Lost three weeks of income because they ****** up line upgrade. Now I cancelled my contract per Nov. 8th and they turned it off over a week early. The ******* incompetence.

The new app is shiny and plays a musical note when opened It is also even harder to use than the old one. The search function is infuriatingly terrible (no voice). We get around this by using the Apple Remote app on an iPhone and typing.

My issue is the Nowtv Hub constantly struggles with sports, im watching Premier Sports on Amazon prime through my tv now - The picture quality is poor and the signal falls out consistently.

No. The frustrating thing about this issue is everyone I have spoken to at Sky/NowTV treats it as if it could be coming from 'userland' IE something odd at my end. We've clearly demonstrated inconsistency in your own systems here. Something about my account is *broken*.
