@playnewworld I have good internet speed and I play high end games like modern warfare, Assassins creed, eso, red dead redemption online.. why is that I get internet bandwidth issue when I try to connect to my EU server?

@playnewworld This is stupid AF. Who makes this kind of strategic decision? The last batch of trainee that joined the team? Moving AP tu US is a killer, who wants to be zerged in PvP because of a 150-200ms ping issue?

@playnewworld brother in christ just release an expansion pack like Aeternum update & go full free to play with exaggerated micro-transactions, add cross-progression & this would instantly fix the game. No one wants to pay big money for a game that’s notoriously dead

@playnewworld so I guess I’ll never get to play new world again due to a glitch on the psn server when making a purchase in game. Very sad I put over 1000 hours into the game and in the end I get told F u -_- just one big wow. You guys need serious updates on your game. Horrible

@BagginsTV @playnewworld @amazongames Ive been on us west for well over a year now. Ping in pve is actually not an issue, have done multiple successful Gorgons. PvP when combined with desync is literally unplayable sometimes. But sometimes it's not that bad and I put up with it.

@playnewworld Found out the issue of internet bandwidth you say is not our internet issue but your servers are worst. I play mmo games bigger than this with servers no issue at all.

@playnewworld I loved New World. I still want it to succeed. But it’s hard watching a game with so much potential turn PvE players into resource mules just to feed PvP — then nerf them into irrelevance. Aeternum won’t fix that unless AGS finally respects both sides.

@playnewworld, when are you guys going to address the audio issues in your game? I'm a console player. The audio cuts in and out more frequently than people die in OPR. Please address this issue sooner rather than later. Kind regards.

@playnewworld I know the only thing that matters to any company is money, and you'll save money with this cost-cutting... But isn't there a good long-term perspective in maintaining at least one server in each region? If only you were clear and honest with your community about these issues.

I understand that @playnewworld is free for PSN, but please fix the server issues. The game crashes when trying to do ANY of the activities constantly. It's not only unfair to us, but the teammates that are relying on us when we disconnect.

@playnewworld They’ve lost their minds. Saying 300+ ping “doesn’t affect gameplay” is a joke. This is a dumb, rushed, amateur move. They’re about to lose a loyal SA player base out of pure negligence. We’re not playing with lag. Simple as that.
