@mimmitwit @FinxZim But Zim has SECZ which is equivalent to FCA. Bank of England feeds into policy for FCA but they work on different legislation. In UK it’s only NatWest and HSBC which have taken a risk based decision not to service crypto.

@HSBC_UK hi, I transferred £500 to my son’s account today but it hasn’t turned up. I have been into my bank branch (Natwest) and they say payment has gone and it’s correct acc number and sort that I have paid to before. Please help, he’s going off to University tomorrow. Verity

My 93 yr old Nan has just had her NatWest bank account FROZEN @NatWest_Help Because she tried to transfer money to my cousin’s @monzo bank account 😳 NatWest’s questions: why transfer, what’s your IP address, what version of windows you using. WTF.

Over 30 years I’ve banked with these guys, but… if anyone has any bank recommendations, let me know. Specifically I’m all about customer service, which @natwest used to make their selling point. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
