@charlottelmoore @NOWTV It’s one of the worst interfaces on Apple TV. On my LG APP it’s great, the Apple TV APP, doesn’t even remind me what episode I was on! Just needed to vent

@StillSina Do you watch via a firestick or via the app (Nowtv player)? I think there's no trouble with the former but clearly the latter has issues Unless it's my laptop? (But all other on demand tv works instantly on it) ...

@NOWHelpTeam it shows membership from today and not when it currently ends on 11th December so not going to bother with offer or NOWtv by the way the boost option never works I’ve had dreadful quality and funnily no other streamer has quality issues so don’t blame my internet speed!

@NOWHelpTeam None of that makes a difference - I am connected by LAN I have 78mbps WiFi speeds - it is not a buffering issue it is your streaming system - no other streamer does it! No quality drop out, blurring of image on any other streamer JUST nowtv

@SAFCMeltdown @daveynicnufc Killing me here in Spain that we forgot our backup mobile router (for when BT goes down at home) and our NowTV stick won't work, so I'm missing the Cowboys for the first time on Thanksgiving for 10 years 😔

@DrHoenderkamp @virginmedia Doc Renee - looked all these replies. Nobody ever shown me service providing a faster BB together with all TV channels (I’m big on sport) plus Netflix, etc. Yes it’s expensive. Yes occasionally breaks. Yes CS not best. Yes expensive. No I don’t work for them. TOOB and NOWTV - no.

@NOWTV our internet is down in Kent - I can’t see any info about outages. We’ve checked our connection and reset the router a few times but it isn’t working. Is there an outage?
