@NOWTV @theheauxmeaux Update of card payment details in the website doesn’t work. Tried it 20 times. Tried to call NowTv as well, but they only deal with broadband calls on the phone. In the end I missed the sports event I wanted to watch, because of this company’s terrible customer service !!

@NOWTV There are serious technical issues to renew payment details in their website. Online help is very close to useless, and phone customer services only deals with broadband enquiries. A total disgrace !

@NOWTV What happened to my perfectly functioning NOWTV box. You decided that it was no longer going to work. On its way back to NOW for you to recycle, the least you could've done would've been to request all these old devices back for recycling at YOUR cost

@NOWTV Your app is terrible on our smart TV, freezing no audio and most times won't open, all other apps @netflix @AmazonPrime #itvhub all work fine. Contacted your support and they advise to buy a Now Stick...thanks!
