    Hi NatWest your online banking and mobile app appear to both be down - “Cora “and your support site appear not to be aware of this - Cora just directs people to your support site that says all is working . There are a few tweets now on various sites relating to this .

    @NatWest_Help Hello! Yes, so I only know my Customer # but not my PIN or any other online credentials. I can't even reset the PIN, because I don't have a UK number any longer, nor is my address on my account current. I can't seem to find any way to contact NatWest other than here or Cora.

    @Alison_Wright82 @NatWest_Help Same! Come on NatWest, admit there's a problem and say when it's likely to be fixed - instead of all this 'send us a DM' nonsense, making it sound like it's an individual fault. It obviously isn't... just be honest!
