Comparing @NOWTV app and @btsport app is not even close, Now TV have to improve the quality considering what they charge. Boost is no good either when on 4k TV.

@NOWTV I have just had an email to say I have purchased the sky sports day Pass, NOW TV Boost and Sky cinema pass on my account. However I did not carry out this purchase. I have cancelled all passes but have been charged when I did not authorise this. Can you help?

I've bought a NowTV Sky Sports pass today for the first time and I've seen Grosjean crash and burst in to flames, Perez car explode and Jimenez now with a dreadful looking head injury. Maybe it's me?

@NOWTV unable to get the help I needed online chat, you charged us £104 for sky sports, we do watch sports, we don't even use now tv. I feel like you have conned us, possibly my 6 year old signed up for a free trial, and when it wasn't cancelled you pulled our pants down. Help
