@NOWTV @theheauxmeaux Update of card payment details in the website doesn’t work. Tried it 20 times. Tried to call NowTv as well, but they only deal with broadband calls on the phone. In the end I missed the sports event I wanted to watch, because of this company’s terrible customer service !!

@NOWTV There are serious technical issues to renew payment details in their website. Online help is very close to useless, and phone customer services only deals with broadband enquiries. A total disgrace !

@spburgin @BBCNews I think the issue is generally that those opposed to the license fee are pressured to pay this fee just because they have a TV. I think everyone (apart from the BBC) would be happy if the BBC was a subscription service like Netflix or NowTV for example.

Still no wifi!!! 😫😫😫 First world problem I know but I've just had to pay £10 to get 15gb of data. @NOWTV you wanna reimburse that?

3 & 1/2 years with sky broadband. Not one issue. Less than a month with @NOWTV and its gone down twice, is half its claimed speed and the customer service is, frankly, crap. Had no service since 8am, phoned three times, Now claim its openreach (it isn't) and they're not fussed

@NOWHelpTeam When contacting live chat the person said that this is a issue that a lot of customers are having right now! But can’t tell me when it will be sorted out! Asked if I had to get back in contact with nowtv and got told…not really!! What a poor service

My mother’s NOWTV was hacked and she text me to demand that I log out IMMEDIATELY despite me stating I’ve been at work all day. Why did she assume it was me? “They were watching Bad Girls Club and that sounds like something you’d watch”. Thanks Liz.

@EmilyThornberry £157 is costly especially when ads on iplayer could help fund the BBC. Sky news/nowtv are very good & given how we stream, curate and consume telly nowadays it’s no longer sustainable to keep taxing and criminalising the public for the privilege of owning a Telly.

nowtv hands down worst streaming platform it’s so expensive you have to download a separate app to your laptop to work it and it has ******* ads who designed this ****
