NatWest never told us and then failed twice to send the information. We're now homeless as we couldn't complete our house purchase on Monday and are counting down to losing it completely!

@eur_ing Good! Did read of NatWest requiring that power of attorney being registered in advance of it being needed and this causing serious problems. Maybe this applies elsewhere too.
