  @NOWTV There are serious technical issues to renew payment details in their website. Online help is very close to useless, and phone customer services only deals with broadband enquiries. A total disgrace !

  @nowtvhelp 9.4.3 build 4079-56 This one is the worst one. They are all the same stick so I guess the same software version. Only happens when watching things through NowTV not any other apps.

  @NOWTV @theheauxmeaux Update of card payment details in the website doesn’t work. Tried it 20 times. Tried to call NowTv as well, but they only deal with broadband calls on the phone. In the end I missed the sports event I wanted to watch, because of this company’s terrible customer service !!

  @NOWTV just tried to call about my 82yr old father who’s having trouble with his broadband only to be told he has to ring himself and go through all the options which he would not be able to do. Also refused to call him on the landline. Absolute joke.

  @NOWTV Yes they said there was no known issues when as clear as day there was. And yes, when I attempted to start watching the game i could login but not stream it. You can see by the screen shot I sent loads of people had problems.

  **** @NOWTV Every month for last 1.5 years, they turn my internet off because payment system broken. Lost three weeks of income because they ****** up line upgrade. Now I cancelled my contract per Nov. 8th and they turned it off over a week early. The ******* incompetence.

  @nowtvhelp I am currently using the NowTV Player software on PC w/ a HDMI cable to my TV. This works OK but occasionally this freezes and the video & audio go out of sync which wasn't an issue with Chromecast.

  @feker Yea but the reason they won't do NowTV in hd or 4k is because they feel it will pull subscribers away from Sky in ireland. If Skt allowed HBO max and nowTV increased the quality, I wouldn't mind paying. But their mentality is pay a rediculous price for 4k, or illegally stream it

  I asked NowTV / sky to keep broadband connected until today. My son said they turned it off at 4am. Spiteful little shits. Maybe if they hadn't been so awful I wouldn't have taken the chance to get out of the contract

  The award for the worst user experience goes to @NOWTV . Can’t stream from your phone to a TV, the app isn’t available on both of our TVs and the fire stick app just keeps saying an update is available. Waste of the last hour of my life.

  @XboxSupport Streaming apps that require DRM are not working (Netflix, Disney+, NowTV). The apps load fine and can be browsed but are not allowing videos to stream. Non DRM streaming apps like YouTube and BBC iPlayer work fine. All services work fine outside of Xbox.

  Five years in this ******** flat and I am still getting semi-regular broadband disconnection issues. Called @NOWTV at least two dozen times and between then and @OpenreachHelp I have had ZERO explanations and ZERO permanent fixes. I hate this ******* place so much.
