Also refused to call him on the landline. Absolute joke.

Tried to call NowTv as well, but they only deal with broadband calls on the phone. In the end I missed the sports event I wanted to watch, because of this company’s terrible customer service !!

This is why I have decided to communicate with the ‘help team’. Is there anything else you can do for me? Calling is doing nothing.

The delay was due to your engineer being injured during his work and your company didn’t provider us any replacements. We were then told a week later that someone would visit on 28th - but now told it will actually be 6th October.
