    @BBCWatchdog can you investigate @NatWest_Help customer service?. Twice in 2 months I've been incorrectly advised on their webchat . I have proof in black and white 0% interest and they're saying it's chargeable interest . ##badcustomerservice #natwest

    @ricardomoorinho So is Shirley.... Natwest Made 6.2 billion last year and has been propped up by government, but seemingly don't even need to offer a convenient service anymore

    @LondonLadAnt I just had a text from Natwest saying the switch is complete. Checked the cashpoint and it's all sorted. Got to say but fantastic service from both RBS and Natwest (same banking group). Took 4 days and everything was done within a hiccup.

    @willllyeah Switched from RBS to Natwest for the offer. RBS will be closed today but the payment out to my new account is pending. I will call in the branch because they can't leave me with no access to funds

    @NWJK @ClaireforTAY I’ve just had the letter to tell me about the closure in Yate. Thankfully the last app outage of NatWest prompted me to open a Nationwide account. Natwest have lost me as a customer of 38 years.

    The closure of @NatWestGroup branch at 55-70-01 is very troubling. Since my 89yr-old mother brought her account to NatWest due to proximity & better service, how will she reach a branch when the Bank next requests that she must reset her credentials in branch? Unrealistic.

    @JamesCopley_ Finding it very difficult maybe just me but every time I go to approve the payment in my NatWest app when I go back on the website it's took me back to the start .will have to call them or pop in

    @GBNEWS I changed banks a while ago, natwest have crap customer service, I was always on hold for 15+ minutes whenever I rang. Sometimes I’d get cut off. Let them fail. Also the one time I needed them, they weren’t there. Screw them.
