@NatWest_Help absolute shocking service from NatWest today. Can only speak to an App, not a person. Luke Beesley in the help department was fantastic and so helpful but came to a dead end when Cora would not work for me and that department simply would not talk to me.

Not sure what’s happening with British Industry at the moment but service has definitely fallen well below satisfactory. Incident today at NatWest - old man who clearly had money in his account wanted money out for food as forgotten PIN. Asst said they couldn’t help and to 1/2

@kazbahellis @BettyJa08291909 I’ve been with NatWest 60+ years, never an issue with them. I run three accounts. I rarely visit now that most of my banking can be done online, and anyway my overdraft deserves a secure home!

HSBC & NatWest have both tweeted their full support for Halifax on this non-issue too. These rabid morons just need to get on with their lives and stop vice signalling.

@NatWest_Help My NatWest current account has disappeared without notice from my banking app and the Debit card linked to it has stopped working.I have been on the phone with NatWest but has only been told that they too has no access to my account. I kids to feed and no money on me. Pls help.

@iainpdooley @HSBC_UK How about equality in access to counter services? All local branches of natwest and santander near me have now closed! Unnecessary 7 mile drive in to Leeds city centre, f**k all parking just to withdraw more than £250 in one go, or heaven forbid, pay cash in! #bankingprogress

@teresadg0 @anthea_bailey @HalifaxBank I was treated very badly by Natwest after being a customer for about 40 years. That is when I change to Nationwide and I haven’t looked back. I don’t know if they still do it but you could get your iPhones insured for free and various other thrills. Love em to bits. Nice app.
