Also refused to call him on the landline. Absolute joke.

Tried to call NowTv as well, but they only deal with broadband calls on the phone. In the end I missed the sports event I wanted to watch, because of this company’s terrible customer service !!

Ram (@R4M_G) reported@NOWHelpTeam noticed an issue with NowTV and sky sports on Apple TV. Example right now watching the spurs v Chelsea game: when the game cuts to an advert, the sounds stop. Only way to get it back is to exit the stream and go back in. Happens every time there is a live game

I tried to start it on a new device, it says on your website simply start on new device to activate new device but it’s not working! The chat bot is taking me round in circles! The final ends today

Doesn’t matter if we’re using a @amazonfiretv stick or on pc, it always gets worse and changing the channel or resetting the @NOWTV app doesn’t do anything.
