@NOWTV @nowtvhelp Are you ever going to fix the glitch on your service where the “continue watching” function takes you back to the previous episode that you’ve literally just watched? It’s incredibly annoying.

@nowtvhelp I am currently using the NowTV Player software on PC w/ a HDMI cable to my TV. This works OK but occasionally this freezes and the video & audio go out of sync which wasn't an issue with Chromecast.

**** @NOWTV Every month for last 1.5 years, they turn my internet off because payment system broken. Lost three weeks of income because they ****** up line upgrade. Now I cancelled my contract per Nov. 8th and they turned it off over a week early. The ******* incompetence.

Has anyone else had problems with Vodafone over their cancellation of nowtv from the entertainment package, won’t alter my contract and won’t even get a manager to call me to discuss, worst customer care service I have ever encountered

Absolute ********* service from @SkyUK can’t imagine why anyone gets a package from them when you can get it cheaper from NowTV. Try to call them which is a joke. They don’t help. Companies struggling to answers call now isn’t due to COVID it’s down to using covid as an excuse

@NOWTV This isn't a complaint, just some feedback. The NowTV phone app is troublesome. If I cast to my TV, it can't override what's already on the TV like other streaming apps can. So it gets confused and when you try again, it thinks there's a concurrency error.

@NOWTV 2nd Attempt: I just moved house, I am with NowTV through TalkTalk. I transferred my TT to the new address and was watching NowTV Mon but on Tues it went off. Can you look into this please? I have signed up for a week free, whilst you sort this issues out. thanks

@NOWTV are you getting reports of your Xbox app being very, very flaky of ? Stalling and dropping out with Error PL-0. No problems on my PC. The F1 used to be delayed by 30-45 secs, that's reduced, but the reliability has gone with it.

@NOW officially giving up with watching SkySports via NowTV streaming. Every Sunday the quality is so poor. Broadband speed checked and sufficient. Bye bye NowTv pass.
