@FelicityHannah How true. Took me 4 hours to get attorney access to my parents’ Halifax accounts. Nearer 3 months for NatWest! Nightmare

  • LucysHall Lucy Hall (@LucysHall) reported

@fbcommsagency I’m using Tide for one and NatWest for the other so far both oksy. But issues with NatWest blocking transactions when trying to make large payments to venues where I’ve had to head into branch which is deeply frustrating.

Every month I pay 02 £8 for my service. They say I owe £27 because NatWest bank stopped payment. 02 should have stopped payment as someone has plundered my account and caused this 02 should have stopped it. 02 is a disgrace for allowing this. I shall take my business elsewhere.

@NatWest_Help well Natwest! What a total and utter disappoint you are. After 47 years as what I thought would be a valued customer you decided to block my card without notice and then when I ring up about my card I’m told as I’m secondary you will only speak with my husband! 🤬

@mikecosgrave 35 yrs ago had the opportunity to buy mint condition 1967 split screen MM, but I needed to borrow £500 from bank, it was 5 days to pay day when I'd be well able to afford it. Bank turned me down as car was 'old'. Lost car, immediately moved my employers £1m a/c. F you NatWest.

@NatWest_Help how can I speak to someone at NatWest regarding new account set up? Cora couldn’t help me and I’ve been waiting 30 mins for an online agent?

  • Ian_Fraser Ian Fraser (@Ian_Fraser) reported

@jameshurley Ah yes. That was a good piece by you and @harrynwilson. Interesting to note that, despite the evidence, RBS/NatWest “categorically denies” doctoring business customer’s files to skew swaps review outcomes to deny the customers compensation (or to diminish payouts).

@NatWestGroup to login and check my mortgage is awful. You send my an activation code which doesn't work. Why is natwest so complicated compared to everywhere else 🤯 my mortgage started on the 3rd and I still haven't been able to go in and view it!

@ngriffin_uk This is only going to make the UKs cost of living problems worst. The government would make billions off this deal. Just like they did with NatWest and RBS. You think bailouts are bad. But. In most cases the government earns huge amounts of capital. In the 2008 bailouts the…
