  I was so wrong about Peacock not coming to the UK - still trying to work out how it plans to coexist as a distinct product with Sky. Most of the launch content is already streaming via #skyq and #nowtv

  @nowtvhelp I am currently using the NowTV Player software on PC w/ a HDMI cable to my TV. This works OK but occasionally this freezes and the video & audio go out of sync which wasn't an issue with Chromecast.

  @jongreydavies @WasOnceLoved @NOWTV We had the same thing a while back. The new app is shiny and plays a musical note when opened It is also even harder to use than the old one. The search function is infuriatingly terrible (no voice). We get around this by using the Apple Remote app on an iPhone and typing.

  Why is there no way to limit the playback quality in @NOW??? I live in the middle of nowhere so my internet isn't great so i'd like to lower the quality of streaming so it doesn't eat my bandwidth. Such a weird oversight considering every streaming service has this option. #NOWTV

  Feeling let down bought a Nowtv stick in a Cex shop, 'cos a deal with Sky TV included all Sky Movies. Plug in, enter code. Nowhere to enter code, 1 hour via Indian help no connection. Returned stick today, very poor customer service and misleading people into getting a bargain!

  @skytv sky stream is the biggest waste of money I think I’ve ever signed upto, crashes, buffering , and 50% of the time technical error on UHD. Please contact me, I want my contract cancelled asap I’m going back to @NOWTV, works much better

  @flixtonred Hi Yes, the apps are pre loaded but you will still need to contact Sharp or NowTV as this is not an issue with the Freely app itself.

  .@NOWTV Avoid their broadband service, as they have the worst customer support and they seek to scam you as they will not offer compensation or refunds when their service is not working. It will take you months to try to get any sort of money back. #poorcustomerservice
