@NatWest_Help poor actions from you guys today . To suspend my accounts with no explanation. No access to money. Been advised to ask my neighbours to borrow me money while natwest contact me in due course . To top it off I have 3 children to feed in the school holiday.

1/n So I use the Death Notification Service on 13th July to inform both Barclays and Natwest of D's passing. He had his own accounts with both. Barclays write first, with a form to fill in to transfer to my account (at the same branch of Barclays). Send back.

As a church we’ve been Natwest customer for years. We’re trying to switch accounts to allow online payments with dual authorisation. hitting a brick wall as the customer care centre do not understand the complexity of how churches are charities. Can you help us @NatWest_Help

@NatWest_Help I have and they said it’s been paid OK on their end and advised me to wait 5 working days and if the money is not received or sent back they will start a scam payment investigation. Also advised to speak to NatWest and as per your previous Tweet you not interested!! Payit=scam!

@AndyMRoberts @Barclays Tbf I can’t remember the last time I went in NatWest. Problem is, it’s got a considerable sized elderly contingent. It’s them I feel for. Only 2 atms as well NatWest or Tesco.
