Tried to call NowTv as well, but they only deal with broadband calls on the phone. In the end I missed the sports event I wanted to watch, because of this company’s terrible customer service !!

In Scotland my disabled son watches Cbeebies etc. We have Virgin TV, so not having a license would not work. Believe me, I tried to get it cancelled, but the wife ruled against, lol

Had a problem connecting & had to wait for open reach to sort it, now that’s fixed it’s saying there’s a problem in my home... @NOWTV

It keeps coming up with an error on signup, despite charging 10p (active card check, I presume). I tried the same card again, yet the error keeps popping up. What's wrong with your service, please?
