@NOWTV Yes, I have seen the email. It's really, really amateur of whoever is responsible for such a large error. It's very embarrassing for Now TV/Sky to have made such an error and I would hope the person responsible has been taken off further duties relating to sending emails out!

@Ofcom Its not the phone company, Its @NOWTV The quality of the picture on their sky sports this last week has been terrible. Watching readingVafcb on Friday and the picture was fine at the ads, when the programme came on it was a good picture, then when they kicked off it blurred again

@NOWTV I purchased a new subscription yesterday but as usual its buffering and frame freezing. To contact you by phone (your bots don't work either) it costs £6 plus my providers fee. All I am asking for is you to provide the service I paid £9.99 for!

@virginmedia My #Broadband speed is just 8.2mbps and has been for weeks! The main problem is that when that get's through the front door I'm not left with much to share with my wife and our three kids. God help us if the dogs ever ask for an iPad! @UswitchUK @NOWTV

@NOWTV We've been calling them nearly every day - they keep saying they have no information on what's wrong or how long it will take to fix. They simply pass the buck & blame Openreach. It's ridiculous, I've got 3 kids who are missing out on vital education !

@NOWTV By all means! What can you do about the remotes? I put fresh batteries in, they last a couple of days, then stop working. I have tried several brands of batteries and it’s on two different remotes. They are obviously sub-standard. Can you issue replacements?
