@HSBC_UK as existing customers me and my husband tried to open 3 joint accounts in branch with you today. To be told you can't do that as it would be dangerous!! No online option either. Shocking service. HSBC group, not there for personal banking. Natwest went above & beyond.

@HukAleksandra 2/2 Binance's customer servc is awful and they should talk to the UK SEC and address their concerns instead of tweeting rubbish. NatWest, Lloyds, Barclays and TSB too I think. It's not long before other banks follow suit.

Hey @NatWest_Help Please tell me why #natwest block our debit card, when used to make a purchase? Natwest sent a text to verify it's legit, it doesn't authorise the sale, but "unblocks the debit card" when you reply. Leaves us both with no sale. What's the point? #useless
