Victoria Sefton (@victoria_sefton) reported@NOWHelpTeam I did but they were just as useless. Absolutely ridiculous that it takes you 3-5 days to sort out broadband issues #NowTV we are all having to work from home and are now having to pay a fortune to use our data and hotspot.

But this *is* Amazon, who are masters of the dark pattern... This and the pre-roll adverts aside, I'm ok with Prime Video. At least it doesn't crash all the time, like NowTV.

There remains a REAL issue between Sky/NowTV and earlier versions of Chromecast however and it would be helpful if you could resolve it AND inform customers such as myself of its existence.

And I pay a fortune for the privilege. I think you can get sky sports on NowTV? Probably BT sport as well. Not sure what I would go for instead though.
