@NOWTV There are serious technical issues to renew payment details in their website. Online help is very close to useless, and phone customer services only deals with broadband enquiries. A total disgrace !

@NOWTV @theheauxmeaux Update of card payment details in the website doesn’t work. Tried it 20 times. Tried to call NowTv as well, but they only deal with broadband calls on the phone. In the end I missed the sports event I wanted to watch, because of this company’s terrible customer service !!

@nowtvhelp My NowTV Stick has not been working correctly since I got it in October, and I can't find anywhere to get in touch with you!! Please can you help? It's constantly flashing black on/off screen and freezes my TV constantly. I was better with the old box it replaced! 😕

@Tinkz_25 I do apologise for the mix up in makes of TV's You won't be able to use the inbuilt Internet browser on your Toshiba television to watch NowTV, where only Windows or Mac PC's / Laptops will work on the NowTV website using the NowTV player software.

Look out for emails from the Accessibility Team. Emails are received on that case number. Some @NOWTV staff sending emails from the Accessibility Case number tells me to contact the accessibility team on the site. Round in circles. No help from the Accessibility team @nowtvhelp .
