@NOWHelpTeam Why do i need to read an article? Send amd engineer out to fix the problem!! She is a vulnerable woman with no phone or internet access nowtv has said and engineer will be out 48hrs!!!! She should not have to wait that long!!

@JustWatch any chance you can fix the @NOW app access on the firestick version? Seems that it's looking for NowTV or Now Cinema when it should just be Now.
