  Having an absolute nightmare with @audibleuk today. They keep declining my card saying it's @NatWest_Help's problem but Natwest say it's Audible's problem. I just want to buy some audiobooks in the sale!! 😭

  @MorganBroadcast @MrsJHatchett @HalifaxBank Barclays, Nationwide, HSBC and Natwest too, just with varying degrees of security but all pretty easy to reset with access to phone (which usually has email on auto sign in and password storage on browser). Especially when 2 factor is usually through text or an app..on the phone

  @NatWest_Help Thank you. I want NATWEST to cancel my biometric verification on the App. It is a time waster. You put your face on the frame a million times, blink two million twice, and it will still come back to say, you cannot be verified. Sorry CORA cannot answer this biometric issue.😡
