@NatWest_Help I only have one account with NatWest. I spoke 2 customer services by phone & they tried their hardest to help me but despite their help, I tried resetting my registration & now have to wait for another activation code just to register. Keeps looping…..

If you are, I will advise you to think twice before opening an account with @NatWest_Help - Their settings for online banking are not user-friendly, and if you ever managed to speak to a human, they’re never willing to help you. Airtel Wi-Fi has been down for 2–3 days in Pallikaranai (NatWest area), Chennai, with frequent outages & poor speeds for the past 2 weeks. Work & online classes badly affected. Entire apartment impacted. Even 5G coverage is poor. @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence

@LNallalingham Using bank mergers as an example one of the problems of is that you sometimes have to downgrade a service to get to a common system e.g. NatWest ATMs were downgraded when RBoS took over. That's always painful.
