    Anyone trying to conduct Internet banking with #NatWest ? Did you have an outage last JUNE caused by a Marketing text? Is your phone/laptop still having problems with NatWest banking? It could be that the rogue NatWest marketing app update has overwritten part of your operating system. Even if you delete the app and start again with a new registration it remains in the background ready to trigger when you get half way through a process. Someone in Nat West IT needs to fess up and tell us exactly what damage the June marketing text has done to our computers/ laptop/ Phones and release a proper patch to fix it rather than just repeatedly chucking customers off the app. The current online helpline seemingly cannot properly fix it. We need a proper investigation and a fix #NatWest ! Now!

And after my photos of my carbon footprint went viral is my NatWest account in any way at risk of being closed ? I’d appreciate an answer

    @NatWest_Help Well first I was unable to make a payment on my card due to transfer to NatWest from Sainsbury’s, then my new customer information doesn’t work. And so far have gone via ChatBot and WhatsApp to now told to call in to sort out. Poor customer journey all round for a new customer

    @BarryP9902 @Cro60 @BringTheNoise_X Yes I did that as well this morning absolute clock of **** make sure you put in a complaint as well to NatWest saying that this shouldn't be on the app and they should stick to being a bank
