@NOWTV @theheauxmeaux Update of card payment details in the website doesn’t work. Tried it 20 times. Tried to call NowTv as well, but they only deal with broadband calls on the phone. In the end I missed the sports event I wanted to watch, because of this company’s terrible customer service !!

@NOWTV There are serious technical issues to renew payment details in their website. Online help is very close to useless, and phone customer services only deals with broadband enquiries. A total disgrace !

@NiskaHumans @NOWHelpTeam Do not waste your time trying to get nowtv to sort this. They are not interested. Go straight to your back and tell them someone has fraudulently used your details. Trust me you will just get the run around from now tvs “help” department.

@NOW is slow as ****. I can search for 10 movies on one other app quicker than @NOW brings up the search results for 1 movie. NowTv was faster over 1 yr & a half ago. Fix your ******* app @NOWTVHelp . Don't reply to this tweet. Just fix that **** *** app.

@Melissa90827791 @TalkTalk Not had any problems with TalkTalk in the past, just disappointed Sky Sports is now only accessible via NowTV, means you can’t pause, record etc on your tv box.

Not at all happy with NOWTV’s service. We booked a time slot 2-3 weeks ago to sort out fitting new internet and booked time off work specifically, and they never even showed up or rang yesterday 😡sent an email to see what’s happening and NOTHING! @NOWHelpTeam
