@bt_uk How can the hub be the issue? NowTV, BBC iPlayer, YouTube and every other app that can provide live feed works fine.

@F1Yann Does f1tv work with hdmi? Nowtv/ sky shuts down if you connect to an external source (ie plug a laptop in to your tv).

I really wish streaming services had the option to just have subtitles on all the time. NowTv is the worst for this by far and doesn't consistently keep them on from one episode to the next - even when watching them back to back.

@BTGroup please help! I signed up to the entertainment package with NowTV and Netflix over three weeks ago. Netflix is still not working and just been told on your helpline I should cancel and just sign up with Netflix directly! I just want what was offered

@4Viewers @BarneySpaniel I am also regularly getting the ALL4-150 error. Watching on NowTV box, which I have restarted and updated several times to no avail. Maybe coincidence, but this seemed to start around the time we had full fibre installed to the house, in August.

@IGNUKDeals Been with them for a few years - but I’m away in Europe atm & unfortunately @NordVPN won’t work for streaming bbc IPlayer, nowtv etc so was a bit mift :-(
