Also refused to call him on the landline. Absolute joke.

Tried to call NowTv as well, but they only deal with broadband calls on the phone. In the end I missed the sports event I wanted to watch, because of this company’s terrible customer service !!

Rhys (@RhysGwynJ) reported@NOWHelpTeam Definitely not the device. All other apps are fine, in UHD, 4k. Netflix, Amazon, Disney etc. As per the forum link is sent, I'm not alone with the problem. It's a technical stream issue nowtv end.
