@charlottelmoore @NOWTV It’s one of the worst interfaces on Apple TV. On my LG APP it’s great, the Apple TV APP, doesn’t even remind me what episode I was on! Just needed to vent

@StillSina Do you watch via a firestick or via the app (Nowtv player)? I think there's no trouble with the former but clearly the latter has issues Unless it's my laptop? (But all other on demand tv works instantly on it) ...

@NOWHelpTeam I tried that and it didn’t work. Also tried the app on my phone it couldn’t stream either. It's like NowTV is being blocked, but every other streaming service works just fine.

@NOWHelpTeam It’s back on now. Was a temp thing. Trouble is the nowtv fix suggested it was our cable but it wasn’t. Would be nice to have accurate troubleshooting.

@NOWHelpTeam @NOW @NOWTV I contacted you via twitter 10 days ago, no reply,tech team were phoning me back last Monday, they didn't, router is 2 yrs old. Connectivity is now not good enough, hub is always hot, on line test your staff said there was a problem, where's the solution
