@JustBusyWriting @RoddyJMack @AudreySuffolk Some banks have schemes to bring people back in who left a lot of years ago, often women who decided to bring up children. I know someone who joined Natwest, back into a proper, professional job, after twelve years our. If you were interested in giving it a try their HR can help.

@EE your NatWest 3d secure challenge does not work on the app. When you return after authorising the payment it just goes back to the basket. It works if you use the website instead of the app.

@chris__medland @AdamJSchwarz @AngelaRayner He was also at Natwest and Deutsche Bank before and during the global financial crisis. So you've been paying for his errors for over a decade. Great to know that he's still sponging off hardworking people.

@virginmedia The reason I called in was my bill was incorrect and even though I was told by a previous agent that it had been amended this was not the case. I had to then speak with my bank to rectify the issue. I must of spent 3 hours of my own time talking to virgin and NatWest.
