@nowtvhelp I am currently using the NowTV Player software on PC w/ a HDMI cable to my TV. This works OK but occasionally this freezes and the video & audio go out of sync which wasn't an issue with Chromecast.

@nowtvhelp This morning I just been on quite a few forms people with nowtv I thinking of cancelling it with BT because of all the problems they're had with the now tv app complaints on the btforum what are are complaining about on the forums it not just me and it the 4k box t4000

Anyone have consistent issues with @NOWTV remote connection? No matter what I try! I’ve tried throwing the TV into a landfill site, buying a newTV, resubscribing, howling at the moon 3 times before midnight and sacrificing 12 remote controls and still have the same remote issues

@nowtvhelp just thought I'd let you know that I watch the programme not in HD the program was called Warehouse 13 from syfire but then if I watch a programme in HD it lights up so could it be the nowtv booster HD problem on YouView boxes

@simon_perreira @virginmedia Go with @NOWTV bruv.. never had a major problem with their service and you get a few tv channels thrown in as well.. when ever there has been a outside problem it been sorted in days.. oh and it def be 💯 cheaper than @virginmedia #Cowboys

Nowtv is missing from the home page on @Nowtv devices @nowtvhelp . It can't be uninstalled to reset it as the separate Nowtv app was removed by Nowtv. Fix it.

@All4 getting a login error on my @NOWTV All4 sign in. Have changed my password three times. Definitely have a. Registered account, can sign in to the website as well as the app on my phone without a hitch, but error message on the NowTV All4app. What am I doing wrong please?

@NOWTV Paid for a one day pass, on lap tap and two smart Tvs got to point of play, repeated error message : "something went wrong" had to watch on mobile phone. Wasted money.

@NOWTV firstly, the fact that I can’t call to speak to someone is unacceptable. For the amount we’re paying, you should have a customer service number. I’ve received a mail about updating payment details and monthly passes. I don’t understand what the problem is. Please help.

@nowtvhelp I can't use the NowTV app on my android device. It simply logs me out every time I try to play something. Spent an hour with technical support who told me the issue was fixed. Problem still there when I tested it. Tech support closed the conversation and passed me to a chatbot.

@virginmedia Reboot doesn't make much difference and any kind of streaming in a smart TV (netflix, nowTV, BBC iPlayer, itv hub) regardless or live or ore recorded always issues. Also EXTREMELY slow on smart phones or laptops 😭
