@NOWTV There are serious technical issues to renew payment details in their website. Online help is very close to useless, and phone customer services only deals with broadband enquiries. A total disgrace !

@NOWTV part 2 now vulnerable customers like me have to make payment of a very high amount to get services back on to work sacrificing priority bills just so they can work to pay anything!

So I've now missed the entire #F1 FP1 on support to @NowTV with yet more technical issues. This time 'screen recording s/w detected… despite NOTHING running, and no apps with Mac's own screen recording privacy permission. So far the answer… use a different laptop 😭🤬

@NOWTV part 3 ever gone to my head to pay this bill of almost 80 pounds to just be able to work when I called and asked to pay over 2 weeks ago! Being lied to by your company is something I'm used to by now

Oh god. I’ve discovered an awful cop/‘profiling’ show on NowTV. It’s like a Hannibal Lecter setup but Hannibal is Michael Sheen and Will Graham/Clarice is his son who is ‘crazy’ enough that he has to sleep in restraints. It’s so ******* camp

I'm sick of @ThreeUK & @NOWTV your 5G & broadband are respectively awful. I feel like data is being delivered by a blind carrier pigeon with one wing. It's really not ok.

@Goddess1345 @margarance @bristolboudicca I work at sea between UK and EU. Now all streaming services won't work in EU unless you use a vpn , likes of NowTV have means of detecting that so can't watch that anymore. Also data allowance on UK unlimited tariff has dropped from 25gb fair use to 12 in EU already.

@Microbedoc2 @ThreeUK @NOWTV Sky wifi dreadful too. It had always be bad wherever I’ve lived in London. Impossible to work from home. Download speeds okay upload speeds nearly non existent. So can’t do referrals, prescribe etc

@NOWHelpTeam I've been talking to online chat for an hour to try and solve this and they seem to have no idea how the NowTV platform actually works. I can't log in on multiple computers, why would reinstalling the app help? I don't get the option to type my email address.
