I have an account with NatWest, the branch in my town has only 2 staff: One teller/customer advisor and Branch Manager/Lead. Machine to deposit coins, cash in, pin resets, cheques scanners, digitised processes!

Flight cancelled check-in 9/2/26 Evidence from airline confirmed the refund and from agent but still chasing Natwest for a full refund this should have been so easy ? Going to Ombudsman !

DJM Comments (@DjmComments) reported@TheFan886 @leclare_6 It would appear that WRU has drawn down a £30m loan to repay NatWest and Welsh Government. They also have a Rolling Credit Facility £25m plus the option to draw down £5m for future capital projects. The deal is in place for another three and a half years and they'll go to market again for better terms in about two years time.

the awakened soul (@grumpypig2026) reported@MissStixy @UltraDane still been told the same even when an appointment was made to come in and collect the cash ordered with natwest bank. closed the account that day, went to a bank told them we dont want to be stopped if i want to withdraw over £2000. no problem at new bank yet.
