@nowtvhelp I am currently using the NowTV Player software on PC w/ a HDMI cable to my TV. This works OK but occasionally this freezes and the video & audio go out of sync which wasn't an issue with Chromecast.

@nowtvhelp just thought I'd let you know that I watch the programme not in HD the program was called Warehouse 13 from syfire but then if I watch a programme in HD it lights up so could it be the nowtv booster HD problem on YouView boxes

@NOWTV You have just told me over the phone that the wifi connection is not your responsibility and because I am not a commercial customer it is not your problem if I cannot use your internet connection to teach. This will work well when I cannot teach from home next week.

Anyone have consistent issues with @NOWTV remote connection? No matter what I try! I’ve tried throwing the TV into a landfill site, buying a newTV, resubscribing, howling at the moon 3 times before midnight and sacrificing 12 remote controls and still have the same remote issues

@simon_perreira @virginmedia Go with @NOWTV bruv.. never had a major problem with their service and you get a few tv channels thrown in as well.. when ever there has been a outside problem it been sorted in days.. oh and it def be 💯 cheaper than @virginmedia #Cowboys

@jongreydavies @WasOnceLoved @NOWTV We had the same thing a while back. The new app is shiny and plays a musical note when opened It is also even harder to use than the old one. The search function is infuriatingly terrible (no voice). We get around this by using the Apple Remote app on an iPhone and typing.

Nowtv is missing from the home page on @Nowtv devices @nowtvhelp . It can't be uninstalled to reset it as the separate Nowtv app was removed by Nowtv. Fix it.

I’d have no problem paying to watch F1 races if it didn’t ******* cost me £46 a ******* month. Or *only* £33.99 a Sky Sport Monthly pass on NowTV. I’m not paying £34-46 a ******* month to watch a couple of F1 races, but FOM provide literally no other way to watch em live

@nowtvhelp I can't use the NowTV app on my android device. It simply logs me out every time I try to play something. Spent an hour with technical support who told me the issue was fixed. Problem still there when I tested it. Tech support closed the conversation and passed me to a chatbot.

@All4 getting a login error on my @NOWTV All4 sign in. Have changed my password three times. Definitely have a. Registered account, can sign in to the website as well as the app on my phone without a hitch, but error message on the NowTV All4app. What am I doing wrong please?
