info. So no I won’t be giving any details. Instead I will just keep exposing NatWest until they have resolved my issue. Lost all access to funds #crooks
