@NatWest_Help please explain why you have removed the ability to contact you via messages or email from the NatWest app. The only way to contact you now is to phone. This is a serious loss of what was previously a good service.

@NatWest_Help @RBS_Help please help! On the phone to child trust fund for over 90 minutes inept that addresses are not shared across the group. Paid into ctf for years and now can’t even speak to someone to get hold of our new acc nos. Not the usual service we get from NatWest.

@NatWest_Help Update: NatWest is the worst high street bank of the lot. Can’t help online or on here so want me to take a day off work to get a statement from a specific branch only open 9-430 weeks day. @Ofcom sort this out.

@Natwest totally let down by you. Can't access my money because of your mistake. Shouted at by one of your colleagues on the phone this morning. Told to use my credit card instead. Customer for over 20 years. Not impressed.
