@NOWTV @theheauxmeaux Update of card payment details in the website doesn’t work. Tried it 20 times. Tried to call NowTv as well, but they only deal with broadband calls on the phone. In the end I missed the sports event I wanted to watch, because of this company’s terrible customer service !!

@NOWTV There are serious technical issues to renew payment details in their website. Online help is very close to useless, and phone customer services only deals with broadband enquiries. A total disgrace !

@scully1888 @NOW Wow really? Was gonna get nowtv for 3 months to watch TLOU but if this is the case then I will pirate Piracy only exists when there fails to be a better market option, and nowtv is awful: expensive, includes ads, and stream quality dips often.

@NOW bug report.. its been around for ages... nowtv app on roku picks wrong resolution and you have to quit to fix, if link to TV is interrupted- e.g. switching amp on/off. All other players cope with this, please fix! Thx
