@Xero I'm having trouble renewing my Natwest bank account, everytime I click renew it keeps going to a page with 'Sorry, something went wrong' I've tried different browsers still have the same problem.

@LindseyLisette7 Oh once thats done it takes 4 to 6 working days to clear Natwest. Normally 5 for me. If they don't sort it in Monday I'm ****** basically xx

@NatWestBusiness @NatWest_Help #WorstBankEver Natwest have locked our business funds since May 2022. Despite apologising after a previous complaint & admitting fault, they continue to fail us as Natwest customers & provide the most woeful service of any Bank/ institution. Ever.

@NatWest_Help 2nd day running (I reported this yesterday) that 0 of 6 NatWest cashpoints are working at King’s Cross Station. There are no others. This is a major terminal - it really isn’t good enough. ESPECIALLY when most local banks/cashpoints are closing

@RBS_Help as a member of the public and ex employee I'm shocked an appalled by the customer service I've received. 5 day SLA that is now on its 17th day without a response..apart from a system driven text....I have names (at RBS natwest) ill keep private for now.

NatWest in Epsom were ever so helpful swapping my Northern Ireland issued bank notes for Bank of England bank notes without any fuss. Banking as it should be. Barclays Bank in Epsom should learn from this. I was very disappointed with the service earlier, @NatWest_Help.
