Tried to call NowTv as well, but they only deal with broadband calls on the phone. In the end I missed the sports event I wanted to watch, because of this company’s terrible customer service !!

Can I ask how you got the Feb 2021 date for it being removed as no one in BT will tell me when and I feel I’ve had the wool pulled over my eyes for the last 9 months. Thanks

Quick enough to take payment for it. Tried to resolve it then the broadband went down, felt as if you complain they pull the plug

Internet and landline outage in Faringdon, Oxfordshire since last Tuesday in the property of an elderly alone without support. Helplines are inept!
