@PeterSimmo Brilliant. That's worth knowing. HSBC have been appalling for years & the bank charges thing - which was always a problem - has suddenly become a massive issue. I'll look at NatWest. Thanks.

@NatWest_Help Will close my account and would not recommend NatWest , worst customer service ever . Called 5 times in 5 days , promised refund for payment then call hanged up since each advisor tells a different story . Managers hiding behind dont want to talk. I rather move to HSBC or Barclay

Yesterday I gave my card details to a fake NHS COVID website following a fake COVID alert. They then had the audacity to ring me pretending to be NatWest's fraud team to transfer my accounts to new ones. Be careful. Thanks to the real @NatWest_Help who were excellent

I have now transfered almost all of my money from my account. I am so disappointed with the fact that Natwest have done nothing to improve the terrible external state of the East Ham branch. I have been your customer for nearly 30 years but it is a worry that basics are ignored.

@NatWest_Help Thank you. Getting hold of anyone at Optima is a nightmare. Being existing current and savings account holders with NatWest, we really didn’t foresee there being this much trouble. Not the reliable, reputable service we’re used to, which is a shame.
