@nowtvhelp I am currently using the NowTV Player software on PC w/ a HDMI cable to my TV. This works OK but occasionally this freezes and the video & audio go out of sync which wasn't an issue with Chromecast.

@simon_perreira @virginmedia Go with @NOWTV bruv.. never had a major problem with their service and you get a few tv channels thrown in as well.. when ever there has been a outside problem it been sorted in days.. oh and it def be 💯 cheaper than @virginmedia #Cowboys

@nowtvhelp just thought I'd let you know that I watch the programme not in HD the program was called Warehouse 13 from syfire but then if I watch a programme in HD it lights up so could it be the nowtv booster HD problem on YouView boxes

@NOWTV You have just told me over the phone that the wifi connection is not your responsibility and because I am not a commercial customer it is not your problem if I cannot use your internet connection to teach. This will work well when I cannot teach from home next week.

Anyone have consistent issues with @NOWTV remote connection? No matter what I try! I’ve tried throwing the TV into a landfill site, buying a newTV, resubscribing, howling at the moon 3 times before midnight and sacrificing 12 remote controls and still have the same remote issues

@jongreydavies @WasOnceLoved @NOWTV We had the same thing a while back. The new app is shiny and plays a musical note when opened It is also even harder to use than the old one. The search function is infuriatingly terrible (no voice). We get around this by using the Apple Remote app on an iPhone and typing.

@NOWTV No, never changed my email. I am able to log in using the email I used, but then get errors when trying to navigate through the system. The agents tell me I am not registered. I cannot register as your system tells me I alresdy have. I need someone to contact me direct to resolve

@LaughablyFree @NOWTV Yeah the menus are ******* embarrassing. I'm not sure how it is on all formats, but on PS4, it just looks awful and is awful. I'm not sure how they think it's acceptable in 2020. Bugger all choice as well, it's bad.

@NOWTV unable to get the help I needed online chat, you charged us £104 for sky sports, we do watch sports, we don't even use now tv. I feel like you have conned us, possibly my 6 year old signed up for a free trial, and when it wasn't cancelled you pulled our pants down. Help

@NOWTV Not NOW TV because you've sod all on, so I cancelled after one month. Of course you THEN offered a special deal as I was cancelling, that would have been better than if I hadn't cancelled... Honestly, ******* awful overall, terrible library and a menu that was designed in 2004.

Is it even possible to actually get to speak to anyone at #nowtv ihave been having issues since Saturday. They give you passes and I cant activate them because I already have passes why give 3 sports and 3 ent passes if you can only activate 1 then cant continue the set up?
