@Enwdefnyddiwr1 @Wrexham_AFC Likewise, I accessed the site early and there were plenty of Mold Road seats available. Got to the basket and payment page. Approved £32 in my Natwest App and then the page crashed seconds before completion. Then the tickets had gone - @Wrexham_AFC improve this system please!

@The_JamesJordan I work for NatWest unfortunately they took that away from us after covid, but we can still help you open the account online just come in with your phone and documents and we are happy to help you open it

@NatWest_Help I have a subscription to @audibleuk and they’re not able to verify payment or take money from my account since changing the surname on my card. I’ve done every troubleshooting idea with Amazon & audible so it appears to be a NatWest issue…please help!!

@Juliaarthur8 Another chap turned up and I told him the machine had just swallowed my card. He ignored me. It swallowed his card. Man at NatWest accepted it might be a problem with the machine. Slightly annoying as I was 200 miles from home.

@AskNationwide Should Impulse Saver be automatically transferring the daily amount into an account I have specified? I seem to have to log in daily to ask it to transfer the amount which seems wrong. My Natwest ac does it automatically.

I swapped to @TSB a few years ago because I was sick of the crap service the NatWest was giving me. Now sadly TSB have gone the same way. When I'm stood in the Branch and all the staff want you to do, is their work for them online. Time to find a bank who wants customers
