@LBC @natwest have a dedicated team for the elderly and vulnerable. The number can be requested by the standard customer service. They can assist if someone can't use online banking. This might help the church lady.

@itvMLshow NatWest Child trust fund are impossible. My son and I had tried for a long time spending hours on the phone unable to get through. Online didn’t work. Asking for ID that doesn’t exist for 18 year olds. Proof of utility bill etc. my son gave up and had over £800 in his

@IrvineWelsh Starling seems good don’t know much about human contact with any of them apart from Coutts nowadays , who are owned by NatWest , they want you to pay in one way or another for a personal service nowadays , and force people that can afford it down this route by their ineptitude

@natwest your Mastercard Commercial credit card app ClearSpend is about much use as a chocolate fire guard and also trying to get through to Customer Services is another joke the wait time to get through is far too long but that you get with staff working from home
