@NOWTV There are serious technical issues to renew payment details in their website. Online help is very close to useless, and phone customer services only deals with broadband enquiries. A total disgrace !

@NOWTV @theheauxmeaux Update of card payment details in the website doesn’t work. Tried it 20 times. Tried to call NowTv as well, but they only deal with broadband calls on the phone. In the end I missed the sports event I wanted to watch, because of this company’s terrible customer service !!

@NOWTV I mean that technically should work as a workaround. However, the resolved IP address for your landing page, 90.216.151.68, doesn't seem to be the one your login server is using and therefore isn't being caught. This is a lot of effort you're making me do to bypass security.

@NOWTV @VodafoneUK I need to cancel my Red Entertainment NowTV before it renews as I don’t want to pay for it, Vodafone says cancel with NowTV and NowTV says cancel with Vodafone, can somebody help me please?

@nowtv internet service on and off for 2 days. Was working fine when I went to be. Now No wifi/television. In lockdown with 3 kids. No help until Tuesday. #maybetimetochange

@NOWTV It seems more like a website thing than the app itself (Mac or Windows). Whenever the VPN is connected, the website doesn’t work. And the website is the only way to change channels, reconnect if the app drops out, etc

Superb . Once again @nowtv playing up this time to the extent where it is actually useless . Watch a programme for 5 seconds before getting a ‘sorry there is an error in the player’ message . Sort out you’re ****!
