  @jongreydavies @WasOnceLoved @NOWTV We had the same thing a while back. The new app is shiny and plays a musical note when opened It is also even harder to use than the old one. The search function is infuriatingly terrible (no voice). We get around this by using the Apple Remote app on an iPhone and typing.

  @nowtvhelp I am currently using the NowTV Player software on PC w/ a HDMI cable to my TV. This works OK but occasionally this freezes and the video & audio go out of sync which wasn't an issue with Chromecast.

  Really not impressed with the poor quality of @skytv stream when watching @SkySportsPL constant buffering and lag every time i’m watching the match, and I have the top broadband package. NowTV was far more stable and reliable!

  @skytv your NOWtv app is terrible, especially on AppleTV: I’d like to subscribe to your UHD service, but I get no sound on AppleTV! You are loosing revenue. No option to watch from start on live tv! Should be able to stream past live TV almost immediately. Please fix these issues

  Anyone else getting fed up with @NOWTV coverage of @SkySportsF1 Every time I click on it, it’s a black screen. Then eventually the sound is out of sync with the visuals. It’s been an issue for months and I brought it up with them. It’s still not been fixed.
