    **** @NOWTV Every month for last 1.5 years, they turn my internet off because payment system broken. Lost three weeks of income because they ****** up line upgrade. Now I cancelled my contract per Nov. 8th and they turned it off over a week early. The ******* incompetence.

    @NOWTV @nowtvhelp Are you ever going to fix the glitch on your service where the “continue watching” function takes you back to the previous episode that you’ve literally just watched? It’s incredibly annoying.

    Has anyone else had problems with Vodafone over their cancellation of nowtv from the entertainment package, won’t alter my contract and won’t even get a manager to call me to discuss, worst customer care service I have ever encountered

    Anyone else getting fed up with @NOWTV coverage of @SkySportsF1 Every time I click on it, it’s a black screen. Then eventually the sound is out of sync with the visuals. It’s been an issue for months and I brought it up with them. It’s still not been fixed.
