@NOWTV @theheauxmeaux Update of card payment details in the website doesn’t work. Tried it 20 times. Tried to call NowTv as well, but they only deal with broadband calls on the phone. In the end I missed the sports event I wanted to watch, because of this company’s terrible customer service !!

@NOWTV There are serious technical issues to renew payment details in their website. Online help is very close to useless, and phone customer services only deals with broadband enquiries. A total disgrace !

@flipkartsupport Recently I ordered TV from Flipkart TV has Flipkart protect option. My account has been blocked and unable to login. NowTV was not working am unable to contact Flipkart to claim the service and i received call from Flipkart telling that your account is unblocked

@skytv Stop selling me SKY Glass - Don't need new TV for 5 years - have 4K 65" + ATMOS Receiver, gigabit broadband. Don't want cables/dish but would buy Sky. Even upgraded NOWTV with full access/schedule/recording would work. Or new external Digital Box. What's the problem?

Is #Nowtv broadband the worst broadband provider ever? I can’t seem to get them to investigate the fact the broadband connection keeps dropping. They constantly want me to make changes to the router Wi-Fi … even thou we don’t use the Wi-Fi on the router… we have a mesh!

@JoshSB91 @johnnyhammer5 @sportbible I know. Tried nowtv and it’s actually behind sky go. But when a score app beats the stream it’s a massive issue particularly in massive games
