    @blangry @pubstrat Very explicitly in work I was doing in NatWest in 1998. We were devising “customer corridors” (user journeys) and digging deeply into customer (user) “needs and frustrations” then. It was really ground breaking but ended by the RBS takeover.

    @StandfieldKen Hey Ken, was wondering if I can lean on the community to help with depositing fiat to exchanges in the UK. For me, so far, Natwest bank has stopped payments to Binance, Coinbase, and Gemini. Frustrating as I'm trying to buy.

    I'm not in mood today because my ******* internet not working in my area and I tried to order iPhone 12 pro max and my card not working so I need to switch to NatWest from Lloyds and I really wants to move to London by end of the year because so many memories

    @chimenesuleyman I remember when I lived in Poland and tried to do some UK banking, the person on the phone from NatWest just replying to everything I said with "if you just pop down to your local branch..." for literally an hour.

    @RBS_Help absolutely disgusted to learn that you are closing yet more branches.......... in Cambridge and Peterborough. What sort of service is this to your customers? Not interested that NatWest can deal with YOUR customers. 1/2

    @NatWest_Help It would help if anyone at Natwest knew what they were doing. Disabling online banking 4 times in as many weeks with no good reason and your customer services are pathetic#
