Anyone have consistent issues with @NOWTV remote connection? No matter what I try! I’ve tried throwing the TV into a landfill site, buying a newTV, resubscribing, howling at the moon 3 times before midnight and sacrificing 12 remote controls and still have the same remote issues

@simon_perreira @virginmedia Go with @NOWTV bruv.. never had a major problem with their service and you get a few tv channels thrown in as well.. when ever there has been a outside problem it been sorted in days.. oh and it def be 💯 cheaper than @virginmedia #Cowboys

@nowtvhelp just thought I'd let you know that I watch the programme not in HD the program was called Warehouse 13 from syfire but then if I watch a programme in HD it lights up so could it be the nowtv booster HD problem on YouView boxes

@nowtvhelp I am currently using the NowTV Player software on PC w/ a HDMI cable to my TV. This works OK but occasionally this freezes and the video & audio go out of sync which wasn't an issue with Chromecast.

Absolutely awful customer service experience from @NOWTV today. Was a customer with them for a year and changed provided after a 12-month contract only to be hit with non-contractual termination charges. Will be reporting to ombudsman (which will cost them a lot more than £13!)

@poetryslam78 i had this issue with nowtv broadband .. took a few weeks to get it sorted .. pester them everyday .. eventually they get sick of you and fix it ;)

@PaulOBrien @philnickinson Yeah, just whitelisting them. Roku NowTV was a pain for a while but again finding the things it reached out for and blocking. Problem was friction it caused in family with things "not working".

@NOW hi, is there something wrong with the Nowtv app? It keeps telling me that I am offline when clearly I am not. Every other application works fine. This is on my phone and tablet. I have rebooted my Internet, both devices and uninstalled and reinstalled the app but same error!

@virginmedia Unfortunately I have heard this more than once and no one has been able to help. I'm seriously not wasting anymore of my time on the phone to your company getting absolutely no where and again not being listened to. We have gone with nowTV and you have missed out on extra money
