Hate NatWest with a passion. The most unhelpful company.. still waiting for a call from them about my missing accounts and nobody seems to want to help. Starting to think they’ve been hacked and trying to cover it up.

@ThreeUKSupport Manual via the app, but three times now it's been paid, authorised via the natwest app, and within an hour been reversed and showing as unpaid again. Also tried via the website with the same result 🤷🏼

@richardm56 hi Richard, is there any way you can look into NatWest closing down random bank accounts? No warning, doesn’t matter how much money you have or your social standing, there’s a facebook group “NatWest closed my account” can you take a look please?

@KhyleDeen @arrivanorthwest Natwest and no problem!! The excuse @arrivanorthwest gave me for the transaction was the wireless was down on the bus! That shouldn't apply to the ticket machine!! I was fumin!! And the schedule s are a joke too!! Just stood waiting for 15 mins an FOUR arrived at once, all 86

@thedavidcurrie @Tesco Same happened to my friend working for NatWest.. severe anxiety, bipolar.. all doctors notes to cover her. Came back had a HR meeting and fired her days before Xmas 😭 company has no guilt and no care for staff

@modeltrees my bank offer a finance health check service (RBS/NatWest) where they go through everything with you it was on zoom and quite good tbh I don’t have anyone in my family that would be able to help either so it was nice just to talk things through

@BooBooQ62 @arrivanorthwest I’m with NatWest too! I’ve tried to raise this issue with them but they don’t want to hear it really. I had to use another bank acc. Yeah that shouldn’t apply to the ticket machine. I’ve had no schedule issues to be fair, hopefully I can get this sorted

@LloydsBank I can't log into it... Because I can't receive that automated call properly. It calls. I answer. It hangs up before it even speaks. I'm stuck here. I cannot access my account. I'm getting very frustrated. At this rate when I get back in I'm liable to move my money out to NatWest
