@NOWTV @theheauxmeaux Update of card payment details in the website doesn’t work. Tried it 20 times. Tried to call NowTv as well, but they only deal with broadband calls on the phone. In the end I missed the sports event I wanted to watch, because of this company’s terrible customer service !!

@NOWTV Yes they said there was no known issues when as clear as day there was. And yes, when I attempted to start watching the game i could login but not stream it. You can see by the screen shot I sent loads of people had problems.

@NOWTV just tried to call about my 82yr old father who’s having trouble with his broadband only to be told he has to ring himself and go through all the options which he would not be able to do. Also refused to call him on the landline. Absolute joke.

@nowtvhelp I am currently using the NowTV Player software on PC w/ a HDMI cable to my TV. This works OK but occasionally this freezes and the video & audio go out of sync which wasn't an issue with Chromecast.

@NOWTV There are serious technical issues to renew payment details in their website. Online help is very close to useless, and phone customer services only deals with broadband enquiries. A total disgrace !

Now TV is trying to sabotage my efforts to watch The Last of Us. I signed up especially and downloaded it all only for it to not work on the plane. Get on WiFi and downloads have all been removed... All other video apps have been fine. Any explanation @skytv or @NOWTV ?

Right, as someone who binged the other seasons and didn’t watch week to week, when will I be able to watch Succession S4 (GMT) and do the episodes still drop weekly? It’s still on NOWTV (eg Sky) right? Someone help me out, because searching for this information hasn’t helped 😭

@NOW what's going on with NOWTV player? deleted it to reinstall as i had issues now it won't even give me the option to reinstall and basically telling me no such app exists 😩

@NOWHelpTeam It was happening on a Apple TV, I have tried deleting and reinstalling the app and it didn't fix the issue. I've since tried watching on a nowtv stick and it's telling me I'm still watching on another device even though I've deleted it from Apple TV.

@bt_uk it should not be this painful. Im still waiting for a reply on a refund as you charged me for a service you didnt cancel. Todays saga is I cannot watch my NowTV channels. You are saying its Nows problem/Now are saying its you. Someone needs to take responsibility

@NOWTV I don't understand why your player is so bad! Ridiculously slow, terrible app I have to install. Constant buffering, when I switch to desktop it says I've reached my limit so took me ages to switch, its the most expensive AND adverts!!!!

Why is it that my Netflix equipped Sony Bravía TV constantly exits Netflix every time I try to steam a programme. The NowTV box connected to the TV has no such issues, #DumbTV #SonyBravia
