I’ve spent the entire day on the phone with @NatWest_Help with zero results. Over two hours on hold and all to get back control of MY MONEY. Terrible customer service. Answer the phone!!!!!! #customerservice #natwest

@Zarah_BukakeMP I agreeeee ! My mate got nicked wearing ladies stockings (it’s his right as a man-or woman ) over his head in NatWest on the Old Kenya Rd and got 12 years ! If only that nice young manbird had been there it could have asked him nicely to put the sawn off down rather than off!

@we_are_biscuit Look up companion cards if anyone has a NatWest/RBS account - this isn’t what they’re designed for, but they could work, assuming the account holder has online banking and internet access at the event to do £5 at a time.
